Brian and the guys went above and beyond expectation. They were super professional, efficient and communicative throughout the entire process of working on my bike. It was such an awesome experience and money very well spent. Anyone that says they are unhappy with the price is either cheap or inexperienced with having professionals work on their bike. Couldn t be happier with the entire process and results. They will be working on all of my bikes for hopefully many years to come.

i ve been looking for a quality motorcycle repair shop in the Bellingham area and finally found one. Their service is very very good in and out in a timely manner. Customer service absolutely top of the line. very considerate & good mechanic, I just really want to put a big shout out for this team of guys very happy camper, I am! Thanks again.

My 1997 VIRGO wouldn't start after a long period of inaction. I had the best of experiences with this shop and all who helped,from the appointment to the delivery of a bike that runs better than new. Dan

BBRP came through big for me, A+++++ experience. I talked with Brian over the phone to organize for a shock to be delivered to BBRP while coming through on a motorcycle tour. The rear shock of my 2018 Suzuki DL1000 had failed. Brian was extremely professional and installed the shock as promised. He even filled up the chain oiler and had the DL1000 back on the road under 2hrs. Great shop, couldn't recommend it more.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I am particular about where I take my 2019 Yamaha R1 but Brian has been a pleasure to work with. The first time I came in just to get my chain tightened. Brian was able to fit me in the same day and get me out the door within 15 minutes. The second time I got a new rear tire. Brian got me the tire for a few dollars cheaper than online. Installed it perfectly and listened to all my concerns. I will be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I went to several other moto mechanics in Whatcom county before I discovered BBRP. Hands down the best by far. Other shops didnt want to work on my bike due to parts availability.� After they fixed the bike I didn't start it for a few months until i planned on taking it to Moses lake.� I didnt give the old fuel any thought and called them asking why my bike wasn't working and they gave me the basic "spark plug, new fuel, clean air filter" advice.� They even said if i couldn't get it running i could swing by and they'd help me get it running before my trip.� I drained my carb and put new fuel in and it started right up.� Pretty cool that they gave me good advice and also to know they had my back even though it was months later and they were slammed with bike repairs.Service: Engine repair

After having tires mounted at another store in the past, I noticed right away after BBRP mounted & balanced my rear tire, the bike was much smoother. I don't think the "other store" balanced my rim. Just sayin.

Nice shop, it's very busy right now. They have more work orders than they can handle for now.The 4 legged mascots are still there and always happy to receive a scratch behind the ears.

I was on a ride this morning and my chain broke, so I had my mom pick me up with my truck and I went straight there they were super helpful and respectful. I ended up getting a new rear tire aswell! So helpful I will only go to them

Best bike mechanic in the county. Can't speak for state, haven't been to them all. But hands down the only bike mechanic I will take any of my bikes too.
