Time to do the software update was less than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The update has improved the "auto off" function when the truck is stopped. It works more reliably now.

Just needed a simple service, oil change, tire rotation and such. I asked if I could wait for it, he said sure, might take about an hour... that was fine, About 40 minutes later I was done and on my way!So easy, no hassles...Love it!

I had an exceptional experience taking my vehicle to Honda of Bellingham. I had MONTHS of power issues and finally decided to bite the bullet and take it somewhere. The service department members I spoke with were kind, informed, and approachable. The technician was able to locate the issue and gave me a diagnostic report on some things that will need to be replaced or serviced. I was informed throughout the time my car was with them and that really eased my mind.

Everything felt as if it went smoothly. Bruce was waiting for me in the service area. He had a folder containing our service history. He reviewed with me the notes I had sent with my online service request and he summarized his service plan and asked if there were any other concerns or questions. When I returned that afternoon to pick up the car, he reviewed how his service staff addressed each issue.

The service was good. However, my oil change and tire rotation took took an hour and a half which was way too long (10:20 am - 11:55 am).

Excellent service. Provided a courtesy vehicle. Fixed all the recall issues and completed my 160,000 mile service. My CR-V sounds as good as the day I drove it off the lot 5 years ago.

This was my first visit to the service center and it went very nicely, on time, friendly service reps met with me, explained the details of my vehicle recall. The repairs were done efficiently and I was on my way very quickly.

The appointment for my express oil change took less than an hour. I spent the time in the clean, well-spaced waiting room, reading. Additionally, I was texted by the technician who was working on my car telling me I could be in touch with him at any time. The staff where I checked in and out were very efficient as well. The price I paid for a fully synthetic oil change was very reasonable.Service: Oil change

They did a great job with some matinee name on my Civic. 103k miles but now runs like it did at 25k. Ready for another 100k. I was impressed how the service center team let me know they could move up my appointment, and how friendly and pleasant they were when I arrived. I got the service that I needed for my car and some good information about the other things I can have done in the near future. I felt very at ease and confident that I was being taken care of. Andy was able to help me get my car checked in and explain everything. He was very communicative and found me a loaner car since my car was needed for a fee days to complete additional services. All around a great experience with Honda.

The service department at Honda is outstanding. They are so professional and efficient and have an excellent waiting room with yummy coffee and cozy chairs if you plan on staying. They always explain in detail the issue with your car and are happy to answer questions.

Did a great job. On my thirty thousand mile service they discovered that one of my struts had failed three days before my warranty for this part would have expired. Had a pretty bad experience at a different Honda dealer that was making me wish I hadn't bought a Honda. I went to the bham one for service now twice and it has been way better. They are kinda and easy going. I believe the advisor I've had is Cat, and she is wonderful. They know what they're talking about. Service was done in a timely manner. Shuttle was available and was prompt at pick up. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received this far.Service: Oil change

The customer service was excellent and exceptional. I went in for diagnosis of air conditioner on my Acura MDX. Andy Camems was my contact and service representative. He was courteous, attentive, professional, with a great attitude which was refreshing in today world were people have lost the art of human interaction. He made such an positive impression for the Honda dealership and himself that I am going back next week to have them work on another issue.
