Dealership: Walked in on a Saturday with a budget and knowing what car my wife and I wanted. Salesman Matt met with us and made our car buying experience a breeze! Matt worked with us through the weekend and we walked away Sunday with our dream car. I was never hassled to buy a different vehicle and never felt pressured. Waited over 3 hours to get my car back from a simple oil change I had an APPOINTMENT for not a walk in or anything. No one could explain why it would take so long only that it did seem strange that an oil change would take so long. Now I get why they convince you to prepay because otherwise you would never go back

I had a great experience on the day I bought my car. Everyone was kind and the car drove great. However, I bought a Hyundai and I wasn t told that the insurance companies were not willing to insure my car. Also, my car ended up having a recall on it. I took it to the Hyundai dealer and they fixed the issue but there were two items that needed to be fixed according to the Hyundai dealer.

The process of buying my car was a breeze, but do not get the added VIP package when buying like I did.They are not thorough, when doing inspections on your vehicle. They even lost my engine cover and made no attempt to find it or replace it. When I asked about it again I never got a follow up. They can t even reset your oil life light on your dash after an oil change.Obviously the mechanics are not trustworthy if they have to put on your paperwork that they are not responsible or reliable for lost or stolen items while your vehicle is in their possession.

Jake was a great salesman. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the products he sells. I would recommend buying a vehicle here. This is the 4th new gm product I have purchased and I ve enjoyed driving every one of them.

Well they fixed my truck, but literally the second cycle of turning on my car, my check engine light comes on. I imagine they're going to make me pay for a $250 diagnosis even though I'm positive they are the reason it turned on in the first place. But what can you do?

I gave 4 stars only because nothing to with a car repair is ever perfect ! This repair took longer than expected, but Sydney did a great job to make it go as smoothly as possible. She contacted our repair coverage to determine the cost. She also arranged for a ride home for me when the repair had to be finished the next day. All in all the experience went well and my car is back ont the road with it's problem corrected.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I had just picked my car up from a shop, 2 days earlier. I had my front and rear bumper replaced and paid $200 to have the rest of my vehicle buffed. I was never asked if I wanted a car wash and your car wash ruined my buff job. Along with that, part of my front bumper was separated in the wheel well.

I called in on a Thursday evening, hoping to get my car in that night (I was hoping there was a last minute cancellation!) as we were going out of town the next day and I realized last minute that the car needed an oil change. They were not able to fit me in that night as the techs were just about to go home. I appreciate a business that doesn't make their employees stay late, so I wasn't upset at all that they couldn't fit me. However the person I talked to said he could fit me in first thing in the morning if we could wait a bit to leave. I said absolutely that works, and he said great! See you at 7:30am. I pulled in at 7:37am, and the person I talked to the previous night was there to greet me and get my paperwork done while the tech started working on my car. The car was in and out quickly and we were on the road. Service with a smile, even last minute service. That's rare. Thanks NW Chevrolet!Service: Oil change

I commend Emma the CSR at the Service Dept. for excellent service. Very personalized, she updated me in every info details that I need to know. I also commend Steve the driver who patiently brought me home and picked me up in my apt. 3x everytime you have my car fixed/serviced. I bought a car before it had gone through the inspection. After it went through the inspection and everything was good, I took it to my mechanic. He brought up a noice it was making. I brought it back to the service center. I got my car back a week later and it was still making a noise. I brought it back and they weren t able to hear it so the service manager went for a test ride with me. He heard it and felt it vibrating. I got my car back two weeks later after they replaced a bad bearing in the hub. It was still making the noise but not as loud. At this point I had owned the car for a month but only had for three days. I took it back in and they said it was normal engine noise. I don t feel confident in this, but I do believe they did everything they could for the time being until it gets worse. I wasn t charged, and everybody was extremely nice. I believe there is something wrong it s just not yet obvious, so I ll wait and see. I appreciate the time they spent double checking and actually driving with be to understand the issue I was concerned about.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change on my new Silverado. I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours for the service to be complete.They were supposed to rotate the tires because they failed to do so on my last service appointment. They repeated the mistake yet again, and did not rotate my tires.When I got into my truck the automatic floorboard wires were disconnected. I had to reconnect them myself.I will be looking for a new Cheverolet dealer to service my truck.

Had an awesome experience at this location. Bought my truck here last year, opted for the full service/oil change package, etc. First visit back, no fuss, no forms, ALL SERVICE. People are there to greet you everywhere and make sure you are taken care of. I arrived early, "no worries, well do our best to get started" and they did! I also left my sunglasses behind, I don't splurge often but i do on my Maui Jim's and Tony in service called me to advise they were left behind and had them ready for me when I returned. Normally those glasses don't get returned!Thank you for all you are doing to instill a culture of great service. After over 25 years in the hospitality industry I know there is a lot of effort that goes into creating that energy, it is paying dividends!Have a great day, love my truck!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We purchased five new vehicles this year. Each purchase was handed with professionalism and care to detail. In one instance, the vehicle was delivered to our place of business. And paperwork was handled off site from dealership at the business, another instance the primary signature was in other state. Service has been excellent. Service was good, although somewhat delayed because of waiting for part (not the agency's fault). Friendly and efficient, and communicated well with updates.
