Peter at Harmony did a fantastic job working on my Subaru Outback! He was very communicative and honest, plus a very pleasant man to deal with. I will be returning in the future with any car issues! Highly recommend to anyone in need of work!

I have brought my cars to Harmony for many years. They are always courteous, clear communicators with repairs and costs as well as accurate with their projections on repair timing. Staff is terrific! Highly recommend this reputable company!

I ve been bringing my vehicles here since I moved up to Bellingham in 2018 and after my dad recommended them from when he used to live in the area a few decades ago. They have great service and are very communicative. Amazing service through and through.

Mark and his team at Harmony are absolutely top shelf. Harmony Motorworks has been servicing and repairing our vehicles since we moved to Bellingham in 1993. Some German, some Japanese. Their honesty, and professionalism keep me coming back. I would give them 10 stars if possible. To helpIllustrate this point, the brands of cars Harmony services has and will continue to influence our decision on new car purchases. I won t buy a vehicle Harmony won t eventually service. It s not often you can say you look forward to talking with your auto repair shop. I do at Harmony. Thank you Mark

Mike and Marc were exceptional, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in a real bind and they came through for me in a big way when it came to my BMW X6. I recommend them 10 times out of 10.

Peter was awesome. Our car needed work that, as it turned out, would cost several thousand more than the vehicle would be worth if it was in perfect condition. We talked it over and just had Harmony put it back together and paid for the diagnosis. They didn't mind that we left it in their lot until we found someone to take it as a trade-in. They could have pressured us to have the work done or to get the car out of their way, but they didn't. They even gave us a coupon toward service on our replacement car. Great coordination and communication. Detailed information on work done. They are great at explaining technical issues. Reasonable prices. We have appreciated Harmony's presence in Bellingham for both our VW and Mercedez for decades.

The service writer I dealt with Mike Lykins was great. I had an 07 BMW X3 diagnosed for multiple issues. The techs made a list of problems and Mike relayed the most important ones to me. I didn't have everything completed but what I could afford to feel comfortable driving.

Excellent service! So glad to discover them for my 2016 mini Cooper Clubman. Great service and clear communication. Feels like the right place for servicing my 2011 range rover in Bellingham. Mike is a gentleman, sincere and honest. I feel we can trust this place with getting great service and fair pricing without a compromise on knowledge and experience in auto services

Was looking for a new shop having recently moved to Bham. Friend uses Harmony. I went in person to check out the place. Cleanest auto shop I've ever seen! Peter sqeezed me in sooner than I thought for an oil change, then provided a maintenance plan going forward. All costs estimated up front, no surprises. Very organized shop, friendly, helpful staff, knowledgable mechanics! Glad I listened to my friend and went there, they are great!!

Harmony present themselves as a no-frills garage, eschewing amenities such as complimentary vehicle cleaning and loaner vehicles, in order to keep costs at a minimum. My car was competently repaired, as far as I can tell, and at a price commensurate with my expectations and comparable to other estimates. I would humbly suggest, however, that it might be nice to have at least one trash receptacle in the waiting area, despite the addition cost. Over all, a pleasant and efficient business that I will be happy to continue patronizing.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Service was friendly, fair, and FAST! I was quoted WELL over their asking price at three separate shops. The entire process from start to finish was 4 days! My car drives like a dream and I am so glad to have my baby back. A huge thank you to the entire team at Harmony Motorworks! Fantastic repair shop. I appreciate their honesty about what needs to be done and, more importantly, what can wait. I have had other locations recommend expensive repairs only to be told by Harmony why they aren't necessary and why. What a great experience! My sister had recommended them, she told me about the great service she has received. I made a call to have my windshield wiper motor replaced. I was given an estimated amount that seemed reasonable compared to other companies I had called. The joys of owning a Volkswagen! They got me in within the week. They even put in my headlight that I had with me for no extra charge! Fantastic! I will be back and tell all my friends. I've finally found a mechanic I can trust. Thanks again Peter!

Have used Harmony Motorworks for both warranty repair on my BMW435i convertible and again for normal maintenance. My dedicated and thorough technician , Keith, has almost beenas long with Harmony Motorworks as I have. Somewhere close to 35 years, and with all the many different vehicles I've owned over that time. This was my first time using Harmony Autoworks, but it will not be my last. Mike & Mark were extremely helpful when I had to have my car towed to their shop. They had a two week waiting list, but fixed my car in two days because it was an "emergency" situation. Everything is running perfectly! Peter was very helpful when it came time to pick my car up. Called 3 places that were referred to me from a friend in the industry, first 2 would not give me a quote for a clutch due to it having a presumed failed slave cylinder, let alone even try and work with me. Finally talked to Peter on the phone, so professional, gave me the estimate I was looking for to decide whether I was going to sell the car or fix it. I towed the car 60 miles, passing multiple repair facilities on the way just cause of the way I was treated over the phone. Car was dropped off, diagnosed before they had anticipated and repairs were done in a timely manner. For me, running a service department, Harmony had some of the best customer service skills and knowledge a person could ask for.Service: Transmission

Capable, respectful, thorough, and friendly every time I've been in. Always willing to talk something through, which I absolutely appreciate. There is always a wide variety of cars at the shop, and their techs are always doing a great job. Love that the owner is almost always there keeping things moving. First time going to Harmony Motorworks. I had my newly purchased 2002 Mercedes E320 receive an A service. Shop was clean and organized. The gentlemen there seemed genuine. They gave me an initial quote. They double checked to see make sure I was okay with the cost of service before taking my vehicle in. Mid day they gave me a call. Told me my engine oil looked clean but just wanted to see when the last time it was replaced. They also let me know that my filter was dirty, took a picture of it and gave me a quote and asked if I'd like them to replace it. Later that day they let me know I had a really nice car and it was well taken care of. At the end of the day the gave me a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. When I got my car back There weren't any loose screws. No extra scratches, everything was in the right place.
