We purchased a Ford Transit here. It was not a cheap vehicle - of course, this is the case with any van lately. Because it was purchased from a big dealership, I assumed that the car had been thoroughly checked and any upkeep had been performed.On the drive home, we noticed a clinking sound, and within the week the heat went out. I found a seat missing the bolts attaching the back to the floor. Weathering strips lining the doors were falling out, and other panels were coming off.After a lot of phone calls and being the squeaky wheel , I was able to get the dealership to fix all these things. I am grateful for that. (Note: the service department is NOT communicative, and seemed confused much of the time. I would not use their service department in the future, though I did appreciate and enjoy their pickup and drop off service.)Ultimately, it felt like we bought a car that was not checked. It seems like things just started falling apart the moment we drove off the lot. If you purchase a car here, I would have it checked out by a mechanic. I worry about what other issues may exist.

I had my car fully detailed at Bellingham Ford. They did a wonderful job. I keep finding surprise areas throughout my car that I didn't think they'd even touch, like under the hood! Highly recommend. The only thing I'd change was getting to pick my own scent for afterward, but they did warn me that theirs was strong. I just took it out. It's beautiful!

I brought my car in thinking I had a slow battery drain, and had used a code reader to look for the problem and brought a printout with me. If I am to believe my invoice, the technician did a draw test, found it within spec, then found no amp spike present. Then tested the battery and found it failed the load test. How long does that take? I was not called at any time by your service desk person to update me on the car and finally had to call iin myself at 4 pm (car was brought in at 8:30am!). He told me they had found no draw but battery failed load test. I authorized replacing the battery. The service desk person said he would now have to ask the technician if she could put the battery in before the end of the day at 4:30. She agreed, and I was told the car would be ready at 4:30, so the battery installation took less than a half an hour. I was charged $437.50 for labor, which is 2.5 hours @ $175/hr. If installing the battery took less than half an hour, that means the tests reported on the invoice took over 2 hours. To me, that is not at all reasonable. That's a long way from reasonable. Maybe half an hour max? I would like you to review this and consider a refund of some of that labor charge.

I am a proud owner of a 2022 Ford bronco. I have been there already four or five times. Two times was for a service recall which was handled quickly efficiently. I even was able to wait for one of them. I had my first service and I was able to wait and pick up my car within a few hours. As I live, probably 30 miles away, they even offered to drive me home and pick me up. So far I am very pleased with their service.

I ve had issues with this Ford for years. They sold me a car that already had problems without disclosing those issues, when I asked about the issues their excuse was that s just how this year of car is. Unfortunately I was young and didn t have any experience with cars I felt that they took advantage of that. Ever since their service department has been absolutely horrible. They left the dipstick out when changing my oil so I had oil all over the inside of my hood, they even tried to blame me for that. My year of Focus has been known to have transmission issues, I have brought my car in often for them to fix the recalls but instead they just reset the transmission telling me this resolves the issue better than the recall. Now my car doesn t even run and they said all of my recalls are expired. I wouldn t be having many of these issues if they didn t just do the recalls from the beginning. They also never return phone calls. Most recently I brought our car in, the check engine light was NOT on when my husband brought it in, when we left the car wouldn t go over 35 mph and the check engine light is on. After two weeks of calling and leaving messages, they finally got back to us and literally said nothing they can do unless we want to pay to replace the transmission which is more than the car is worth. I ve never felt like they were helping me when it came to my car. I will never be buying from here again.

Very helpful without trying to push extra stuff on you that isn't in your current budget. I appreciate that. Kept me in the loop as to timeline and how service was progressing. My service was quite long. My mechanic worked through his lunch hour to try and get me out yet wouldn't take a tip. Shows respect for my time. I also appreciate that. Great job! Thank you.

I had my brakes done in June at Bellingham Ford and they malfunctioned in October. They were under warranty and I had two other dealerships say that they should be replaced again but Bellingham Ford refused until I showed up at the dealership with my brakes smoking. They are rude people who do not care if you understand what is going on and will ignore you. Do not go here for anything, not even an oil change

My wife and I had our 2014 C-Max in for an oil change. The service people checked everything. We knew it might be time for us to be getting our brakes done. Before I left, the service representative let me know that this was indeed the case and left me with a price quote. We were glad that we were also given a coupon for a free car wash on Meridian. In the past, interior vacuuming and a free car was were part of a full-service oil change. Overall, we are satisfied customers.

