Chris R. and the rest of the team at Bellevue Volvo were very helpful when I took my car in for its 40K service. I would highly recommend taking your Volvo there for any service that is needed. Their service area is clean, and the staff there were all very nice and knowledgeable. The shuttle service they offered was very much appreciated as I just dropped off my car in the morning and they drove me to my work, then they picked me back up when my service was done. Overall a great experience.

The Volvo cars Bellevue team is amazing! Nolan made the car buying experience a pleasure and fun. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had the best experience.Mac and Cedric are also awesome, the made the financing portion a breeze. They really had multiple payment options.My wife and I have already decided our next car purchase will be there.

We visited Volvo Cars Bellevue today with the cash on hand ready to purchase a vehicle based on what was communicated via email. Our salesman said he would be able to take off certain fees if we visited in person. However, our salesman was not there and our agreement in email was not honors when we arrived.. And of course a few things listed in the Ad and on their site that were supposed to be included were not and the salesman wanted to charge us extra for them when we got there.I wish i had not wasted my whole family's time and theirs today.

I live in Seattle, but travel to this dealer because the service has always been so impeccable. Yesterday was no exception. I planned to just drop off my lease and figure out my next car once I got back from a trip, since I was so short on time. Upon arrival the team said they could work quickly if I wanted to figure out my car options, which I really did. Darby was AMAZING. I was very particular about what I wanted, and although they didn't have it on site, they were able to coordinate with another location to get the exact color /style I wanted delivered. The team worked around my schedule, so I could take meetings and not interrupt my day, while also being very fast. They were even able to get crossbars mounted for me at the last minute, so I didn't have to worry about coming back at a later date.Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Darby!

Chris was professional, competent, and kind. He explained the diagnostic and service costs clearly and communicated thoroughly throughout the process of my car getting evaluated. It was easy to opt in and out of the repairs I ended up wanting using their text messaging/online system. I wish it didn t cost quite so much to get my car serviced by the dealership but I guess part of what you re paying for is the knowledgeable service - it was also completed very efficiently! I also have a pretty old (2008) beat up Volvo and appreciate that they gave solid recommendations for maintenance repairs rather than try to sell me a new car - honest business!

Had my supercharger implode on a cross country trip. Closest dealership was 2 weeks booked. Bellevue got my 2017 XC90 in the very next day after calling them. They put me in a new loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. Chris explained all costs and potentially other items that may be required, or suggested. At 150k miles, I took their suggestions, replacing all belts with the timing chain service. I got my vehicle back, cleaned and ready to go, exactly 1 week later. The service department was absolutely slammed with customers, and still able to get my Inscription back to be quickly. Thanks for the great service, I picked up my vehicle on July 20 2023.

In 2019 I purchased a used car from Volvo Bellevue. In the center of the wheel there appeared to be repaired damage, as if the airbag had been tampered with. However, there was nothing reported on the carfax and the dealership assured me they had done their due diligence and had their mechanics take a look.A few years after purchasing the car it was totaled in an accident. The front end was smashed leaving little possibility for the front airbag sensors to not have engaged. To the surprise of me, my insurance rep, and the auto body shop which took the car in, the airbag did not go off. I have doubts there even was an airbag present in the steering wheel.Had I been in an accident at highway speeds I would likely not be alive to write this review.I gave this dealership a call to let them know, because if I had mechanics and sales reps telling customers safety features worked when they possibly didn t I would want to know. After a brief and uninterested response from the initial person answering, I left a message for the manager. I never received a call back.

Over the years, i have always had great service experience at Volvo Cars of Bellevue. Recently, i had my XC-90 serviced. Nolan is amazing. Don't let his young age fool you. He is a experienced senior in his job. My husband and I were just in a very bad car accident. We went to other dealerships prior, and those dealerships definitely made my anxiety go thru the roof!!! Nolan is the first person in over 20 years I've purchased a vehicle, to not make buying a car feel like I'm in the lions Den! His manager Jason was also amazing ( & that was just over the phone.) Definitely had a good experience with the finance team Cedric and Matt as well. I'm 100% honest on my reviews and if you know me, you know I don't give people there flowers if they don't deserve them. My husband was not there to buy a car and he did based on the way we were treated. No pressured to buy, run my credit, etc.

