Lee was super accommodating on short notice - got my car on in the same day I called! They did a great job cleaning thoroughly inside and out.

They damaged my mirror and didn t clean the interior roofing or the fabric panels of my doors. When we took my vehicle back, the smug owner insisted that his employee who he claims is the best window tinter in town would never do such a thing. I would have definitely noticed if I had random and bizarre scratches on the rear view mirror of my daily driver. He wiped some things down and sent my father away. Mistakes happen - the detailer must have bumped it with equipment as I can assume from the marks, but I don t appreciate being patronized. I love supporting local businesses but for $220, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Lee is great at what he does! He s detailed many vehicles for me over the last 15 years and his work is excellent and reasonably priced. He keeps my vehicles looking new.

Lee is a delight! So friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. I came by for a quick windshield chip repair and he had me in and out in 15 minutes. Even told me that my insurance could cover what would otherwise be a $40 repair. Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Great customer service and repair work. I was able to bring my car in soon after I called and Lee did a super job. I appreciate the time he took to make sure the deep rock chip was repaired properly. I brought my Hymer camper van for detailing last year and Lee did a fabulous job top to bottom.This year I brought another van and Lee detailed my camper van and did an exceptional job she looks brand new.He pays attention to the fine details I would definitely recommend!

This place was very good. Lee was very nice and he got my work done really fast, as well as explaining fully what was being done. I highly recommend them from my experience. They were polite, straightforward, and fast, they delivered good service. Also they vacuum out your whole car for free when you get a windshield chip repaired. Overall good experience with the friendly people at Bellingham Detail and Glass!

I have taken several vehicles here for detailing. The quality of the work is exceptional. Just had a 2013 Subaru fully detailed and the results surpassed expectation. The car now looks new inside and out. Came here for an interior detail and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He ended up cleaning the exterior, fixing a chip in my windshield, gluing up a broken part of the trunk, and doing the interior detail work for the price I was expecting to pay for just the interior cleaning so that was a lovely surprise! Overall my car looks great and it was well worth the money.

Lee is honest and runs a great glass company. I needed to get a rear window on my van replaced. He ordered the glass for us but because of all the traveling we were doing, we needed to pick it up and have it installed somewhere else. All we paid for was the glass. He didn't make a penny. We offered to pay him for his time but he generously didn't take us up. I highly recommend Bellingham Detail and Glass!

I had the interior of my truck detailed. It was extremely dirty, but Lee got it looking like new. My rims have never shined like this probably since I bought the truck. Couldn't be happier with the service, definitely going back.

My wifes new to us, 2015 Highlander was detailed inside and out by Lee and his teamThey made that car look brand new, the leather looked new, my wife and were beyond happy with it.There was a small chrome window strip they noticed that wasn't seated properly. We took it back to them and his team worked on it for 1/2 hour found that the door was tweeked a little from a wreck in 2017 and even though they spent 3 or 4 more hours on it they only charged us 96.00Great customer service, very progessional and understandingI would recommend this shop to anyone that wants a fair deal and to get their vehicle looking spectacular

Amazing service along with a great job! The first time I came here I had a huge rock chip that I was worried would cost me a new windshield. Lee fixed it in no time at all and it looked perfect, especially considering the size of the chip. The second time I got a chip there was no question of where I would go. I had the same pleasant experience. Such a nice person and a great job! I recommend him to all my friends with great confidence.

This was by far the best experience I have had at an auto shop. Lee and his employees were professional, helpful and delivered on time and at the price quoted.I highly recommend Bellingham Detail and Glass for anyone in need of a windshield repair, replacement or even a detail. Lee and his crew are very professional and do quality work. My windshield needed to be replaced and the job was completed in the time promised. Cleaned the floor mats in the car as a bonus. Also very courteous. Highly recommend this shop!

Really glad I stopped by. I had previously been to another glass repair shop and was told they couldn't repair the rock chip in my windshield. Unfortunately, if you have to have a windshield replaced in a Tesla, it requires a visit to Tesla to recalibrate the cameras. The crack is now 90 percent better and while still slightly noticeable, the repair will save me a lot of time, money, and frustration. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Awesome shop! I had a leak in my rear window of my truck. I've had it looked at, diagnosed, and "fixed" by multiple Ram dealers but everytime it rained I would end up with water in the cab. Lee and his crew found the problem (a bad bead when the glass was pulled after an accident), fixed the problem, and then dried the interior out and detailed it to new conditions. On top of that they got out some striping from taking my truck off road, and got the paint shiny and better than new. He has earned my business for the fleet of vehicles at my house and I'm sure he'll earn your business. Thank you Lee and company.

