I had a regular inspection at 45K miles a little over a year ago. Britney told me that I had a slight crack in the thermostat housing, and that I should probably have that replaced before my 55K service. I then inspected the coolant level every 1K and topped it up. It seemed always to be a constant amount. But I finally decided to have it and the water pump replaced last Wed.I felt that Britney was very knowledgeable, and competent, as well as being really pleasant to deal with. Watching the coolant loss for more than a year gave me more confidence in her advice. Without her advice, I would have been clueless.I made an appointment for the 55K service, and the for the thermostat replacement. My loaner car was there, everything was as I was expecting. The service and repair were done at the expected time, and I was very satisfied.But I was pleasantly stunned when Britney told me that the thermostat had been replaced under extended warranty, so I only had to pay for the 55K service, and for one part, the water pump (it's not so easy to change the thermostat, and while everything is apart, it makes sense to get a new water pump at the same time).That's pretty amazing, isn't it.I've been very happy with my Audi, and very happy with the personnel and the service at Roger Jobs. But this was another level.

Had a great experience working with Graham in sales. Very knowledgeable and well prepared. He took a lot of effort to make sure we were taken care of.The dealership is a bit of a drive for us but it was worth it, all things considered.

I visited the Audi used car lot 3 times and the new dealership across the street once. I had a positive experience each time. I test drove 4 cars before deciding on the one I wanted. Graham who sold me my Q5, was easy to work with and sat through 4 test drives before I made up my mind. I also worked with Maira at the new Audi store. In the end she and Graham worked together to provide exemplary service on both ends.I was very pleased with my experience.

Just recently had my Q5 serviced by Britney and her techs. The entire experience was stress free between scheduling the appointment and picking up my vehicle after my service was completed. Britney was informative about questions I had for service intervals and what was completed for specific maintenance requests, including the charging system needing to be reset when replacing my cars battery. The techs did a great job performing work on my car and the video inspection was a nice touch to show me what they are looking at.

One of the easiest and smoothest services I ve had in years of buying cars and getting inspections done.Audi of Bellingham service dept (Cody) went a mile getting my Pre-Purchase Inspection done and Aaron the technician I highly recommend getting any maintenance done with.They helped me get a few grand knocked off from a different dealership I bought the car from!

Great customer care! Since moving to the Washington state area I ve been taking my care to get service at the Bellingham location and every visit never disappoints me great customer care provided shuttle services or loaner car to get you where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced and everything, also very helpful with answering any questions that you may have concerning with about you vehicle.

I tried to buy a $86k porsche from Rodger Jobs (Audi Bellingham) last week, but was left utterly dissapointed. I made them a extremely fair offer, (3k off 86k asking), which they declined.I was still wanting to buy the car, but the manager didn't even return my call, must not of wanted my business? In all fairness, the salesman was very nice, it's the management and customer service that is extremely disappointing.I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and am very glad I did. I ended up with a better car, at a better price and got treated extremely well!!I will never do business with this dealership!

Upon finding a car online, we diligently called to confirm its availability and notified sales rep X of our intention to visit. Despite a 1.5-hour drive to the dealership, our experience was frustrating as we were made to wait for an hour, with sales rep Y allegedly retrieving the car. When inquired about the delay, sales person X informed us that the vehicle had already been sold, and she missed a text from sales person Y regarding this.This turn of events was both ridiculous and unprofessional, reflecting a concerning lack of internal communication and inventory management at the dealership.What made this worse was that they only take deposits to secure the car if you re 100% sure of buying it which makes no sense as how can one be sure without test driving the vehicle?!The overall experience has eroded our confidence in the dealership's reliability and commitment to customer service. In light of these issues, we cannot recommend this dealership to others who value their time and expect a more organized and customer-centric approach.

