Amazing friendly customer service and spa services for your car. My used very old Jeep was in total disarray like a frat party and these guys did an incredible job to remove dirt, mold and years -yes, years! - of dirt on the inside and outside! Super happy with the job they did! Kudos to al the staff and special thanks to the young men who cleaned my Jeep Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Gold package for a Honda pilot. Exterior and interior. $380People were friendly and helpful. Building and area were clean.Overall the detail was done well, but for the price I paid, I expected the carpet to be vacuumed under the floor mats. The driver side plastic seat frame was broken during the detail. And I specifically asked an area in the back seat to be deodorized and a stain taken out, and that did not happen. The odor is still very present. Wax was left on the paint in various places on the outside.Prices are about 10-20% higher than local competitors.

I had an appointment for the platinum detailing for today. I scheduled this weeks ago. They told me to come at 730 and they would meet me. And I would get the loaner car. when I came today the guys who were opening the shop had no idea that I was supposed to be there. They did not greet me when I came in. They did not say good morning, they just ran to the back of the shop avoiding me leaveling me out in the waiting room by myself. Then, when they did come back out, they just said how they weren't trained to work the front desk and that the owner had the books and they didn't know about the appointments because the owner had the books and they didn't know what to do and was. They kept saying this and asking if I was dropping off my car or not. I wasn't sure if these guys were high. Or if they just woke up and came straight from the bed to the job, they all looked like they just walked right out of bed and came there straight there. They hadn't combed their hair or anything. They seemed half awake or high or something. Noone seemed ready to open a business and greet and work w customers. It was so awkward. I wasnt leaving my car with them. The guy at the front kept telling me to give him the keys. But he did not have a loaner car and did not even know what I was there for. How am I going to give him the keys and get to work? then they were telling me that the owner was on their way. the owner was already supposed to be there at 730. I asked the staff who was I talking to When I said appointment? It didnt make sense that that person would not know that I was supposed to be coming there and would not tell the staff. I made an appointment last month. I don't understand how the owner and the staff Don't communicate about appointments. This place has all these plaques about being silver and gold starred and being the best of Bellingham. But they can't even treat customers properly with respect and courtesy or with consideration for their time and their business. I cleaned out the stuff in my car so that these guys could have full access to clean and detail it. And they didn't even consider What it took for me to come there today. I work in the opposite direction. And I took time to come that way so I could drop the car off. I took time to get all the things out of my car and put it in my place so they could have the car. I don't even have room in my apartment for the stuff I had in my car. I'm inconvenienced for the time for the space for the everything. Because now my car is still dirty. And I have to find another place to go to because of them. I was really offended by this. I have been looking forward to my car getting detailed for weeks. I'm not sure where the high ratings are from. Maybe it's just family and friends rating them because they're not treating people like a silver and gold star Best of bellingham business should.

Very professional staff and an incredible job done on my car. They managed to get out a set in coffee stain on my seat that had been there for a couple years. Would definitely recommend.

I have a new Bronco that got a few scratches on the hood. I stopped in to see what the team at final touch auto spa could do to help me out. I was greeted by Adam, he was extremely helpful and professional. He was able to get me in and out in no time at all. He did an amazing job fixing my hood and you could never tell there was damage there before. I can't thank him enough. I look forward to having my car detailed there in the future. For a few years I've had an oil leak from somewhere on my engine but the engine was so dirty that they couldn't start to figure out where the issue was. I put off dealing with it because I didn't really know the first place to start. Eventually though, I couldn't keep putting it off. I reached out to another mobile detailing place first but heard nothing back so I stopped by here to see if they could handle it and make an appointment. I loved that the engine steam clean was on their a-la carte menu, because until I know how much it'll be to get the car repaired, I don't know if I'm keeping it or not and didn't want to spend a ton on detailing if I'm going to have to let it go.On the day of my initial appointment, my car got trapped in the garage by a giant wood chipper for a tree we really needed to come down - so I called and it wasn't a problem to reschedule it to the next day. I brought it in and it was done within 10 minutes. When I asked about paying, he said he didn't want to bother with the paperwork and we were good. While I was there, I also saw him help out a lovely older woman who wasn't sure how to clean the touch screen in her car. I did ask about whether they could handle my aluminum trailer and he said that he wouldn't feel comfortable that they could do the work to their standards because of how quickly the aluminum oxidizes relative to cars and I really respect the honesty. The service is 100% top notch and I will gladly be bringing my car here in the future for cleaning! (Hopefully it'll be the same car, now that I can get the oil leak assessed.)

Final Touch tinted 9 windows on my van! The van turned out amazing!! The professionals there talked me out of the tint darkness that I thought I wanted they were 100% CORRECT!! Glad I listened to them or I wouldn t be able to drive at night. Thanks guys for taking the time to ask questions and talk to me about what I really wanted. Nothing short of a miracle My car went from a disaster to looking brand new. I had dog hair imbedded in every nook & cranny! Just when I m ready to sell my car because it s so gross I take it here and I fall in love with it all over again because it s like a new car. Final touch is the real deal. Worth every penny. They are friendly & professional & go above and beyond expectations. Beyond satisfied & will be back.

I'm so happy with their work! I had extensive stains from: roadtripping, camping, and various spills over the years. They did an amazing job of detailing and made my car look brand new!I would 100% reccomend them & will probably come back once a year for upkeep =). I just got the interior of my car detailed here and they were so great! First, my car looks brand new inside and I am so happy with it. Second, they were incredibly accommodating to my schedule and were able to get my car done so I could get to class on time. Overall great experience and they were really kind and did a great job.