My journey with Bellingham Ford was a frustrating odyssey. I have an F-150, still under warranty, that needed a complete transmission rebuild. I scheduled the initial appointment in early July of 2023. They couldn't get me in until Sept. I tried to make an appointment at another dealership a little further away and they didn't ever return my calls, so...To get a diagnosis, I had to bring it in 4 separate times between Sept (first appointment) and early Oct. There were issues with a service advisor and they needed to go through some corporate protocol to do the repair under warranty.So, I dropped the truck off in early Oct and I didn't drive it again until the first week of Jan. of '24. I don't blame the Bellingham Ford dealership for all the delays. It sounds like there are some known issues with these transmissions and the warranty repair service takes some time. I also understand that some of the hardware required for the repair also has limited availability. Corporate Ford seems to be dropping the ball and that trickles down.Unfortunately, there seems to be only one certified transmission tech at the dealership who could do this work and clearly, that isn't enough. Credit to Bellingham Ford for providing me with a rental for the duration of the repair. It would have been a real headache without it. I also appreciated my service advisors patience with my frequent calls and questions but in the end, it is clear that the service department is understaffed.

Totally different service department than two years ago when they were awful. New Valet Service, where they pick up your vehicle and return it after the work is done, is a game-changer. They were on time, clear with communication and overall it was an awesome experience. Definitely recommend.

Always great service and I appreciate how quickly they can get a schedule date set up. And I have always felt the charges for the service work I receive are fair. Overpriced work with no breakdown of cost. Almost like they come up with a number to charge you that sounds reasonable. Mark up on part was 100 dollars. Would have gone to mechanic if I was able to. Staff is friendly-ish. Facility is clean. Car works.

They had done my oil change just a couple weeks earlier than the appt for recal and did not mention anything sbout my brakes. They called in the middle of doing the recall and said I needed brakes it was a shock because I had just been in. When I got my suv bake my lug nuts wear not very tight at all.

It took 14 days to change the rear end (for the 2nd time) on my truck. Their flat rate book says it takes 12 hours to build up a complete, all new parts rear end. Sooo, it takes them 11 days to r and r on? Then they wanted to charge me for a new rotor, when I paid for a complete rear end last time and there is a 2 yr. Warranty on ALL parts you buy from Ford. I had less than 1 yr. on that rotor.Last visit approximately 1/18/24. Took 3 business days to complete a job that I was told would take 4 hours.

Got my oil changed here for my 2022 F150 Platinum. Got a call from the Service department telling me the license plate light bulb had burnt out. They wanted to let me know that the bulb was $4.00 but the cost to put the bulb in would be $53.00 dollars in labor (ridiculous). I told them I would come and buy the bulb myself and install it at home. I bought the bulb (the parts guys was nice) went home, popped the housing in 21 seconds (I timed it) twisted the socket out of the sealed housing and realized that someone had purposely broken the bulb off in the mount housing. There was no glass in the sealed housing (which you would expect if this had broken due to a heat/cold situation). So, this was purposeful. Being stubborn to never take my vehicle back there, I got my tweezers and meticulously pulled the broken stuck parts of glass out of the housing myself and replaced the bulb. SUPER SHADY SERVICE! If I didn't have to spend 6 minutes getting the broken piece out, it would off taken me under a minute to replace the bulb! BTW the darkened brown burn mark in the housing surround is standard because the bulb is halogen and not LED.

Bellingham Ford performed the necessary recall work done. In addition I also want to get oil changed in my Maverick. After picking up the truck I noticed they didn't reset the oil life reminder. Minor inconvenience but it's worth a lot if the service folks at Bellingham Ford did the detail such as the reminder.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Bellingham Ford got my truck in quickly for an oil change and a repair. I needed my truck on Friday and I got it back on Thursday. Thank you!
