This is a great local company. They quickly scheduled me for a windshield replacement, they have the best prices in town. Kieth was very friendly and professional. It took them just an hour to get it replace, with that being said there s a pawn shop close by to check or a Greek restaurant within walking distance or you could even hang out in their lobby and watch Netflix on their tv! I would absolutely recommend this local business to my friends and family.

Called Keith to get a quote and was in his shop the next morning. About an hour later...boom. A new windshield installed. Great price and quality work. A very customer-friendly guy. Highly recommend him.

Keith helped me so much with my windshield! He helped me to chat with my insurance to make sure I was getting the best price. He even picked up my car while I was at work and it was done within 3 hours. 6 stars!

They came and got my car from where I work, fixed my windshield, and brought it back within two hours. They worked around MY schedule, AND, they vacuumed my car.Don t waste any more of your own time or money and call these people. No joke.

I had a decent sized chip that had damage extending about an inch all the way across. I was expecting to have to drop it off and then pick it up for an evaluation/estimate, then set up another appointment to have it either filled in or possibly even having to replace the windshield. Imagine my surprise when they had me in and out in about 15 minutes, no second appointment needed for an amazing price! Cannot recommend them enough! 10/10 service, communication, and price combination.

This is an outstanding company. Keith is the man! Our back window was busted out from a rock when mowing the lawn. He came to our house and picked up our minivan, offered my wife his own vehicle because we have 3 kids, 3 and under. Super sweet. He told us to leave the glass for him. He drove off, cleaned out the glass, installed the new rear window and had it back to us in 4 hours. Super clean work, exact replacement and fast. Highly recommend this company. Keith did an amazing job replacing my windshield, I have never been so excited about anything. He also saved me a little extra money. He even replaced the rear quarter panel window for me on a separate day. He went above and beyond both times he serviced my vehicle. He picked my car up while I was working and even brought it back to my work before the end of the day. I highly recommend considering him and a better windshield/pro tint if you need any automotive glass replacement or repairs. You won't regret it! After having my car vandalized during the weekend I called Monday morning for a quote. They were able to give me an extremely reasonable deal and informed me they could have it finished the next day! Sure enough less than 24 hours after dropping the car off it was back in my possession with all new glass! They also did a great job cleaning up the broken glass, all in all I couldn t be happier with their work and professionalism. My car got broken into and my side window was completely smashed. I called all over Bellingham to see if anyone could replace it quickly (it's winter and having no window was a bummer) but everyone said it would be at least 10 days to get the glass shipped. Keith at A Better Windshield went out of his way to get the replacement glass in less than half the time and was still at the best price. He was in communication with me during the entire process and really made it seem like a priority to get the replacement done as quickly as possible. When I went in for the replacement, they had comfy chairs and let me watch their netflix account (which I thought was just a nice thing to do for your customers while they wait). It was a really great experience all things considered! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Keith is awesome and everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. After calling around to a few shops in town and getting outrageous quotes to replace the front windshield and diagnose a leak in the rear window of my '98 Dodge 2500 I was referred to Keith. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He was able to save me a ton of money, got both my issues fixed and returned my truck to me cleaner than I dropped it off. If you are looking for any kind of window repair or replacement, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Keith at A Better Windshield. He will give you an honest price, communicate through the entire process and will follow-up after to make sure you're still satisfied. keith & a better windshield are amazing!! not only did i receive top quality service but keith was too reliable, easy to work with and generous. i was able to get my window repaired within a few days and keith was kind enough to pick up & drop off my vehicle - which was a huge relief & accommodation for me. on top of this keith s pricing was fair and affordable.. i was surprised to get a discount on top of this and very appreciative for the kind gesture.i m grateful to have gone with this business & recommended visiting a better windshield for quality service

I had places quoting me 3 to 4 times what I paid here, and I got 10 times better service, with no compromise on the product. I was skeptical, kept on waiting to be ripped off, and it just didn t happen. Instead, I received great service and a quick turnaround on my windshield. The trim at the windshield was replaced, and my vehicle was quite a bit cleaner when I got back in it. I wasn t expecting to walk away so happy about a windshield. I m very grateful to have found this place.

Keith did an excellent job fixing a few chips in my windshield. He was fast, courteous and professional. And it turned out looking so great! I was planning on just having him fix one chip (a bigger one), but it looked so nice I had him do a couple other smaller ones then too. I wish I could do ten stars. Every window in my car was bashed in, I called these guys and they had my car ready for me in less than six hours. Pristine, perfect windows put in by experts. I took my 2011 Tucson into Keith and A Better Windshield. He was courteous, very professional and the work was completed in one day. He replaced one windshield and did a rock chip repair all in the same day. Every communication was responded to write way. Keith was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a sheet of ice come through my windshield during this last snow. He came to my house and replaced windshield in my garage and went above and beyond by cleaning up the little glass slivers from old windshield. EXCELLENT all the way around! Keith responded right away when I reached out to him, and was able to replace my windshield within a couple of days. He is very friendly and professional, and was even able to come to my location and take my car. After calling around for prices, I realized he beat the the others by a long shot! I have a high deductible, so I chose to pay out of pocket, and this was cheaper than what I would have had to pay thru insurance. Highly recommend this business for any Auto window repair or replacement. My window was unfortunately shattered from a smash and grab break in to my car. My service here was amazing. I had my windshield replaced months ago- then had an incident with my 3rd row seating windows and these guys helped fast in replacing them. We were in town for a weekend sporting event and the team truck window was smashed. We weren t able to get it replaced over the weekend as no one had the right window in stock, but Keith cleaned up all the broken glass and put a crash wrap on the window so we could drive home dry and warm. And he did it without charge. Thank you Keith!
