Crash Champions did an amazing job, I m really impressed with the body work and I m so glad the repair was quick. Ryan who got me in and out was awesome I really appreciate everything he did for me and made it quick and simple. Thanks again, I d definitely will refer anybody to get there repairs done at Crash Champions.

Good service and great quality of repair. Can't speak to the cost as insurance was paying for repairs. Sometimes, they could be hard to communicate with, but its a good company overall.

I will NOT and can NOT recommend Crash Champions in good conscience. They ruined my vehicle. They had it for 2 MONTHS without giving my insurance company the preliminary estimate and refused to return my calls. It sat another month when we received the final estimate but by that time it was too late. It had sat for 3 MONTHS with a known leak (repair of which was listed in the estimate) through rain and snow storms. My insurance had no choice but to total the vehicle. The interior, which HAD been in really good shape, was ruined. There was standing water on the floor boards from a visible leak. The worst part was everything was molded. There appeared to be black mold on the ceiling as well. I know pictures would be nice unfortunately I was so upset at losing something so special that I didn't think about it. If you have a choice of where you go do not go here. I had no choice, they were contracted to my insurance company.

I miss 1st Class Auto Body. I had work done here before it became Crash Champions and it was an amazing experience: communicative staff, clear expectations in all billings, & flawless work was done on my vehicle.Communication with Crash Champions on my most recent work was abysmal. The work was still done well, but nobody there seemed to have any clear understanding of the billing situation between them, insurance, and myself. I have been given 4 different stories since the work was performed about who is responsible for paying what and I have zero confidence that this is the end of the story.I initially paid the deductible, then before I left I was told I owed the full balance. The following day I received a call telling me they overcharged me and instructed me to come back in to have the charge put back on my card. Not 5 minutes later, I get another call saying that they're going to mail me a check for the difference.I'm not convinced anybody has a clear idea of what's going on over there; it's a shame to see such a good shop fall so far. The work on my car was excellent, but Crash Champions needs to get their act together.UPDATE: I still have not received the check for the balance. I was told "somebody from accounting was supposed to get in touch with you". I'm on the phone with them now trying to chase my money down.

We brought our car to them for the first time many months ago and we re very happy w the service they provided! The repairs to our vehicle were pristine, they left our car in better condition than they found it in other ways as well, and handled a lot of little details making our lives so much easier.We appreciated the service & friendly ppl there & will continue to bring our vehicle back to them.

We are in the middle of an insurance company paid for repair. So far, so good. Prompt appointments and then delivery of the specific rental car needed while the repair is being made. I expect a good outcome.

These folks were kind, courteous, and looked after me and my car with a re-work on its door. If you have the option, choose them to help you with car repair. You'll be in good hands.

Communication was great until it wasn't. I was involved in a minor accident last winter which resulted in damage to my rear bumper and required it to be replaced. The process was very easy and the issue was taken care of really fast and the communication was great! After storing my car for the summer, I noticed the bumper didn't match the paint of the rest of the body. Since the initial repairs, the company was bought out and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the communication issue. That being said, I was able to meet with someone who took photos of the car and was going to talk to someone about getting the paint blended. It's been a couple of months and several attempts to get a word back and I still haven't received any response. I'm still hoping that this can be fixed, it's just taking a long time.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

We are beyond happy! 1st class auto body has done an excellent job. I would recommend this business to everyone. The car is beautiful! They promised we would not see any remaining hail damage. Overall a pretty terrible experience. Communication about repair progress was very poor. They quoted 4 days to repair and on day 4 I called to arrange pickup they said it would be a couple more days. After the couple of days I called in and they said they needed another week. At the end of that week I was told they needed one more day. Throughout this I could never get an answer on what the problem was. When I got the vehicle back the single dent was repaired but in the process of the repair they managed to break a button on my center console so that it just hangs off loose. I would recommend looking elsewhere for repairs.

Needing repairs on your car is stressful enough and 1st class auto body took the worry out of this process from beginning to end. I loved the relationship with Enterprise. I had the rental dropped off at the body shop for a smooth transition. I got text notifications on every step of the repair and even a notification letting me know another piece for my vehicle needed to be ordered due to the original piece being damaged during delivery. On the day I went to pick up my car, it was a very smooth process and the work they performed on my new made my car look brand new. I was so excited and pleased. Once I got in the car, I noticed that they had cleaned the inside of the car and I couldn't have done a better job myself. I'd happily select them for future services but let's hope no one hits my car again.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

First time ever to use auto body shop! Had, no idea, who to take it to, and asked my insurance adjuster and he highly recommended this shop! I can not truly express, how fantastic this auto body shop is!They were booked out, but SO HAPPY, I waited to get appointment with this auto body shop! Service was over the top fantastic, had rental car waiting, texted me daily of the progress and the work was outstanding! Have been told, working with a black color is a little harder, but if it was, you would never know it! Looks exactly like the day , I bought it! Do not hesitate to use them, you will NOT be disappointed! I never, write reviews, but decided to make an exception because I was so pleased with the service!!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