They will do walk-in Aquapel for your windshield! Only took 10 minutes. Aquapel is a game-changer if you're an I-5 commuter.

Amazing job!!! I literally haven't washed my car in the 7 years since I bought it. And, since I am also a smoker, needless to say the interior was quite a mess with built up cigarette smoke. The work they did was phenomenal!!! Both the exterior and interior looked like I had just driven it off the dealer's lot!!! No cigarette smell and absolutely beautiful inside and out! I will definitely be using them again and again for regular upkeep and maintenance.

I had quite the experience with Final Touch! The first time I got my car in I got my windows tinted as well as an interior detailing. The windows looked great! The detailing however took three tries for them to finally get. I was pleasantly happy after I left a not great review and they told me to give them a call - third time was a charm! A bit of an inconvenience to have it taken in three times. My biggest complaint was just that I was told they could get the water stains out of my seats. Not sure what happened the first couple times as they came back looking the same but they really stepped up the third time! Thank you guys for being willing and able to fix this for me. The seats look much better!

I contacted the guys at Final Touch about getting some paint protection film applied to my new custom headlights for my Subaru, they were friendly and personable and their prices were spot on for what I was hoping to spend. Ari at the front desk was a great guy and the rest of the team did a great job helping me protect my new parts. They actually let me drop off my headlights a few days early and they were able to get the job done before lunch time. I'll definitely come back if I need any other detailing done to my vehicle!Service: Paint protection

I can't say enough how amazing these guys are! Ari was able to sneak my new car in for the full lifetime warranty paint protection. They are super busy, but he managed to get my new car in right away so I didn't have to drive around for a few weeks without it. They were quick, professional, and it looks fantastic! The price was very reasonable. I live in the San Juan Islands, and I will definitely still be bringing my vehicle up to these guys whenever I need my car taken care of. So I accidentally brushed up against a car while parking and got some of its green paint transferred onto my car. It s white so you could see the green slash marks pretty clearly. I m extremely OCD about my car looking clean so I had to search up a car detailing shop quick. This was also my first time ever going to a shop so I was prepared to pay like $100+ or something since car-related problems are always ridiculously expensive. On top of all that I don t know anything about cars so someone easily could ve taken advantage of me which is my biggest fear with having car troubles.Thankfully I found Final Touch Auto Spa and walked right in unannounced to see if they could check it out and let me know if they could get the paint transfer off and for how much. ADAM, with the best customer service I ve ever seen, was in the middle of working on a client s car and greeted me at the front desk. In just 5 mins, I had told him what happened, showed him and he took the time to drop what he was doing and take care of it for me. Looked like nothing happened by the end of it!It really made my week experiencing that with all my anxiety about cars. What I came in with wasn t a huge deal but I easily could have been charged a good chunk of change. I m extremely grateful for my experience at Final Touch Auto Spa. I won t forget it! Just had the inside of my car detailed, and I cannot express how happy I am with the service. My Subaru was a wreck after a few years of dog hair (we have 3) and hard outdoor adventure use. Dropped it off over the weekend for my convenience while out of town, was able to pay over the phone and then pick it up with extra keys, after asking they lock the spare inside. I was shocked when I got in it the next day! It looks literally brand new, and the best part is the lack of any odors of cleaners. Absolutely worth the expense, and I'll likely be getting the car detailed more regularly, now that I know how clean it can be!

Got the gold package on my car. The person who assisted me was very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job following Covid safety precautions. They offered me a loaner car which I appreciated. The only thing that prevented my car from being perfect was the inside windows. The front windshield needed additional cleaning. Given the price of the package, I didn't want to have to go behind them and do additional work. Overall though, I was pleased with my experience.

Recently had my car detailed and on first inspection it looked pretty good but before I left I noticed they missed some green spots around the roof of my car so I asked them to touch it up before I left. A few days later I noticed they failed to remove the wax from my passenger side taillight as well as a small spot on my passenger side front fender. These guys seem to know what they are doing and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were probably just in a hurry. Will update after next detailing.

I have now had several great experiences here at Final Touch Auto Spa. I had the windows tinted on 4 or 5 different cars where they matched some windows that were already tinted perfectly. I just had a headlight restoration done and it looks sharp! The full details I've had were always very good and thus I can't say enough nice things. Thank you Ari and team! Keep up the great work!

My car is cleaner and looks shinier than the day I bought it! They did an amazing job getting out the scratch where my niece used a rock to write her name on my car! Would recommend Final Touch a thousand times over. Thank you Ari and your amazing staff!

My vehicle was in on sort of an emergency cleaning after a large spill happened over the weekend. Final Touch got my car in right away on Monday and they did an excellent job. Everything was very clear before any work was done as far as the pricing and the timeline that I could expect to have the car back. They took care of the spill in my vehicle as well as detailed the entire interior, washed the outside, and fixed a chip in the windshield (they are affiliated with Louis Auto Glass, a trusted local provider of glass repair) .Obviously the pricing for this level of detail is quite high but it is worth it for the quality of work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

What a great job, My car which friends referred to as a dog mobile showed the effects of hauling dogs around and smelled like it. After they did their magic my car was like new again. I appreciate the work done and the value . Don't buy a new car get it detailed at Final Touch. Thank you.

Final Touch had my Sprinter van all day. When I originally bought the van six years ago, I had thought the paint job on it was basically oxidized and not repairable. I was shocked to see that they were able to buff the vast surface area to an amazing shine! I highly recommend them for doing a quality job. A testimony to the value they bring, I understand they are the go to shop from the local auto dealerships. Warning: Don't be surprised if, as you enter the shop lobby, you see Duke the Dog greeting you at eye level behind the counter.
