My experience at Bellingham Ford was great. Bones and Camille didn't make me feel like I was pressured into buy my escape which was really nice as previously I've experienced that. Bones was very patient while I took nearly a month to decide and then some time even when I went into buy it. The people there made me feel like I was family. Thanks Bellingham Ford for a great experience. I'm excited to own my very first brand new vehicle.

What an amazing experience at Bellingham Ford! It definitely did not feel like a regular dealership. Michelle was so friendly, funny, nice and amazing. She even let my brother test drive 2 vehicles even though he wasn't going to be able to buy one for a while. Everyone was so dog friendly as well since I had my 2 little guys with me. Hands down best car buying experience I've ever had!!!!

2 Months in the shop!! Buyer beware!! They sold me a piece of junk $40k 2021 F150 with tons of electrical issues. They also sent the truck to the wrong state and I received the truck 3 weeks later instead of 1 week as I anticipated. Hundreds of $$ spent on rentals because of that screw up.. I had to replace the rear brakes as soon as I received it from shipping as they were warped and caused vibration to the rear end , another $700 at my local dealer. The ABS , traction control, and collision avoidance systems lights come on every time it rains making this unsafe to take my child in. The tailgate opens up randomly and parking brakes (not auto hold) will turn on randomly at a stop potentially causing an accident. The stereo system makes a nasty static sounds when you put it in reverse or turn the steering wheel. The truck sat at a my local Ford dealer for almost 2 weeks for repair and the issues still come back. In addition, Bellingham Ford still has not sent the correct paperwork to the DMV. I ve been pulled over by authorities and have not been able to use necessary toll roads because of their negligence. This vehicle should have been sold in a tiny corner salvage lot , not a real Ford dealer. It has tons of paintwork, overspray , and bondo repairs. If it was my dealer I would have sent this truck to auction instead of passing issues down to my customers.. Bellingham Ford shame on you and your business practices. Management knew this truck was junk and so did their used car manager. You guys are dishonest for selling flooded , painted , Canadian cars. Don t buy Canadian cars the Carfax does not reflect the actual condition !

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Marty over the weekend. He was a breath of fresh air after already going to 2 other car dealers before we drove another 2 hours to look at a used Jaguar F Pace on their lot. The whole buying experience was night and day difference from the first place we had gone to that morning. They gave us a fare price for our trade-in, and we got a great deal on the one we bought. They saved us 6k that day. It's was definitely worth the drive from Kitsap. In all my years of buying cars, I've had far better experiences at larger dealerships than I ever had at small ones. It's just a different level of customer service all the way around. Lisa also went over every optional service and explained it very well. Even though in the end, we only went with the 7 year windsheild replacement cause my husband's a mechanic. I appreciated that we weren't pressured into taking more, and their were no additional fees are options added. They even had a good laugh when we told them about the first dealership trying to have one over on us with their pricing. So I super appreciate that their list price is what we paid out the door with no suprise fees or add ons. I highly recommend this dealership.

I would like to thank everyone who took the time to helped me out here at this dealership. Everyone was so great to help and have the time to assist with finding a vehicle. Mostly would like to thank Edison for helping and taking the most time with searching and going with what I was looking for. After going from 1 car to the next and explaining every step of the process and being so patient. Overall a great experience from selling my car to getting a new one and working with every step of the way.

I found a Ford Edge at Bellingham Ford that I really liked, but I was on my way out of town for 3 days. I did a test drive with Jack Barton on Friday and he held it till I got home on Monday. He was kind and easy to work with. I appreciated his willingness to stay late and his efforts to make sure the sale went smoothly. Not only Jack, but the rest of the staff was awesome as well. I will definitely purchase at Bellingham Ford again. Ask for Jack if you want a great experience!

My sales person was very professional and overall great experience with the sales department (Bones did a great job communicating and getting me a good deal). The finance department did not. I spoke to Mike and Camille- I had my car delivered they were reasonable on delivery price but there was a misunderstanding on a check not being signed that was resolved via mail. However, I still received a call demanding payment. Once on the phone they were very defensive even though the error was made on their part. Funds had been delivered, they just did not check. They even stated we ll retrieve the vehicle if payment is not sent, without even checking that funds were there. I asked to speak to the general manager who's name I was told was Julian but they refused to let me talk to him, but Mike and Camille were very unprofessional. Mike gave an apology using profanity so I will never go back there again, and recommend taking your business somewhere else. To avoid unnecessary stressful calls.

I picked up a van from this dealership. Absolutely pleased with the service. Prompt communication, very knowledgeable staff. It was very easy and quick to do the paperwork even on the weekend. Would definitely do business again!

Got a good deal on my first car thanks to Dino and Shawn. Dino was extremely kind and did not make me feel pressured. He kept me updated throughout the week about the car I was interested in. They worked with me to get a deal I could afford and I now I have my dream car!