I had a huge crack in my windshield and it needed to be entirely replaced. Lee gave me a quote over the phone and charged me exactly that and nothing more. It was also the best price I found after calling around at several places. $100 bucks cheaper at least. Not only that, but he was kind enough to come in on a Saturday and get me out the door in less than an hour and a half. He was also kind enough to do a few small maintenance things on the battery and some rust on the doors to prevent any further issues, as well as topped off my washer fluid. He was kind and fair and I recommend.

They were very patient with me on when I was available to drop my car and held it until I was able to pick it up.. Price for my window was also fairly priced compare to other companies in the area. Being charged $450 + was just not in my budget being a single parent and all. So thank you Bellingham detail & Glass

This is a quality and trustworthy business that is professionally run yet it's a neighborly place. I would highly recommend Bellingham Detail and Glass. The owner and staff genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with the result. It made my day because you don't experience that too often! I have been here twice and both times, my car has looked great. They use quality custom products and take pride in their work. The shop dog is really cute and well mannered too.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I brought my small SUV in to be cleaned. I was told it would be $200 because they would spend four hours cleaning it, including shampooing. I was told i could pick it up thst afternoon, but when I dropped it off I was told it would have to dry overnight after being shampooed. When I came back to get it, it had not been properly cleaned. While some cleaning had been done, multiple areas had not even been so much as wiped with a rag. The person I dealt with, Lee, was very rude when I pointed out two areas that had obviously not been cleaned and stated why are you being so nit-picky. He also put someone else s floor mats in my car and clearly had no idea whose mats were whose. (They looked completely different). He actually asked me how i could tell which ones were mine. The compartments in the back were one of the areas not cleaned, even though I specifically mentioned them when dropping my car off, as recycled shredded paper had gotten spilled in them. Lee claimed it had been full of mud, which was not true. The carpets had large particles of dirt all over them. I had also specifically asked him to remove the stickers on the windows but he only removed the one on the outside. If you choose to get your car cleaned here anyway, make sure you pick it up during the day and have and hour to spend while you point out what has not been cleaned and make them finish cleaning it.

I have been going to Bellingham Detail since I moved to the area in 1988. I think it's important to write reviews that actually help the consumer, so here are some reasons why I have been a loyal customer for TWENTY THREE YEARS:1. Quality: They offer the only hand car wash in the area, and the quality has always been impressive.2. Convenience: The shop is located on Pacific Street which is easy to get to from anywhere in the county. It has never taken more than a day for the job to be completed. I can drop my car off in the morning on my way to work, get a ride from the owner to my workplace, and get a ride back to pick up my car at the end of the day.3. Excellent Customer Service / Accountability: I am a tough customer and not shy about making critiques, and Lee is extremely easy-going and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. I stopped by once on a busy day for a mini detail, and Lee didn't charge me as a courtesy because of the wait. Customer service like that is not common among small businesses in this economy.4. "Customer is Always Right": What really stands out to me is Lee's commitment to his customers and their satisfaction. Like me, many people are high-strung about their vehicles and will except nothing less than the most superior quality. An example of this is what I witnessed about a month ago when I picked up my car after having it detailed: a customer became aggressive because he could still see a nasty ding with exposed primer after it had been detailed. He insulted the service, and belittled the employee who tried to offer help. Lee stepped in and: a. explained that the scratch was too deep to be buffed-out; and b. offered a complimentary paint touch-up. The customer quickly changed his tune in light of this outstanding customer-care. Hence, why I am writing this review.5. Consistency and Longevity: This, coupled with the high standards of quality sets Bellingham Detail apart from its competitors - which is supported by the fact that this is a local business and has been under the same ownership since 1980.

Lee and his team were absolutely amazing! I took my car in to get washed here and loved the service so much I decided to bring my Fiance's car in the next day to get detailed. The prices are extremely competitive for the area and very fair for the quality of work.The team did an outstanding job on both cars and I will be coming back as a regular customer. Thanks again

My car was parked outside under a decent amount of trees here in bellingham for 5 months while I was away and let's just say there was a lot of growth from moss and dark stains from leaves and sap. Scheduled an appointment and took my car in one morning and that same evening I got my car back and it was honestly like new. Would have taken me a few days to do both interior and exterior and my results would not have been satisfactory. These guys knocked it out in a day and I'm honestly impressed. I would recommend this glass and detail shop to anyone who wants a thorough clean no questions asked. Even my mother would be pleased and left with little to criticize, and that really says a lot.

I was so pleased to have Lee work on my truck. It had been sitting outside for 3 monthsand was a real mess! He scrubbed, rubbed , polished, shampooed and totally shined it up till it looked brand new. I feel very happy driving about in my very well detailed new/old truck. Thank you Lee

These guys did a nice detail job on my blue chevy truck. Paint was very rough and they spent the time needed to get it smooth and nice. Friendly shop.
