I got my car repaired by them in November 2023. I had been rear-ended. They provided excellent customer service. They were so positive and helpful. My car looks amazing. I can t recommend this place highly enough.

Incredible service! After being told by a reliable (I thought) business person that I needed to file an insurance claim to fix my rear bumper, Gerber Collision & Glass fixed the minor damage within 5 minutes! Many thanks to Meghan and Reene for being completely honest about what actually needed to be done to fix my car. This business will not try to convince you that you'll need unnecessary work! If I have any concerns at all, they will back up the work they've done.

I don t need collision repair often, but when I do I go to Gerber on Moore. The few times I ve needed auto repair, in the 20 years I ve lived in Bellingham, I ve called here for help and have consistently experienced professional and kind employees and perfect results. For example, Megan & Ren� made my day today with their attention to detail, hearing my desired outcome, and I m thrilled with how my car looks! Thank you both for being so amazing!

My Jeep was rear ended and Gerber took care of everything for me and took extra steps to get me back on the road sooner and safer in time for the holidays. I'd rate higher then 5 stars if I could. Grant was amazing assisting me with the repairs.

This amazing group of of people left my 2018 Civic like new after being hit, and then again after someone vandalize my Roush. They always kept me in the loop as progress was being made, and they were always courteous and attentive of my needs. I highly recommend this Auto Body Shop.

Customer service was very Informed and pleasant to work with. I but my car in Monday and had by friday...it needed a new front end and it came out looking so good!! The Car was even cleaned...very happy with the outcome, Thank you Gerber!

Excellent results, and a fantastic experience. I felt like the staff really cared about me and treated me like family. Would definitely recommend. I would especially like to give kudos to Kelly for explaining things so thoroughly and being so kind. They definitely went above and beyond!

Excellent customer service and repair work. Finished a day earlier than expected. Made arrangements for the rental car place to pick me up there and even to drop the rental back at Gerber, where the rental company will retrieve it. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my car got in a accident July 2017. I took it to Gerber collision and glass to get fixed and when I came and picked it up it looked awesome The whole process was great and the communication was great. However shortly after I noticed my headlights were not auto leveling like they used to. I brought it back to the shop and explained that my headlight have an auto level feature in they were not working. The shop insisted that my old headlights were after market and the OEM ones do not do this and told me I was wrong. I knew this to be wrong and had to fight for them to first take a look at it again, explaining where the wheel sensor were that control the leveling system and out they have to hook up a computer to program it. They still insisted I didn t have it but offered to pay for another shop to look at my car so they could program and fix the headlights. Of course my headlights did have this feature and Gerber didn t know what they were talking about they also didn t want to put a lightbulb in which was damaged by the accident and I had to fight for them to do that as well. A year later I had to takeoff my front bumper for a repair on my car. As I was taking off I realized what a spotty job Gerber did. There are pieces of my car that are literally glued together instead of replacing the components. Screws are stripped brackets are broken and there are missing screws. I ve taking my bumper off previous to the accident so I know what it is supposed to look like and unfortunately they did a very spotty job. I definitely do not recommend taking any vehicle there an after talking to many other people working in the car industry up in Bellingham I have heard the same. I am now in a position where I have to go out of my pocket to pay for work that they should ve done right the first place.

Amazing! I've never had a car come out of a wreck better than it went in before. They did an incredible job and definitely went the extra mile. It's like my car is new again. I can't believe it.

I'll never go here again, I will happily pay tow out of pocket in the future to go anywhere else. Always heard great things about Gerber.. So I'd say avoid this one.What they felt like fixing looked good.Just expect to have scratches added to the rest of your vehicle, mismatched parts also leaks and even damage go unnoticed.