1st Class Auto Body was amazing. They contacted me to set up and appointment so quickly and were able to fit me in. I was expecting the repairs to take a couple weeks at least. They provide text message updates which kept me informed on expected completion dates. They went a step ahead and were able to finish the car before that! All said and done, they had the car for 4 days and it looks good as new, better even! I really appreciate all the work they did and they even left a nice note on the steering wheel when i picked up my car. I highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body for any car needs. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Didn't have to make an appointment for my estimate and they were so easy to work with on every step! (I'd called another popular local body shop and it would have been 3 weeks before they could even look at it to give me an estimate.) 1st Class let me drop my car off a week before it was scheduled for repairs since we were going on vacation and would be gone the day I was supposed to drop it off. They finished the work faster than I'd anticipated and it looks showroom ready. When I picked it up, they'd detailed it all the way down to shiny rims and tires. I ve used First Class Autobody before and the experience has been excellent. They keep you informed on the progress of your car and my 10 year old vehicle looks like new inside and out. There was a problem with my car not recognizing the key fob, and Joel was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Great service and experience from initial quote, drop off and pick-up. Damage repair looks brand new. While they were busy and scheduled me out 6-8 weeks, 1st Class had my car in and out in just a few days. All staff were super professional and great to work with. While I hope I never have to go back its good to know we have a place we trust to fix a damaged car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I was very pleased with the work done to my truck. When it was returned to me it looked brand new, it had been cleaned from the inside out which I thought was an over the top courtesy. I received updates while it was in the shop and they had the work done in a very timely manner. Well, let me start by saying this. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop ever. The customer service is fantastic, Joel kept me informed the entire time of my repair. There were a couple delays because Honda had sent them broken parts, (not the body shops fault) but, like I said, Joel kept me updated and tried to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I am beyond impressed with their customer service, seriously fantastic job.The car itself came out looking perfect and brand new. Granted,it was only a side mirror that needed to be fixed on my Honda insight. When I picked my car up it was sparkling clean, they detailed it in an out and honestly I couldn't be more satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. Really 1st class service. I highly recommend them, if you need to get your car fixed this guys are the absolute best in town

After an auto collision, my insurance provider recommended 1st Class Auto Body for the repairs, and I am glad that they did. 1st Class Auto Body made the entire repair process extremely easy for me from drop-off to pick-up. Customer service was excellent, all of my questions were answered, and the on-site Enterprise rental car service ensured that I was not without a vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Repairs were completed on-time, the quality of the work was outstanding, and the interior of the vehicle was professionally cleaned before return, a nice surprise that I was not expecting. I will be recommending 1st Class Auto Body to my friends and colleagues, and returning for any future repairs needed for my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a hit and run on my vehicle while I was working. Our insurance recommended this auto body shop so we brought it in on a Monday and they were extremely professional and enthusiastic about their job. They answered any and all of my questions and I felt assured that my car would be fixed properly. It was supposed to be finished the following Wednesday or Thursday (9-10 days) but they called me 4 days later and my car was ready to be picked up! They closed at 5 pm but I knew I wouldn t make it until about 10 minutes after, the lovely receptionist waited until I got there so that I could get my keys! My car looked wonderful and they detailed the inside! Such nice and lovely people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used 1st Class Auto Body a few times now and they have exceeded my expectations every time They have outstanding customer service, great communication and truly did an excellent job. I have experienced a non-insured repair and an insured repair. They made both processes extremely seamless and easy for me, especially the insurance repair. It was great!! I highly recommend them for all auto body needs.

I have used 1st Class Autobody twice. The first experience was great and I would have given 5 stars.My second and most recent experience wasn't as good. The body work was sloppy and the technician who detailed it made a total mess.Although they made it right when I brought it back in... it should have been done correctly the first time and it was a huge hassle to have to bring the vehicle back as well as find alternate transportation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I got in a car accident and these guys have been amazing through the whole process. they helped me with everything and were super informative the entire time my car was getting worked on. Hillary at the front was the kindest person and walked me through everything and called me with updates regularly. they sanitize the car at the end before returning it so i felt so safe. thank you 1st class auto body for making a hard experience easy and painless. highly recommend!!

Being in the auto damage business, I knew when my own vehicle got damaged who I needed to call. Hillary at the front desk was beyond personable, respectful, empathetic and professional above all else. With how busy body shops are she didn t make me feel like an inconvenience and scheduled me in to get an estimate ASAP. She even went above and beyond to contact enterprise when I needed to reschedule for a different date. Their estimator was efficient and polite and wrote a fair estimate on my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle I was informed right away when it would be ready for pickup through text (my preferred method of contact). When I picked up my vehicle I was so happy with the repairs. My vehicle is white and has tri stage paint, which looked good as new. The body work was fantastic and my vehicle didn t look like it got damaged at all. Professional & indeed 1st Class treatment ! When I arrived all paperwork & rental car were ready. I was kept informed via text or calls of the progress/status of my vehicle from beginning to end. Excellent people & faculty. Believe my Hyundai looks better after the repairs then it normally did. Excellent all around