Chris, my service advisor went above and beyond to help me in a tough situation. My vehicle was in for a recall that took a bit due to the complexity. Chris was able to get me a courtesy vehicle for the entire duration and upon completing the service noticed that the car wasn't properly detailed and gave a free full detail any time I wanted to bring the car in. He provided timely updates and kept me at ease. This is the guy you want to talk to if you take your car for service over there. Thank you Chris.

The internet was down when we tried to close on the car, so we sat there for 3 hours before they told us to come back the next day. When we went back at the agreed on time, it still wasn't ready. We had to go 3 separate times to finally close on the car. Normally the sales and finance folks are excited to walk you out and congratulate you on the purchase, but they seemed really glad to be rid of us and kind of showed us the door.

I ve taken my car here for basic services (company car) the 10K & 20K mile. My service advisor is great, reliable, and professional. The last service I had was slotted for 9:30am, arrived a few minutes early and dropped it off with my agent. Went over formalities .Circled back a little after 2pm to get the status and it turned out the technician dropped the ball and overlooked the task. My service advisor knew my time commitments and got the car worked on ASAP. This was out of his (service advisor) control but next time I do hope some due diligence will be practiced for better follow through.

Lindsey, the service rep who oversaw the servicing of my XC 60 Recharge, was just great. She has an excellent attitude, and clearly wanted to make my experience as efficient and pleasant as possible. I asked a somewhat arcane question that many reps might have shrugged off, but Lindsey went into the service garage to ask the most knowledgeable mechanic for clarification. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. She also set me up with the hospitality driver, Com, who ferried me to and from the local golf course while I waited for my car to be ready. Very nice young guy, good driver and conversationalist.The required service was done sooner than expected, and I was on my way in record time. Thanks, Lindsey and Com!

The appointments and car loaner teams still aren t synced! Had the same problem in my first service resulting in spending more time at service desks than I would like to. That said front desk staff Lindsey was able to resolve this and get me a ride for the day. Also she answered follow up questions and got input to provide knowledgeable answers.

Five star experience working with salesman Don. He was completely focused on me achieving my objectives. They offered me some additional products that I wasn't interested it, but happily I didn't get any sales pressure. I also highly valued the time that Don spent with us after the paperwork to get us familiar with the car and connecting our iphones, putting our seat settings into memory, etc. Pleasant experience, and I've been showing off our new electric car to all my friends. I love the XC40 Recharge!

Elvin did an excellent job throughout the entire sales process helping us make a decision on purchasing a new volvo XC90 after being more than 15 years with Audi. He was patient with our questions and helped answer all our concerns and that made a huge difference making a final decision when we were almost certain to go with another brand. Purchasing a car here is a great experience, but scheduling service is a different story. Customer service reps are unhelpful, rude, and often don't communicate with the on-site service members.

We had a generally positive experience with purchasing our CPO xc60 from this location, but trying to schedule service appointments is extremely frustrating. Our car is currently not drivable with aggressive shaking, but the soonest Volvo Bellevue said we could bring in the car wouldn't be for another 5 weeks - after calling Volvo Seattle they arranged to get us in immediately and were super friendly and understanding.

Absolutely horrible service shop. Went in for my annual service and they didn t have my air filter, and forgot to check my tire pressure. Turns out the indicator wasn t working and I blew two tires on a pothole a week later. The service manager literally told me it wasn t their fault they didn t check and I was SOL . The sales floor is a revolving door because employees don t stick around, really can t say enough nasty things about this place.*Update: Swickard instantly responded to my review with an insincere apology, nothing like the rude response they actually gave.