I had a very bad experience here. They left damage unrepaired underneath my car where many people may not notice, and also damaged the interior of my car with the repair work they did. They tried to claim all of it was pre existing damage on a brand new car. I lost count the number of times I needed to bring my car back in to try and get them to fix it. Eventually it got to the point where I couldn't keep taking time off work for it.The first time I got my car back I immediately noticed and pointed out damage to my car interior before I even left the lot. They claimed this is pre-existing damage. It was some deep scratches from the dashboard being removed in a brand new car with a few thousand miles on it. Allison suggested it could have been caused by a woman's purse. I'm a man and a woman has never driven my car. There was a lot of that kind of behavior from Allison. She blamed every defect in the repairs as pre existing damage. They sub contracted the interior work to honda and instead of notifying honda about the damage gerber said they would fix it themselves and tried to polish out the deep scratches around my gear shifer. They fixed some of the scratches but ended up getting polishing compound on my car's interior. I kept following up and by the time they made an appointment with Honda they refused to cover it saying Gerber had taken too long to notify them even though I notified Gerber immediately. Oh and that polishing compound damage? You guessed it: it must be pre-existing damage!I continued finding many other issues with their repairs including bolts so loose they came out on their own, a defective side mirror they installed, and obvious unrepaired damage from the accident underneath the car. I brought my car in repeatedly and they'd address one issue but not the others I'd mentioned. I finally got sick of taking time off work to deal with them and get the run around from Allison the manager.Gerber never did fix the interior damage caused by their repair work or the damage from the accident underneath my car after being given many chances.If you're forced to use this repair shop I'd highly suggest documenting the state of the interior and exterior of your car prior to handing it off to them, inspect it extensively when they give it back to you before driving it off the lot, and document extensively every visit and conversation you have with them. I'd have a great case for a lawsuit if I'd kept better documentation. Don't let them claim anything they did or damage from the accident is "pre-existing damage."

Recommended by Safeco. The job was perfect and completed in ONE day! Although it was an insurance claim, they showed their commitment to customer service. They vacuumed the inside of the entire Expedition, washed the windows and washed the exterior!

These are facts not personal feelings.Ordered the wrong bumper twiceWated to make all aftermarket parts OEMnever completely finished the jobStole parts off of car never replacedShot gallons of water and soap out of exhaust without even letting the car sort of warm up.Lied about doing "extra work" that never happendparts 3 weeks later still in the mail.Had to explain to them what a catch can and front mount oil cooler is.P.sDoes this seem like a legit company or a cut rate rip off, the insurance companies cut a deal with?Service: Body & Trim

Very poor service. Called in around 10:00am. They said the mobile glass unit would call before 12:00pm to set up a time for after 12:00pm. I heard nothing. Called back at 1:30pm three times. Phone would ring, click, and then disconnect. Called the main office who said they would try and reach the glass unit. Heard from the main office at 3:00pm who said that my phone wasn't working for the glass repair unit that had tried to call me, though my phone was working fine all day for numerous other calls. Finally the mobile unit called at 3:30 to say that either I or the office told them the wrong window was broken, and that they don't have the right part. Next available time is 2 days from now.Highly advise to stay away. They didn't contact me once to schedule a time like they said they would do, and they didn't contact me when it was well past 12:00 to say that they were running behind schedule. When they couldn't reach me from their location, they made no effort to contact me through their main office. On top of all this, they couldn't relay the right information on which window was broken. Finally, even after this mistake, they offered no prioritization to fix my car as soon as possible. Took my business elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed when I found out 8 months after my car accident that my car wasn't fix correctly causing me a flat from a bad alignment.When I brought my car back to see what happened they tried to blame me for my alignment problem.They had sent my car to Midas to fix it and when they told me I could pick it up it still wasn't fixed.I took it to a different repair shop and they found that I needed a new control arm put in because the one they put in my car wasn't the right kind.Don't trust Gerber or Midas

Unprofessional promising it would be ready for the last 3 weeks and they always find another issue, my car was in for a bumper job, come to find out there s a whole bunch of other issues with it that where not there prior to the accident, I still don t have my car back and they keep on forgetting to order parts, I will be going in there tomorrow and will wait for my car to be done and will not be leaving without it
