Can't say enough about Lucky's. Everything about the shop is professional, friendly, well run and HONEST. They did work on my old Jeep Liberty twice and did a thorough check of everything before I took it on a long road trip. I have been to a few mechanics and it is such a wonderful thing to find a mechanic that I can completely trust to do the work right and charge a fair price. A few perks: Nice waiting room (with wifi), pleasant rest room and extremely nice mechanics. It's a bit out in the country, but still only 20 minutes from my home in central Bellingham.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is very upfront and honest when it comes to repairs. They perform a full inspection, provide pictures and then grade what needs to be done and what can wait a bit. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for continued maintenance. Side bonus, they have loaner cars for you to use while they have your vehicle at no charge, this was very beneficial for me so I could work while repairs where performed.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement

I found Lucky's online after trying 3 times at other shops to find the issue with my car. Lucky's did diagnostics and repair quickly, efficiently and with great customer service!!! I was leaking oil/ fluid and and Rich was able to get me in immediately. I got an accurate quote and was shown other recommendations for my car without pressure. They even went to so far as to loan me a personal vehicle while mine was in the shop. Honest guys, great work and it s why I keep going back to them. I highly recommend Lucky's auto shop. They're friendly and fast! Each time I've brought in my truck they have been honest and helpful about what the best options are. I and my whole family have been using Lucky's Auto Shop for years and they've always been good to us! We recommend them to everyone and always say, "Our vehicle has never gone back for the same thing twice. They get done right the first time." . If repair is going to be needed they give you as much advance notice as possible so you can plan ahead for repair costs, which I love. Always on time and treat us like family!Service: Oil change

I took my car into their shop a couple weeks ago, they are professional, had my car done quick and they are very knowledgeable! I had my oil changed and I needed to have my wheel bearing and clock spring replaced I would recommend them, 5 stars. They are my go to mechanic in bellingham, and I refer them to everyone I know, so if you are looking for a reputable, trustworthy, fair priced mechanic shop look no further!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Been taking my car to Lucky s for a few years, never been disappointed. One particular instance where the wiring harness and sensors needed to be replaced for the Knock sensors - they worked late to get it done the same day, and were helpful, transparent, and informative every step of the way. This team is incredible. These guys treated me like a neighbor during a time I really needed help. My 2017 Kia Soul had an issue with the Alternator and the Battery. Rich, My Mechanic, shopped for an alternator, and found an affordable option for me, and got it here very quickly. They were clear and reliable through the whole process. Their pricing was more than fair, and they left my car in much better shape then when I left it in their care. Rich was more than willing to walk me through the repair process and even offered to coach me on how to maintain the electrical components in order to increase the longevity of my car's lifespan. These guys have a unique style, and take care of their people well. I recommend Lucky's Auto Shop 100%. This was my first time using Lucky's auto. I am extremely impressed by the attention to detail that they took on my vehicle. I went in for an oil change and walked out with a total inspection of my vehicle so that I know the upcoming issues to deal with. It was nice to know everything that was coming up that needs to be fixed on my car. No other mechanics have done that in the area. Their shop is immaculate it's like sitting at home waiting for your car to be finished. I'm grateful to have them as my new Auto shop.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Our 2004 mini needed a100,000 mile service and inspection. They did a great job checking the vehicle out. Found some issues which after seeing the quote and pictures. It was easy to agree to have the work done. The car was finished a day ahead of schedule. I would fully recommend lucky s auto shop. They worked really fast to get my truck done on time. I called set and appointment, they had parts waiting for my truck when it arrived, they did their full service review of my truck and sent me pictures and descriptions of what was wrong and severity of each issue in a link texted to me and I was able to see everything going on with my truck! I had them fix additional things on the truck that started with a complete front brake repair. With the additional repairs they got the parts and completed everything on time! Lucky's took care of me. I was prepared to spend big money on what I thought was the culprit for my vehicles clunking sound. Lucky's offered to diagnose the problem and discuss solutions. It wound up being a very simple fix, one that was much, much lower than the anticipated cost. It is because of their honesty that I will return for any future service needs. 10/10. 5 stars.