Came in for the second time yesterday. Was immediately approached by a sales associate. Out of respect for the person who helped me first time, I asked for that individual. (Big mistake.)My wife and I already knew which car we wanted to look at. We waited, and waited, and waiter. Finly the associate came out. Unlocked the car. And told us he'd be back out and find us. We looked at the car. A lot. The associate didn't come out. Found another car we really liked, even more. We weren't casual browsers, we had cash to buy now. Kept waiting. Waited a bit more.Finally, we left. Won't be back. Too many dealers and cars to just sit around waiting for an associate that doesn't have time for us.Hint: If you're too busy, pass us off to another associate. Agree to split commission, finder's fee, don't care - just don't have us standing around with our hands in our pockets.Because I beleive this was a single associate and it looked like other customers were being helped well, I only deducted one star. A single associate shouldn't be the only reason for a one-star review.

I bought a new Volvo XC40 in December 2018 when this was an AutoNation dealership. At the time that I purchased it, I was also convinced to purchase a Vehicle Care Protection plan, good through December 2026. Despite having a signed contract in front of me, Volvo Cars Bellevue refuses to honor contract. I have been bounced between departments, dealerships, AutoNation and program administrators with everyone saying it's not their responsibility.Do not buy from Volvo Bellevue. They will take your money and leave with no intention of honoring their side of the contract.

Great experience buying my brand new fully loaded XC90 re-charge. When I purchased the car I was sold on their amazing service promise including Volvo Valet. I've needed unscheduled service twice, neither due to an accident. Both times I've been disappointed.First one for a windshield replacement and the second one to replace the auxiliary heater when driving in battery mode (the reason I bought the car). I have just over 7500 miles on it.For the windshield I had to wait a month before I could get an appointment with a loaner vehicle and I had to call them about 5 times to get it scheduled. They blamed a new system on their poor service.For the aux heater I'm having to wait 2 weeks and there is no loaner available for me to use. The guy on the phone also didn't know about the pickup program so I have to drive up there (and uber home) to bring my car in. Mind you this is to make the heat on a brand new car work. Seems like something they should be trying to fix quickly.

It was through a frustrating incident that we left Volvo Bellevue (different owners) to drive further to go to Volvo Sandberg (which was an entirely different and pleasant experience).Experience at Volvo Bellevue - My husband spent the best part of a Friday afternoon trying to finalize paperwork to buy a new plugin hybrid XC90 that was on the lot. However, the deal was not finalized as there was some other documentation they requested that his company was unwilling to share. So the compromise was to come back on Monday to buy it in cash (as Bank and office closed eod Friday). However, the communication slowed down on Sat so we decided to drop by the store to show the kids the car and also ask if they needed a deposit to hold the car (they had assured him repeatedly that it was fine to come back Monday). It was to our shock to find out the car was just sold to someone else & no one called us beforehand to ask if we still intended to honor our purchase. I get that the dealership is running a business but there is no regard for relationships, for families, for disappointment, for time invested. All we would ve hoped for is a courtesy call telling us that we needed to sign and it couldn t wait till Monday.In any case, a disappointing experience. We can be courteous and kind in the way we do business in order to be successful. Volvo Bellevue, you are so disrespectful to your customers that we won t be coming back despite having to drive further up to Volvo Sandberg in Lynwood.

Strike-2 with service and partsMost recently I bought some batteries from this dealer - only to reach home and discover that they overcharged me for one of the batteries by over 100%. I had a gnawing feeling that it couldn't have been so expensive and upon checking their website, they overcharged me for the battery.A few years ago I had dropped off my car for service the previous evening. The next day he calls me and tells me that one of the tires is flat and it cannot be moved. HuH?! A dealership can't inflate the car?? Then he says that it's a safety problem and they can't let me drive the car away unless I changed the tire. I agreed at the time (I generally trust dealership's advice). But in hindsight, I overpaid for those tires and I got some bad advice.The recent batter incident is strike-2 for me and I am never every going back to this dealer for anything. I simply cannot trust them
