Seth and Brianna were amazing. They got my services completed quickly and were very professional. Had the oil change completed with spark plugs and coils changed. Seth and Brianna were very efficient and were informative throughout the service. See you for the next oil change and services!

Both Julian and Brianna were very professional and immediately took charge of my auto. I had never been to Jiffy Lube before and had no clue what I was supposed to do.That Brianna even vacuumed my front floor mats that were full of leaf matter that I picked up accidentally on my shoes from a walk at Lake Padden. She was also highly entertaining the entire time and made my time so much fun. She is a keeper!

Great service, I called ahead to see if there was a line I had to get in, the guy said there was only one car there now, but that can change in minutes. I got there in about 10 minutes, by the time I was ready to go there were 3 or 4 more cars behind me. I have called before in the past, and they have recommended another Jiffylube since they were so busy.

They got oil all over the side of my motor. Drivers sideWhich now is all over my new wheels and tires and my undercarriage that was very clean and dry. Drivers sideNow my drive way has oil spots. My vehicles are always well kept,maintained, and meticulously detailed in and outI had to drive home 25 miles smelling burnt oil and still the cabin of my car smells like oil. I walked in my home and my spouse said you smell like a mechanics shop.Also the protection mats that were attached to my car had oil all over themOil hand prints all around the areaNever will I trust a jiffy lube. I got jiffy screwd .

Quick and fast, Gage was very nice on phone and in person. Got a quick oil change, and some recommendations on how/where to go to solve some other not so quick fix problems. Price was very fair for full synthetic!

The Meridian St. Jiffy in Bellingham is outstanding.A young woman that greeted me upon my arrival was extremely friendly and helpful with my car. She gave me extra information and this Jiffy Lube deserves congratulaions on it's customer se vice. I will return there whenever necessary.

Been Going to Jiffy lube for years and this location on and off. Was in this week and they told me i need a new oil pan since the bolt was stripped by a tech before or now?Now They wont work on it from now on since they had to jam a different size in so it wont leak.Seems to be my problem now!Wish who ever stripped it would take responsibility.

While the location itself is a little shady (not Jiffy Lube's fault), I was impressed that I was able to just show up and get what I needed within 20 minutes - arrival to departure! And the young woman who explained the different synthetic blend oils also made sure I used my JL coupon. This is going to be my go-to for this kind of car maintenance from here on out!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Jiffy Lube for an unexpected service issue and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. My wife's car had just received routine maintenance from another shop, but we discovered it was leaking oil profusely due to an improperly secured oil reservoir with incorrect bolts and washers.Upon bringing the vehicle to Jiffy Lube, Kyle greeted us and quickly took charge of the situation. His knowledge was immediately apparent, as he identified the problem without hesitation. In what felt like a flash, Kyle and his team corrected the mistakes made by the previous shop, replacing the faulty hardware, and ensuring that the oil level was properly topped off.What truly set this experience apart was the fact that Jiffy Lube, under Kyle's guidance, performed all the corrective work at no charge. The generosity and honesty displayed by Kyle and the Jiffy Lube team were remarkable. The efficiency of the service was the cherry on top all of this was resolved in less than 10 minutes.It's rare to find an automotive service store that combines expertise, efficiency, and integrity in the way that this Jiffy Lube does. Jiffy Lube was the last stop before driving 2000 miles on my driveway restored Fiero. Another Jiffy Lube blew me off, this team got me right in and did the quick checks I needed. Set me safely on my way. Service that's hard to find anymore.

I was the only customer with 2 bays available. Brianna the tech had me role down my window 3x in a driving rain, with her holding her laptop ignoring my request to pull in.Finally she relented. She had to open the hold to top of the antifreeze when I asked if they did. The techs spilled oil down the front of the engine, valve cover and manifold. The cockpit was full of arid stinking burning oil smell giving me a massive headache. I returned to JLUBE where they acknowledged the spill, and couldn't clean up the damage. Upon arriving home, it smelled up my garage BAD leaving me to move my car outside and leave it. Boy am I a little ticked off and won't be returning to this Guide Meridian Bellingham WA location anytime soon.

These guys are awesome!!! They set me up with a super fast and efficient oil change and even recommended some treatment for my fuel because my vehicle was hesitating while idling. Also, I received a discount for being a Veteran, which is great, being in a fixed income can sometimes be challenging. Thanks to the workers at this Jiffy Lube for going the extra mile for this old disabled Army Combat Veteran!!!

They are very rude here. They dont greet you or let you know how long the wait is or answer your questions. They look annoyed to have customers pull in and give you attitude for no reason. I just had a question and the guy was so nasty to me i just pulled off. There's no need.
