My girlfriend has gone here a few times and I wouldn't recommend that you go there because they're bad even for a quick lube. To start she wanted me to go with her because they're always trying to upsell something to her and make it sound like an absolute necessity which I experienced when I went there. Two oil changes ago she said that she was nervous because she was going to go over the 3k mile mark on her drive home and I told her that it's not something that you want to make a habit of but going 15 miles over isn't going to destroy her engine if there's enough oil in the engine. I was shocked when there was just a sliver on the dipstick so after getting her some more oil I pulled it in and jacked it up to see where the leak was and it turned out that the oil filter wasn't even close to being tight and so I took some pictures of it and told her I will be coming with her when she goes in to let them know. They acted like it wasn't a big deal but instead told me that they would make sure it was tight. After a about 10 minutes I noticed that there were a couple of people looking a little confused before pulling over the system they have for pumping the oil out of the dipstick tube. I asked why they decided to go that route and was told it was because they didn't have the correct socket which is pathetic since a 14mm is one of the most used bolts on many Asian cars but didn't want to make an issue out of it. After looking under there myself later on it seems like despite not having the correct socket the decided to try it anyway and rounded off the drain plug to the point that I needed to loosen it up using a vise grips. After their response to the oil filter I can't help but feel like it's pretty pointless saying anything so instead I'm going to teach her how to change her own oil.

These guys were awesome! So fast and helpful, Nicole changed my rear headlight, oil, filter - and worked with me to make sure it was all working properly. Highly recommend these folks!

As an employee and a customer of this location, I love how fast the service is. Ben, Riley, Belle, and Seth are absolutely amazing, as always. I was having electrical issues, and the belt happened to snap on our way in for just a simple top off. They were quick to get the old belt out and the new one in, and I couldn't be happier. My 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan is now running a lot smoother thanks to my fellow crew mates. Thank you guys!

I recently got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and I was so impressed with the team of people who helped me! In particular, Belle was knowledgeable, fast and so friendly! Because of the freezing weather my gas lid was frozen onto my car and had it not been for the kindness and ingenuity of Belle, and the team, I would have been in a pickle! I am a Jiffy Lube customer for life now!! All the stars!!!

Staff were super personable, helpful, and kindThey did a fantastic job of being professional and non condescending despite the fact that I drove in an old beater subaru that is leaking every type of fluid imaginable. It wasn't pretty!Kudos to Belle and Malachi, they did a great job.

Jess and Ben were great! We brought our dogs with us because we were on our way out of town. It s summer so they were kind enough to expedite the process our dogs didn t get warm in our car. Thanks ya ll!

I require 20/50 oil for my old engine to prevent leaking. They have been giving me much thinner oil. This time I insisted on 20/50, which they didn t have on hand but they got some within 10 minutes, and said they would keep some on hand for me. Very nice!

literally the fastest oil change I've ever gotten, was looking for something to do while I had a spare hour, and was like maybe I'll have time to get through an oil change? I think I was only there for a total of 15 minutes including pulling in and paying and driving away. super friendly serviced too! Topped off all my fluids and my air pressure, and washed my windows.

Belle, at the downtown Bellingham Jiffy Lube is such an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable technician. The care and service for my car today was excellent and Belle went the extra mile to skillfully make sure that my car is in proper mechanical working order. The folks that work here are always super kind to me, and very respectful.They never pressure me to get extra work done on my car, like many other places will.They also always check my tire pressure and wipe my windows for me.I always look forward to going to get an oil change with them!Services: Tires, Oil change

Kolina, Ben, and Isabelle are crushing. These people are young and full of energy. Friendly, polite, and personable. I drove straight in, 15 minutes and we were done. Plus they threw on some sick wiper blades for less than Amazon is selling them for. In a world where there is never enough time, the team over at Cornwall Jiffy deserve a raise and paid lunch. Much better experience than the usually cranky aging, bitter mechanic. Will be back

Went there on 10/19/2023 and was very disappointed with the service Ben ran. I arrived and told a gal that I wanted my fluids done (differential fluids) she said they could take care of me. They checked my air filters, but didn t do any of the typical things I ve usually seen, like check my brake lights and blinkers. Which I thought was complimentary. They then changed my oil, and she said that they refilled my windshield wiper fluid. Maybe it s because I said fluids she just assumed windshield wiper fluid. I reiterated that I wanted all my fluids done that are under the hood, she seemed confused and spoke with Ben. Then she said they couldn t do my transmission fluid because I have a Subaru and that can only be done at Subaru specific places. I said that was fine, she then tried to get me to pay for the oil change, I said no I want the differential fluids done, she then spoke with Ben again, and they said that their shop can t do that, and I have to go to the one on Bakersview. I paid and left. Told the workers at the Bakersview location the situation, they informed me Ben could have changed the fluids at his shop, just probably didn't want to because his shop was closing sooner than Bakersview shop but I came an hour before his closing so unless it was laziness I don t understand why he didn t change my fluids. After the Bakersview employees looked at my car, they realized that Ben didn t even refill the windshield wiper fluids like he said he did!!! I wouldn t recommend this location, but if you re reading this, I recommend you go to the Bakersview location managed by Jess. Her crew Chris & Rocky & Others were amazing.
