I made a horrible mistake of bringing my vehicle here. I brought it here to get two new tires, an oil change, and they suggested a new radiator hose so I agreed. I paid $604. I had no functionality issues before they serviced it. No issue starting ever, and no issues driving. After picking it up I drove it for about 5 miles, and then the check engine light came on, and the engine just stopped. It was not starting back up. I called them, and they had a tow truck come out at their expense to bring it back there to check. Then they call me to say the codes they scanned indicate a possible electrical issue, and that they have no qualified mechanics to fix it. I am 100% confident if I did not take my vehicle there it would still be functioning fine. Now I have to pay to have it towed to another repair shop, and pay them to find what happened, and fix it. I would never consider bringing any vehicle back to this place.

I ve been taking my car here for oil changes and engine work for about two years. I m impressed with their integrity. As a person who isn t savvy about cars I feel they are honest and only recommend needed service. This location is very busy and appointment book out 1-2 weeks.

I have done tire change-overs there for the last three years. All of the work has been excellent. My tires are wrapped back in bags, so storage and transportation is easy. Brian does a great job assisting customers. I will be back.

I had a rather impressive flat on my front right tire. They were able to squeeze me in same day and get me going again by the afternoon! Not to mention the incredible warranty on the tires I had purchased from them meant I only spent $40.00 today! Outstanding customer service! They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. Great shop! I'm sold! Customer for life! Thank you all!!!

George was the person I dealt with the most and he treated me with respect, was factful without being forceful, and just an overall generally nice person; very professional. I waited while my car was being worked on and in that time he and Leandra spoke with a man who was angry and rude and was trying to mansplain things to Leandra. Both of them kept were very professional and handled the situation so much better than I would have. Additionally, George helped a woman with turn by turn directions to another business. She was clearly confused and he again just handled the situation tactfully and professionally.Just overall good people and for my own personal business I had a good experience.

Super nice when you can pull into a place with a low tire and have them help you out immediately. No questions asked, and I know they were trying to close. Got a quote on new tires from them and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience here. Liz and the staff on shift helped me top up my oil, although I arrived just before closing, as they wanted to ensure I got back to Vancouver BC safely. The service I received will keep me coming back. Thank you!

I made an appointment for 1 pm for both fixing a tire and alignment. No one called me since I used the online reservation form. The online form clearly saids we will call if the time is unavailable . Got to the appointment 2 hrs early to learn they could not help me until 5 pm and would not be able to do my alignment at all. Although the gentleman was nice, my tire still has a nail in it and the alignment is not fixed.

These guys are top notch quick and thorough! Get all your tires through them if you can, I've had many vehicles with weird issues and they are lovely in a pinch with multitudinous other maintenance as well! Thank you guys!P.S. Sorry about the ton of spiders in the wheelwells of that one Pontiac Sunfire, just for dealing with that sheer volume of spiders on that car alone you deserve so many gold stars, like Dr. Suess Sneetches all over your stomachs! You guys rock!

Took my new, old car in to see if they would remove my tattered stock hubcaps so I could replace them and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They came in and asked me if I'd like to have the new ones installed as well. No charge, super friendly service and no long wait. Firestone on 1530 N State st. has a new customer for sure. Our first time to have our vehicle serviced here, and our first time to feel like we found a place we can trust to get our car fixed. We felt like our car was falling apart, ready to quit before the service. Now it runs great after their work on it. We will try them again next time we have problems with our car. Besides everybody here is nice and friendly, and they do a great job. Thank you so very much.

I applaud them on their honesty. My beaks where squeaky so I took my car in to get breaks done and they checked it out for me. They told me they still measured fine and that it was normal for the area. I feel like if this was any other place they would have changed them and charged me. I am very happy with their customer service and integrity.

Did an oil change here, $56 which wasn't bad. They did lots of little extras for me, they took about 30min. Lobby definitely had that car shop dingy-ness to it but who cares. Guy I spoke to at the counter was nice and they got me in and out quickly, no complaints!

First experience was great, they got my breaks fixed in half the time promised and everyone was nice. The second experience has me worried, almost feels like I was scammed. Was told something was wrong with my steering wheel, the guy mumbled the price, I asked him to repeat and he mumbled again something that sounded like 80$ and some change. When it came time to pay suddenly that price jumped to $800 and something just feels off about it all.. don't think I'll be back here.

Truly avoid at all costs.. had them replace one tire. Put on rim. Put back on car. They managed to spill diesel additive all over in my back trunk area and didn't say anything. Took 4 hours to change one tire.

Why have an online scheduling system, if it does not sync with your store. I made an appointment on-line today to have my brakes fixed. They called an said they have no spots available until Friday. I now have no vehicle to get to work, or do anything until I can find a competent establishment to work on my car!

The staff was very friendly. I booked my appointment online and was given a discount/coupon on my oil change. My brakes have been squeakimg for a year now, even after the pads wee replaced by another retailer. They offered a solution that was cost effective, and it worked perfect!! No more squeaky brakes!! Super happy with my service!!!

Called before I visited, Dan, was so rude over the phone I decided that maybe a face to face encounter would be different so I drove down. I had questions about my 70,000 mile warranty on my tires I paid a lot of money for. Dan wouldn t even get out of his chair to visually inspect my tires on the vehicle parked 30 feet away. Then his buddy walked in the door and they decided to tag team me with shenanigans about how tires don t come with warranties. They continued to tell me you need to bring the car in so we can look at it. I was like it s right there! This was all going down about 1 hour and 40 minutes before closing time. All the lift bays were empty, there was not a soul in the store except for Dan. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I m regretting purchasing any goods/services from this establishment. If I owned this business I d fire the guy. So I promptly drove home and got on Firestone s website and found the warranty information I needed, I will likely drive my unsafe vehicle to Marysville to see if the customer service there is better. I hear through other reviews people have had better luck down there. I ve also read a lot about dan in these reviews...

I have gone to firestone for years for my vehicle and trailers. Today my experience was by far the worst I've had. I live over an hour a way. I called ahead of time to see if they had tires for my truck and my wife's suv. They only had tires for my truck in stock which was fine. I asked if I need an appointment and was told I could drop my truck off and come get it a few hours later. An hour and a half later I walked in to drop my truck off and the gentleman at the counter told me it could not be done today and I would have to set up a time or drop it off and get it tomorrow after they have a chance to get to it. I told him I just called and he began to argue with me and tell me he never told me that walkins were welcome and they could have it done today. If I would have been told that I couldn't get it today on the phone, than I would have made an appointment and not spent 3 hours of my day driving back and forth for no reason. My main problem is the attitude and arguing when I know what I was told on the phone.

Took car to get brake inspection, only to; after waiting hour and half, told that they couldn't do the work since I had locking hubs and no key given to me when purchased car, yet have been able to take tires off myself before. There's the reason I don't like "chain" places. Was more than happy to pay a private, local mechanic at Doug Barnette's place.
