Ultimate SCAM. These people will give you the runaround for MONTHS until you threaten them with legal action. Never order from this "business" unless you feel like you don't need a few hundred dollars in your bank account.

Like the person below me, I ordered a set of brakes that were suppose to be in stock according to the website. 7 days later I had to call to find out it was not in stock and being shipped from elsewhere. They are unable to tell me when it will ship or anything.The customer service person was full of excuses and could not tell me when it will ship but kept back peddling to "It could ship later this afternoon "If you are looking for fast honest service, this is not the place to do business.Hopefully this review will save others from headaches.

I ordered a set of pads that were in stock, and they sat on the order for a week 'waiting for more information' about the application. Race pads for an aftermarket racing caliper, and they demanded oem info before they would ship. No effort to contact me either, I had to call to discover that their plan was to sit on the order until I reached out to them.

Be careful with this scammers, don't waste your time here. I made a purchase of brakes pads for my car, listed "in stock". 3-4 days passed after the purchase and I didn't receive any email or anything about the shipment. I had to call to see what was going on and was told that the manufacturer would send them within 4-5 weeks later. Now it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. Think about it 4 or 5 times before buying here. Be careful....

I purchased brake rotors that were listed as in-stock . 5 automatic back order emails and 6 weeks later and I finally lost my patience and cancelled. What a joke! Two stars only because they processed my cancellation request promptly.

Worst experience ever. I order front and rear brake lines. I can't get one on. The lady that answered the phone for parts department. Was rude and she didn't know what she was doing and not understanding parts language. To make it worst she told me straight out im nothing getting a refund and I didn't even want a refund. I just want it a exchange for a new set. Because I believe that the part was done wrong. "Threads" "DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE "

These guys are the worst. First they charged me over 12.00 to ship a package that could have been sent in a plastic envelope. Then, when I get the notice for the refund that they sent me, it had an ADDITIONAL adjustment fee deducted. It's all about the money, no matter how they make it.
