Very professional and courteous service! The itemized text estimate application is a really nice tool. My Subaru Outback needed a "big" repair, the job was completed on time and exactly as described in the estimate. I was a customer for many years with my previous Outback and was always very happy, I'm pleased to say the service is still excellent!

Excellent service! Easy to schedule, updates via text while car is serviced, staff are transparent about cost and the billing is itemized so I know what I'm paying for. Everyone I've interacted with at Bruce Cox Imports is cordial, knowledgeable, and helps keep my car running great.

I have been taking my Volvo to Bruce Cox Imports for service for several years now. I recently had the annual check-up and oil change done along with installation of a replacement part for the steering wheel. I brought my Honda Ridgeline truck in as the 4WD light was stuck on as was the engine light. The technicians fixed it but the lights came on again the next morning. I was back in the shop in a few days and the fix the issue, which was a slight oversight, but no charge to me and Charlie, the owner, delivered the truck to me and dropped the keys on my desk, thank you all for the honest service!

Have a Volvo like I do? Bruce Cox can take care of all of your Volvo needs; no need to drive an hour south to have maintenance and services done. They have the full suite of diagnostics equipment and decades of experience. Stay local, these folks are great! This review has been 29 years in the making. I recently bought a XC 90 T8 Plug In Hybrid. We now line in the Carolinas but back in 1985, Bruce had a little service shop and we had him service our 240 DL wagon and 760 Turbo. We ended up buying one of his loaner cars, which was a pristine 740 Turbo Wagon. Back then we often saw his wife and baby son in the office. In all my years there has not been a person more honorable, kind, and respectful as Bruce. It's no wonder why his legacy still lives on, when so many small businesses fail within a couple of years. Right after Christmas we bought our XC 90 T8 in Atlanta. While driving it home, my wife and I spoke fondly about Bruce and how he became a friend and amazing resource. Once my 740 Turbo blew a hose. We were about 30 miles south of Bellingham. A friend drove me to Bruce's shop. I showed Bruce the part. He sold me a new part but then gave me coolant, a screwdriver, and pliers with instructions. Keep in mind that back then, I didn't even know how to change the oil! But he went above and beyond so my family would not be stranded. That's the man he is. Man of Integrity.

I had issues with my 2016 Volvo XC90 and Bruce Cox Imports was nothing, but professional. They are proficient, fair, and most importantly human. They understand the complexities of car issues and also with personal issues surrounding the vehicle. I would recommend them to my friends and family without question.

This business is awesome! They were able to repair & replace my Subaru Outback's gaskets, tensioner, coolant, oil filter, spark plugs, water pump, pulleys, timing belt, and more, all within 3 days, in house. And at a very reasonable price. Subaru wanted to keep my car for 3 weeks, send away for parts, and charge more than twice the amount I paid at Bruce Cox. Employees were communicative throughout (especially Kevin) and checked in to let me know if any further repairs were recommended. My vehicle received the 60,000 mile service and air conditioning tune-up. I received a complete report of what was inspected as well as the maintenance services performed, and I m very pleased with the outcome. I have gone to Bruce Cox for my 2002 Volvo XC70 twice now and I will not be going anywhere else but here! I made an appointment so easily, secured a loaner car, and my car was done in about 7 hours. (I was expecting a couple days). Billy was the main man who I talked to and he answered all my questions easily and confidently. I also loved how there was no pressure on what to do with my car - it was solely on a need basis & what was needed for my safety. The new online system for estimates & explanation was so useful. Thank you Bruce Cox Imports for making the headache of car repairs a little better! I ve been taking my Volvo C30 to Bruce Cox for the past 6 years and can t imagine receiving better service. The schedulers are quick to pull up customer accounts and vehicle maintenance history and upcoming service recommendations. My trips here are always under 1 minute to either drop off or pick up my car. They ve done great at keeping my car running like new despite its 130k miles. I once had an emergency with pooled water on the passenger s side floor area. I called BC immediately and they fit my car in to dry out in their shop over the weekend and do repairs the next week. They always offer a complimentary loaner car, but with their central-located shop, I rarely need one! From tires to general maintenance, they ve always done right by me.