The simplest truck buying process I ve ever experienced! Customer service incredible. No games; fair trade in value and everyone seemed happy to work there. I am new to Ford and now feel like I have my own little small town dealership.

Parts sent me to service, service sent me to parts. My issue was never resolved and they acted like my mere presence was an aggrevation.0/10 would not recommend.

Took my Explorer here to have recall issues fixed and to have them give me a quote to fix my blind spot sensor. I scheduled online and took my car in. Had to reschedule because they apparently didn't know why I was bringing my vehicle in even though I put that in the description. They rescheduled me for two weeks later. They told me the diagnostic for the blind spot sensor would be $175 which is ridiculous but whatever. I agreed to it. They ended up needing my car for two days because they had to order one of the recall parts because I guess they didn't know ahead of time what they were fixing? I also needed shuttle service but just an FYI if you live in Sumas they won't take you there. The quote for the blind spot repair was $600 so I declined for the time being. I show up to pick up my car, pay $190 for the diagnostics and go find my car. It won't start. Battery is dead. I'm ticked because I paid $190 for nothing and now my battery is dead. The solution they recommended was for me to buy a new battery and they would put it in with no labor cost. Yeah, thanks guys, battery isn't even a year old and it's never died before so no thank you. They also left the seat and floor cover and service tag in my car. I guess that's not a big deal but I was already grumpy about having a dead car when I was trying to get somewhere for an appointment and wasn't to happy about having to throw away their garbage on top of it. Called and left a voice mail for the service department manager who I suspect was the one that gave me the brilliant solution of buying a battery at a most likely inflated priced from them. We will see if he calls me back. I just feel like this could've gone better with a little more care and attention on their part. They didn't even have the good grace to be embarrassed that they killed my battery and tried to blame it on the battery after knowing full well I had agreed to a bogus diagnostic charge. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience buying a used truck at this dealership. John helped me so much in providing me with dimensions that I needed in order to make my decision, and he also made a video showing me details before I made the 2 hr drive to the dealership. If I called with a question that he needed to check out, he called me back promptly each time. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and I'm very pleased with the truck that I bought from Bellingham Ford Lincoln.

Maaaan; this was the absolute BEST experience my wife and I have ever had...anywhere, at any time! In short, we were in the market for a Kia Telluride, but didn't want to get raked over the coals, as the Telluride is (and has been) a hot-ticket item. After doing some research, and narrowing things down, we decided to schedule test drives at 2 locations--one of them being Bellingham Ford Lincoln. As soon as we arrived (mind you, 30min late due to driving 4hrs plus traffic) Marty Walker greeted us with genuine warmth, as if our tardiness didn't even register, lol! Marty is seriously chill, laid-back, zero-pressure straight-shooter who doesn't play the "salesman game" AT ALL.Even during the test drive, everything was small talk and laughter--he never hit me with any anticipatory questions ("do you like it? You think we can close this deal?"- type questions and whatnot). Now, I know that I naturally have that East Coaster stand-offish aura about me, but I seriously wish nothing but the best for this man; I felt like I knew em' since grade school! Even when crunching the numbers, NOT ONCE did he EVER try to slide any add-ons into the mix; that ain't their M.O. here. Even the finance guy was as cool as the other side of the pillow (I'm sooo mad I forgot his name--ugh); they both had us in and out in less than 2hrs, and at a rate that you're seldom gonna find anywhere outside of good dream. Mind you, we don't have the best credit, but given the deal we got, it sure felt as if we did! If you're looking for a car, SUV, truck, EV or whatever...if you DON'T start here, then I can only assume that you like getting scammed over and swindled for sport; because anyone that claims they can compete with what THIS place offers, is most likely going to do just that; rob...you...blind, full stop. Start your search here ya'll, and drive home victorious! Marty man...you're the best! (And tell that awesome brother in finance to keep that shine about himself--it's a great look!)

Fantastic experience! As someone who worked in a dealership when I was younger I was incredibly pleased with how easy and well explained they made the process. Jack and Mike helped me get the most for my dollar and their unwavering commitment to excellence really showed in every part of the deal. They've earned a customer for life.

After having to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment, we dropped off my 2014 Focus for transmission issues. This is a known problem area for these vehicles. Two weeks went by with no communication about ANYTHING. After another week of us leaving messages that were NEVER returned, we finally got a hold of someone who put us on hold for our service advisor, Kyle. He told us they needed approval for the $350 diagnostic. Fine. Why didn't he call sooner for the approval? He said he'd call by the end of the next week with more information. He did not. It was another week before he called with an estimate for the repair. The repairs were done that week and we were FINALLY able to pick up my car, after 4.5 weeks of it in their possession (not including the 2 weeks for waiting for the appointment). We understand the transmission guy is backed up. We've dealt with transmission issues at other Ford dealerships. Why would you have us drop off a car 4 weeks before you finally look at it and perform the 3 day repair. The lack of communication earned this 2 star review.