I had a very good experience working with Daria and. Nick, but Daria was on point. I went to look at VW Arteon and drove out in Audi A6. The financing numbers as Daria pointed out just worked better and u ended up with a great rate and a great car. Thank you Daria. I will definitely be calling you on the next deal

What a great dealership! My two most favorite car buying experiences have been with Roger Jobs. TJ is the easiest salesperson to talk to and ask questions of, all while feeling at ease with no pressure. The staff is so friendly and they strive to keep customers (like me) coming back.

The service department helped me out immediately when my child locked up a seat belt around a headrest on a rental car that had to be returned in the morning. I was grateful that they paused what they were doing to help me out - they certainly didn't have to!

Our 2022 Audi E-tron decided to take an unexpected pause during our family trip from Canada to Seattle right around the Christmas period. Panic set in as we thought we were stranded, but fate led us to the Audi Bellingham service department.Briney Berryman, the shining star of our rescue mission, went above and beyond any expectations we had. With incredible efficiency, she swiftly arranged for a technician to perform a quick diagnosis on our car. The news wasn't reassuring it wasn't safe to continue our journey. Sold me a car for 15k. After one year of use and taking it into an Audi dealership for service, they literally said, Whoever sold you this car knew they were ripping you off. Repairs will cost over 15k. Used car dealers.. don t trust this place.

TJ was a pleasure to deal with. While I didn't end up buying the car (my personal decison) Audi Bellingham did everything possible to make the deal. I've worked with a lot of dealers, these folks just seemed easy, down to earth compared to others. Try working with a BMW dealer, they will act like their cars are a rare artifact or from alien intelligence, which of course will cost you a fortune. Highly recommend Audi as a brand, but also Audi Bellingham.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly McCann at Audi Bellingham when I purchased my Porsche 911. As a purchaser out-of-state and site unseen, Kelly not only welcomed the opportunity to work with me, but she also provides impeccable and thorough service the entire way through. There were many questions she was able to answer for me and provided step-by-step guidance to ensure her level of service was no different than the service provided had I been onsite, in-state. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and, if she did not have an answer, she would make sure to get it for me. She was always clear and concise.I never felt pressured to buy a car, and Kelly was always respectful of my goals and budget. The entire process was seamless and efficient, and I will be receiving my vehicle tomorrow here in CA.I would highly recommend Kelly McCann to anyone looking to buy a car. We were in negotiations on a vehicle with one of their sales associates. We were planning for the five hour drive over to see it in person. We had our financing in place and our trade-in all cleaned up when we found out the vehicle had sold to somebody else two - days prior! Frustrating and disappointing. We would have gone sooner or put money down had we been advised that we needed to. Definitely frustrating and disappointing.

Had an awesome experience with this dealership! I had an issue with the water pump in my Audi A5, and they diagnosed the issue, and then fixed the issue before their estimated time! The service manager Nicholas was so helpful and kind too. Highly recommend!

We received excellent sales assistance during the purchase of our new Audi from both Mitch and Juan. They were great at explaining all the features and were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Mitch found the car we wanted to purchase in another state and it was quickly delivered to Bellingham for us to purchase. The experience couldn't have been any better.

My 4th car from this dealership. There was good competition for the car I bought but not the dealership. Either Bellingham did not have a dealership for the competitive car or we had hesitations in buying from the dealers that are local. We know that Roger Jobs will honor the warranty and their service department is excellent.

The team supported my remote research. I sold my Audi in Seattle and jumped on the public transport system before being picked up by their professional support staff. I used email and texting to get the team all the documents they needed to have the paperwork ready and after writing my check for payment I was back on the road within minutes after a super polite, friendly and impressively efficient process. I am happy with the price and looking forward to my first time driving an A5 after owning an A8, S4 Wagon, A4 and two A3 hatchbacks over the last 15 years.

Excellent work, done very quickly. I was set up with a loaner car while waiting for parts to come in. Brittany kept me updated on the repair status. The repair was completed much faster than predicted, not necessary but I appreciate the effort. I will be bringing my vehicle back for future work.
