Went in for a tire change to winter tires. I scheduled online so they started working on my car immediately. Very quick service. High quality. Convenient while I was doing my shopping. They called me when they finished. I requested to keep my all-season tires so they washed them, wrapped them in nylon bags, and placed them in my trunk. Highly recommended!

Went with Costco tire due to a Michelin promotion they were having instead of discount tire, whom I have always used before. Check in was fine and I was told that they would call me when my vehicle was done. They said the estimated time would be about an hour, so I went shopping around the store and came back after about an hour and sat on the bench right by the desk. I m literally the only person on the bench. I made several reasonable assumptions: I assumed that the employees walking by knew I was there waiting for my car. I also assumed that because the employees saw me and no one said anything, including the guy who had checked me in, that my car was still being worked on. I mean, they told me they would call me when it was done, right? I thought it was implicit that if someone is sitting there, waiting, it would occur to someone to see if my vehicle was done, without me having to ask. I assumed that because they hadn t called me that my vehicle was still being worked on, especially since I was sitting there right in front of them. Stupid me. After about 40 minutes of just sitting there without any help, I looked in the vehicle bays and did not see my car. That s when I wondered that it was done and they had forgotten about me, so I did what I should ve done in the first place and went up to the desk until someone showed up. Sure enough, my vehicle was done, and if I had not said anything, who knows how much extra time I would have wasted. Im used to the process at discount tire where they let you know right away when your vehicle is done. I expected that they would actually call like they said they would. Wasting 45 minutes is not the end of the world, but I expected better service from Costco, and that s an assumption I won t make again.

Usually, good deals (I've saved as much as 40% on identical tires). Good service. It's just a bit of a hassle being in Costco. Appointments are usually several days out. They do drop-off, but usually, only those who arrive in the first 30 min or so get in, and you have to be prepared to leave the car all day.

Ok if you're American but you're better off buying in Canada especially if you factor in extra taxes and duty. Only thing good is nitrogen air but good luck in getting an appointment or having to come in for a flat repair. Most everyone now offers complimentary lifetime tire rotation and flat repair.

Poor customer service and communication. Inconvenient drop off and pick up. Had to wait for 30+ minutes for pickup. Wasn't informed I needed tire pressure sensors and now have to have tires remounted so sensors can be installed. This would've been a quick phone call to confirm an easy upsell of something my vehicle needed. I've had great experienced at local competitors and this was my first time using Costco tire center and will be my last. Not worth the small amount you may save over the convenience and service from other shops.

Mostly had to wait my turn in line at the counter, but extremely quick service + reasonably priced tires/installation. Impressed with how quickly the tires were ordered & delivered, as well as the installation.An efficiency ran business, which I will definitely be returning for more, + recommending to others!

The staff seemed not enthusiastic or friendly, just like they are very tired of doing their daily job. They left lots of grease on the wheel afterwards. The service attitude was horrible.

Pricing is good as is work quality. Service is intermittent as there aren t enough staff to service customers. For example, waited 15 minutes to check in for an install appointment made a week previously. Waited 20 minutes to pick up the key after all payment was made and tires were installed.

I share the opinion of other reviewers that the prices are good but the tire center is understaffed and you can expect lots of waiting. There does not appear to be any system for queuing customers so you may not be served in the order you arrived. Today I waited 20+ minutes for service while four people who arrived after me were helped at the other service counter. To avoid more aggravation I ended up purchasing tires at Discount Tire.

Got my tire serviced for $10.99 on Sunday, as many tire repair shops were closed by the time I noticed my flat tire on Saturday evening. I was charged for this before anyone even looked at my car to diagnose the problem. The guy said he could find no leaks, but replaced the valve stem anyways. Everything seemed fine, until I woke up on Monday morning 100% flat before work.THANK GOD FOR DISCOUNT TIRE! Who was able to find the large leak on the inner side that they missed and replace my tire for me on Monday afternoon.The worker there was so much more pleasant to work with! Costco Tire Center isn't even worth my time getting a return. For my sanity, keep the $11!

I got a great deal on good snow tires installed on a second set of oem wheels.Had a appointment at noon. Good thing I took the truck with me (or maybe that is why they forgot me). An hour later the wheels were still stacked in the bay. 2 hours later I decided to just head home. I called 4 hours later to be told they were done and no one had called...

Great, speedy service, and Thomas was able to recommend a good alternative to a recently-discontinued model, that was an even better fit for my needs. My new Michelins have great, responsive handling.

These guys worked as a team to get my new tires on ASAP, transaction was smooth from start to finish, also better pricing than anywhere I could find and comes with a nation wide warranty, Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Tires aren't to prices compared to other places and I just got my first tire rotation and it's free for the lifetime of the wheel. Very much worth it in my opinion.

my appointment at 12, after 1 hr the car still sitting in the parking lot, half an hour later then start working on it. no apologize from stuff. then why bother making appointment???