Marty was my sales rep, he reached out to me via text when I inquired about the vehicle via the Bellingham Ford website and his communication throughout the entire process was professional and timely. Marty was very knowledgeable on the intricacies of the mustang's electronics/Ford SYNC etc.; after the sale was finalized he could have let me walk out the door but instead he took the time to walk me through setting up my phone's bluetooth and to go over the FordPass app. I left feeling like a long-time customer and this was my first time ever visiting. Thank you Marty!

Jeff and Matt (Sales) were both extremely professional and a joy to work with. Answered all of my questions, ensured the vehicle I wanted to purchase was charged and clean, and even came in on his day off! Although we were not able to get the sales manager on board with trade value of our vehicle, I would never hesitate to do business with either of them.

Well taken care of. The process went well. Regardless of where you buy a vehicle it still takes forever! The do a good job of staying on point and ensuring that you understand what is going on. Fair price for the vehicle, I was somewhat disappointed with the price of my trade-in. But I could have gone somewhere else if I was that bothered by it! Obviously I was ok with it.All in all, I'm glad, happy

We purchased a used F150 last year and had a great experience working with Matt in sales. Most recently in working with the service department, we were treated well and kept informed.Would happily refer people and if you're looking for a a new Ford definitely support your local dealership.Don't skip on checking out the rare cars in the showroom!

As a Long term customer of this particular dealership, which dates back to Diehl Ford for many years, I expected fair service on my Ford Truck.I have owned this vehicle for over 20 years andclearly have a good understanding of the specifics of this mass produced engine type. I took it in for service requesting some diagnostics on an issue that concerned me.Their service dept. was very busy at check-in and the advisorfailed to inform me that I left a blank on the authorization formwhen I signed off giving them the okay to check my concerns.I remained at the dealership for almost an hour waiting for a ride.If the advisor reviewed the form, they should have contacted me to authorize the limit concerning my agreement to charges.Due to the level of activity, the dept. was unable to get the truck in to evaluate the concern that day and I was contacted by an advisor. At that time, I mentioned that I wanted an emissions test done. When I spoke with the advisor, there was no discussion aboutthe authorization form and subsequent charges for the diagnostics. I was billed $350+ (2 hours labor) with no details of the requests that I made in my conversation with the advisor. After contacting the service Mgr. and GM, no offer was madeto justify the $350 charge for what typically would require less than 1 hour for review. If any additional diagnostics was performed, there was NO mention of this on the billing statement or offered by Management.it is my issue for not noticing the check box on the form, but clearly this should have been reviewed prior to conducting any service. They took advantage of the process and ultimately MY expensefor lousy service. I will not return to this dealership and willcontinue to inform my friends and associates of their practices. There is clearly a training issue involved here and needs tobe altered by their staff.

I had a great experience with Bellingham Ford while purchasing a new vehicle for my business fleet. They delivered the van to me and it was as promised. The whole experience was very easy. Thanks to Edison and Mike for helping make this pain free. We are very happy with the van.

I just purchased a car through Bellingham Ford last week and worked with Michelle Starkey. I highly recommend checking them out. The entire process was so easy, from test driving, trade in, paperwork and getting me out the door in the new car. Everyone was super helpful through process and didn't have to be there hours on end. If your looking for new/used car, give them a try!

I serviced my car ( changed the engine oil) with this branch (James St) twice and i am disappointed twice. My car is Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Recently after they done changing the oil, I entered my car, I could smell very strong oil. I thought they probably spilled it while they pouring it or filling it up. So I drove it away. The next day, the smell was gone. But after I drove the car, I could smell it again. I thought probably the A/C ( heater) that bring the smells into the car. So turned it off but can't for long time because my windshield started foggy and Ican't see clearly. It's dangerous and I feels cold in this weather so I let the heater running. My kids could smell it too and they dislike the smells. I called Ford Bellingham and complainedabout it. They said i need to bring it for diagnosis and leave the car for the whole day. I requested for a free charge to check it out but they said NO. I will need to pay $175 perhour. OMG!! I was surprised how much it would cost me if I leave my car that long!! So I decided not to sent it for diagnosis. I felt dizzy inhaled the smells for few hours yesterday. I stopped driving and asking my friend help to check the car. We were surprised to find out that the lid ( cap) for the engine oil was missing and the oil messed everywhere on the engine and the inner hood. The engine oil was very low. This is dangerous for my safety and health as I was driving long distance to Seattle and Mount Vernon recently. The previous service ( my 1st with them) was they makes mistakes writing on the reminder sticker and mileage that I need to come back in 3 months time but actually i purchased the expensive oil which should last for 6 months but it's was too late because they already drained out the oil after I noticed it in the system during the 2nd time service. I was not happy when they said they can't do anything about that. I was expecting some refund or voucher or discount but nothing . Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
