My Sprinter van needed a new transmission and they took care of all my requests. The service advisor, Kelsey was easy to communicate with and made sure my needs are met. I'd only ask for future to be the one contacted as opposed to me being the one looking for the updates but regardless, she was super polite and positive minded.The transmission was going to take way longer to arrive from Germany so they found another new transmission from elsewhere so I'm back in business a lot sooner. The tech that came out to speak with me was very informative on how to care for a diesel vehicle as I've never had one before. I don't remember his name, but please send my compliments again.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Bellingham and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding service and professionalism. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle to the overall sales experience was a truly remarkable experience. Special thanks to Nick for working on the deal and ensuring that I was able finalize even on his day of. Jordan was outstanding and very knowledgeable which made purchasing my 1st EV an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to the GM Rob who was excellent and ensured that I was truely satisfied with the transaction. You have a great team over there and I will highly recommend this dealership for all Mercedes Benz purchases!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a GLC 300 from Nick Bruce at Mercedes of Bellingham, and I can t speak highly enough of the outstanding service and expertise he provided throughout the entire process. Carter Tipton in the finance department was awesome as well, very friendly, professional and efficient, explained every transaction and was excellent at going through all the warranty options, never felt pressured at all. We highly recommend Nick and Carter to anyone!!!

Amazing experience. 100% recommend. After a terrible experience in MB of Seattle I contacted MBs of Bellevue, Lynwood, Tacoma and Bellingham. Bellingham was THE best and we literally close a deal remotely. They smartly assessed my trade-in, we discussed pricing and only then I made the long drive to get my new keys. Smooth. Efficient. No BS. Vs Seattle they didn t MAKE me add all the dealer options (close to 3K and they claimed they were a must), and they gave me 5K more for my trade-in. Pricing alone, the experience was way smoother and more professional. Nick Bruce and Jordan Story know how to do business efficiently and without the typical dealer BS. I had such an awesome experience that I have no doubt I will drive all the way there for my services and whenever I m ready to get a new Mercedes. This was the best car shopping experience of my life. They got me the unit I briefed rather than try to push for all kind of upgrades and things I didn t need to (which is all the Seattle guy did for hours).Thanks Nick and Jordan as well as the other awesome team members.

We recently purchased 2 new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Bellingham. Jack Conneely our salesperson was incredibly helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire process very easy. Also, the GM Rob and the entire staff were a pleasure to deal with. If you are in the market for a new Mecedes or Toyota in the Bellingham area, we would highly recommend reaching out to Jack.

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer please be very careful when reviewing paint protection insurance. After being assured that door dings or dent/scrapes would be covered under the insurance, we paid over $1,800 for paint protection (fading, etc.) but after filing a claim with the insurance company, was told it was not covered with our the the GM plan. After reviewing the fine print that was exactly correct. When you buy a new vehicle from a dealer you expect them to be honest about their products. The Finance person was misleading and dishonest. Do not trust this dealer.After calling the dealer and complaining about the lack of coverage, I was advised that the GM would call me. Guess what no call.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience, here at Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham, WA. Our sales person, Jerad Blacklock was exceptional, and extremely knowledgeable about the car we had test-driven. He was also super friendly, and not afraid to let us really test the car out on the mean streets of Bellingham. It was a breath of fresh air to not feel pressured into buying, and we felt he was truly listening to our needs. If you re looking for a car, you would not go wrong with working with Jerad; so stop in, and introduce yourself to him.

Superb service!! Made a friend in my guy Roy Armani and the crew worked persistently to finalize the deal I put on the table. They did NOT need to do as much as they did, but I saw today that they look past the numbers. They treat you like a person and I can t be appreciative enough.I recommend Toyota and Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham to anyone looking to find their new best friend, whether it be the car you re looking for or the representatives that work here.Thank you Toyota Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham!! TLDR: Don t overlook this gem location in your car search. It s worth the drive from Seattle What a wonderful dealership experience we had! ASK FOR KAI!!My husband had been dreaming of a certain type of Mercedes for years, and he d pinpointed the model we wanted but there were only a few of them in all of Washington state. Something told us to make the trek to Bellingham from Seattle and it was so worth it! They had a customized, fully loaded coupe at a steal of a price. It had been used as a loaner so it had less than 1,500 miles on it.Kai was so wonderful throughout the entire process. He knew more about the car than my husband, which surprised and impressed us given all the thorough research my husband had already done! Kai answered all our questions, took us on a test drive, and walked us through all the financing options and paperwork. It was such fun chatting with him; we didn t at all mind the typical hurry up and wait part of the sales process. It was enjoyable from start to finish. Shoutout also to Jessica in the finance department. She helpfully described all our options, so we really felt like we were making an informed purchase. Back story: My husband and I had had a bad experience at another Mercedes dealership a few years ago. The staff at this other dealer were pretentious, entitled, and racist (our salesman had made a racist remark about Asian drivers in front of me and my Black-Hispanic husband.) It was such a turn-off.Kai and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham were a refreshing change that give us hope for future dealership visits. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and down to earth zero arrogance or expectation even though it says Mercedes-Benz on the door. They really set the GOLD STANDARD for what a Mercedes experience should be like. They embody the ideal of being the best or nothing.

I just purchased a car at Bellingham Mercedes/Toyota. I have purchased a lot of automobiles and I must say, this has been the very BEST auto purchase experience ever. I drove 245 miles to make this purchase and I don't regret a minute of it. John my sales contact was professional, answered all my questions, had the car waiting in impeccable condition, took the time to review all the features, and then almost unimaginable in todays world, asked I text him when I got home so he would know I made it home safely. Jordan, the financial representative was very thorough, professional, and provided clear, concise answers to all my questions. John and Jordan were both stellar and professional in every capacity. I strongly recommend them!

I worked with a sales person by the name of Kai. Kai found me the best pricing on the eqe suv. On the day of delivery, Kai made sure everything is ready to go so I can leave the dealer in < 2 hours so my toddler can catch her afternoon nap. Thank you!

Bought a hard to find 4x4 Sprinter Van. Worked with Michael Litzinger and others at the dealership. Everyone was great. Other dealers wanted to charge a "market rate adjustment" on the 4x4 sprinters. "We don't do that" they said. And they didn't. Worth driving up from the Seattle area to work with them.

Best experience I have had working with a dealer on the purchase of a new vehicle. Extremely painless process, especially working with Sean McInnis. He was able to find what I wanted, and once we locked it in, was extremely communicative on the progress and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the status of things always. Once the vehicle arrived, he helped ensure everything was efficient and simple working with them on the financing options as well. Will absolutely be returning for my next purchase, and specifically reaching out to Sean since I know he will get it done! Don't look anywhere else!

Stopped by the dealership yesterday and was helped by Scott Kerbein. I'd rather have a tooth pulled than go car shopping, but Scott was the perfect salesperson. He quickly made us feel at ease. There were no high-pressure, slick-talking tactics (that would have made me leave immediately). With his help, we were able to go ahead and make a deal on a very nice pre-owned car. Thank you, Scott! If only everyone in car sales were more like you! Also, a shout-out to Travis in finance! He was very informative, let us take our time making decisions, and was very thorough in answering our questions. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had!

My salesman was Kai Enyeart he was professional, knowledgeable about the cars and he found me the exact car I was looking for down to the exact color! He was also very cognizant of my price point and kept me within that range. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at buying a car!
