The people that work here are so wonderful!Friendly and professional. I never felt pressured to purchase any additional products or services, but really appreciated them pointing out a few things that needed attention.Thank you Jonathan D, Rocky G and Raymond James H!!

I have been coming to this location every few months (I put a lot of miles on my car) for years and they always do an excellent job, are very professional and helpful, and provide great customer service. Last time I went to the location in Mt Vernon and it was a nightmare. I will only come to the Bakerview location from now on.

They were all happy to help and had positive energy and smiles. I felt welcomed and they gave my dogs some love and said how beautiful they are. I will definitely keep going there for my oil changes :)

I really appreciate how friendly and personable the staff are at this location. They greeted me promptly and politely (thank you, Matthew!), and updated me every step along the way while I wait for my oil change. They didn t have the oil filter of my vehicle type in stock, so they promptly ordered it from the auto parts store down the road.I d definitely recommend them to my friends in the future for a quick oil and oil filter change!

Nicole and Jess helped us! They were super nice and informed us that we needed a new battery soon. They did a transmission fluid flush for us. Very fast and a great experience.

The staff were professional and efficient. Which was great with little ones in car. I was greeted right away by Matt and offered water while I wait. Sammy and Rocky were kind and kept me informed throughout the service. Thank you!

Jess and Jaden did wonderful work our van! Jess is a fun character who made the entire process a riot. So thankful to everyone at this location. All of the staff were personable and pleasant to interact with. Also, special shout out to Matt who was our first contact coming into the store and was a delightful person.

Workers are always super pleasant to work with, they seem to enjoy the work they do which makes a huge difference! Extremely friendly folks, I'm definitely going to continue coming back here for my future oil changes. Not many folks I trust to get the job done (and not try to overcharge me), but these guys have been good to me.

Sammy, Chris, and RJ were a great help when I came in with my car. They changed my oil and got me a great deal on windshield wipers. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed chatting with them.

I always leave Jiffy Lube in a good mood, knowing that s my car is in the good hands of employees like RJ! Every employee is knowledgeable and friendly, and I ve never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn t want to. Anytime they do offer an upgrade on something, they do an excellent job at fully explaining the product and differences and allowing me to make my own choice. The stigma around auto shops is that they pressure you into products and service you don t want - this Jiffy Lube does NOT do that whatsoever. I trust them fully and will continue to use their services, 7+ years and counting!

The staff here was friendly and helpful. Jiffy Lube generally gets bad reviews but the employees here were awesome. Service was quick and they made sure to have conversation and smile. Destiny was especially nice, making sure all my needs were met before leaving and even offering to vacuum out my car too, which I ve never had happen at Jiffy. There s a reason I come to this location.

I didn't have to wait and got to stay in my car. I have been here before and the work is good but it is the tech that brings me back. She is always so friendly and gose above and beyond to make sure I get what I need and reminds me about my email coupons so I get the best deal. Thanks Jessica your the best!

Sammy went above and beyond to explain everything my car needed and helped me out so much. She answered every question so clearly and took the time to see everything through. The whole team was awesome but I'll tell ya, Sammy really made sure I knew what was going on and what I should be doing. Thanks for all the help! I know I was also hel0ed by a Jaden and a few other folks whose names I didn't get, but everyone was lovely and I appreciate it!

Jess and Jaden took great care of us. They replaced the back brakes and rotors on my van and did an amazing job. I highly recommend going to see them for your auto repairs.I'm changing my review because I took my van back twice because of a loud screeching noise coming from my back breaks. I was told nothing was wrong with them. I started to get the sound of metal on metal so I took my van in today and I'm told now I need new calipers! There was nothing wrong and now I need to replace something that is majorly expensive? Please explain!!! This is so frustrating.

The service I received was fantastic. Jerome was knowledgeable about what was needed for my car. Austin was quick with the work under the hood. Jess was amazing and so kind and positive. We really appreciated the calm attitude when I (literally) went off the rails. I often feel nervous when I go in for service because I am not really a "car" person--Jess was SO encouraging and nice. I was having a really hard day already, and was embarrassed when my drive into the bay didn't go well--there was no shaming from Jess and the team and they were really supportive.Also, the way the team communicated with each other was amazing--efficient, respectful to each other and the clients, very professional. My husband and I had never seen anything like it at a car shop and we were very impressed.Please let them all know--especially Jess--that they're fabulous and we really appreciated them.

Jess & Chris & Rocky!! You were great. You saved me from the other Jiffy Lube location on Cornwall. Ben at the Cornwall location claimed he couldn t serve my car when he could, and lied about the services he performed . Ben told me I had to go to Jess s shop. I showed Jess the receipt from Ben s services that were done 15 minutes before they saw the car, and she found out he didn t do most of the services at all!! And that his shop was equipped to do the services I wanted and he just lied. I love Jess and her crew. Chris and Rocky answered all my questions, and were great to interact with. I would recommend this location of Jiffy Lube, but not Cornwall s!! Jen and her crew were able to rotate my tires, refill their air, do front and rear differential fluid exchange, and top of my windshield wiper fluids.Services: Tires, Brakes, Battery

They re fast/efficient and have the knowledge & are ever so helpful. They made sure all my question are answered & looked at!The staff is what brings me back. I ve been coming here for 2 years since being divorced. I have trusted them with the maintenance of my vehicle & my 4Runner has been running smoothly and purrrs for a vehicle with 328,000 miles. Last time I was here, everyone at this location was awesome! I had no idea they did complimentary window cleaning, vacuuming and tire checks. No other location has ever offered that! Jess, Kyle, and Jaden were professional and super efficient in my oil change. They also provided free fluid checks and a quick underbody inspection upon request. This is the only shop i go to and i never wait long.
