Nothing like hearing metal grinding when you re on the freeway going 60.I proceeded to get an oil change and then upon my surprise while driving on the freeway my skid plate was not put back on. I called and they said they fixed it with new boltsIt s a good thing I demanded photos before and after with locations on because THEY ZIP TIED IT AND CALLED IT A FIX. Will not be going back, they also stripped my oil pan from over torquing the drain plug. This is your forewarning, I will be reaching out to corporate since the employees are now dodging me.

Happy customer testimonial My partner and I came to this location due to work in the area and received the best treatment one can get!Charles definitely made us change our minds about customer service! He was respectful, polite, and most importantly sincere. What stood out was that he educated us on what was vital, recommended and what/when should be done for the next time. There was a rapid pace of work, diligence, and cohesiveness amongst the team which we appreciated. They are true gems in the neighborhood. The drive is worth it.We usually only did oil changes since the locations we serviced at ONLY mentioned oil changes and wiper fluid mainly. Had we known about the never ending services valvoline offered, we d had avoided so many mechanic shops looking to only take people s money.Anyways, Come here when in doubt because this team is it. Thank you again

This location is my go to! I ve gone here each time I am in need of an oil change. All the employees including the managers are always very kind and helpful. They do a great job helping me understand additional recommendations for work needed. Thank you all!!

Went there as usual for service oil and filter change, they recommended to change to brake lights since they was not illuminating enough, i agreed.After 2 day i notice my brake tail light was loose and open the trunk and noticed that on left side from 3 screes it was hanging on just on screw, so i lt was missing two other screes and nuts. and on the right side it was one screw and one was missing and one was broken, i guest the person who did the change thought it takes to much effort to put them back on and let me know that he also broke one of them.Went back to the store and they tried but it was not successful to fix it since they lost parts, and now i have my brake tail light hanging on just one screws per rail light, waiting when they will fall off during my driving.Reached to customer service by email they initially responded if i want to open a claim, and there is no response from them since that, even so i sent them couple of email to them.Zero care for customers from Valvoline.Not recommending this store at all.Only if you hate you car so much that you want to pay for them to brake your car for you.UPDATE: I contacted customer support which they connected me with shop management, and they kind promised that they will order parts damaged by their staff, and it has past more than a month and no response from them.So no care for customers.

Morgan and Riley did an amazing job diagnosing my friend s car after we had it AAA towed to their location. I felt like they truly cared about not only the car but how our experience went. They were friendly and effective with talking about the car s issues. The battery was well priced and the complementary services were appreciated and speedy. It s my second time here to change the oil.It usually takes about 20- 40 mins in off pick time.Stuffs are friendly and help to resolve my concern! I will back again when I need to change my oil.Btw, sometime I will receive the coupon for 50% from the mail!

The staff - I apologize for not recalling their names - were enormously helpful; the database they used to look up my vehicle data didn t have some important information and they were able to figure it out on the fly, the mechanics were an incredibly enthusiastic and helpful pit crew and helped me get an oil change out of the way that I d been dreading. Will definitely be back!

My car received the oil change on in September 2023 (invoice# 76908) at Valvoline Bellevue store, noticed some oil leak in my garage the second day, drove back to the store to have it inspected, and the mechanics spent a while and said they found no leak. During the next month, more leaking oil was noticed in my garage. I took the car to the dealer, and they found "the leak coming from the oil filter housing, and no gasket was installed..." The dealership also mentioned that filter seemed too dirty for less than two months usage. It cost me more than $200 at the dealer to fix the issue. The store is no longer the one I trusted for several years to service my both cars. I now recall that before 2023, the store manager would kindly request me to drive back with a new filter (for the European car) because they don't have the right one in store. This time they just try to upsell things I don't need and didn't mention anything about the filter... I sent a complaint on Valvoline site requesting a refund in Feb 2024, heard nothing back.

Let me share my experience with this Valvoline Quick Oil Change. It's clear that the service I received was not up to standard, and the consequences for me were extensive and burdensome.It's unacceptable that they had to resort to watching YouTube tutorials to change my car's transmission fluid. This situation was made worse by the fact that they overfilled my transmission fluid, leading to damages that required me to have them remediated by a certified transmission specialist and rent a vehicle in order to continue earning income through doordash to pay for their damages.The impact of their mistake on my livelihood is evident in the 30 days of strenuous 10 - 12 hours a day work I had to endure, without any days off, just to cover the expenses and get my car back. Such a significant disruption to my life was deeply concerning and had almost completely destroyed my life.Valvoline Quick Oil Change's lack of attention to detail and care for their customers' well-being is evident in my experience. I was disheartened from the hardship and inconvenience I faced as a direct result of their negligence.I hope my feedback will prompt Valvoline Quick Oil Change to reevaluate their policies, procedures, and customer care to provide better service and prevent similar hardships for their customers in the future.The Better Business Bureau has them listed as a 1.1 star reviewed company. They will not accredit them in any way. They are that bad. They have 530+ cases closed and 200+ cadrs still being remediated through the BBB.They will find every excuse to shurk responsibility. I have it in writing and fully documented the entire mess they created.When I contacted customer care, Suzanne told me to have my attorneys contact their legal department. Just proves they are snake oil salesmen digging in your pocket for money and giving uncertified work. Watching YouTube to figure out how to change the transmission fluid is not a certified tech that should be working on your car.I went there for normal transmission fluid services and left there 1500 in the hole. I pushed my body into sickness to pay my bills that they caused. Please do not go here and experience what I have and what other people have I wish I would have read these reviews before I ever went to this place or even dealt with valvoline.

Loved my last minute oil change here. Although they were fairly busy (40+ minute wait), the manager Morgan made sure to check with everyone in line and let us know the current wait times in case we had somewhere to be. I even overheard him say he was going to get everyone breakfast since they were so busy they hadn't eaten anything that day. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend!

Do not recommend this branch of Valvoline. I had a terrible experience. For the oil change service, they forgot to drain the old oil and change the filter, but still filled the new oil as per the specified volume for the car model. So the oil overfilled and measured way above the max mark in the dipstick (bad for my car). I had to go back to ask them to pump out the extra oil but they never drained the old (spoiled) oil, so all in all, it was a poor job. If you like the Valvoline brand, do yourself a favor and go to some other branch.

I got my oil changed 3 months ago. It s 10 days from the date on my reminder sticker and miles to go until I reach the mileage limit. I say this because my car s engine light went off and my car started to smell funny. Open the hood and there is NO COOLANT OR OIL. This shouldn t have happened, but it s happened TWICE after getting serviced here. We came to this location because we thought that being in Bellevue, they would do a better job than someplace else. No oil, no coolant? So they are changing the oil but not filling it up, nor are they topping off fluids! There are no leaks so that s not the issue.I even suspect that they haven t changed the actual filter (I will find out for sure)This is the last time I do business with Valvoline! They hire children who aren t mechanics, who stand around and talk instead of working, and this is the result. We re taking our business to actual adult mechanics that are serious about doing their job. Unprofessional, to say the least!

I was here on 12/30 and the parking lot was overcrowded making it impossible to pull into from the street. I was in line for 2 hours, watching cars that arrived after me get serviced before me. After 3 cars who arrived later got serviced before me I asked an employee if they could help get me in sooner. They said they would try and move me to a different bay. They never moved me and when I asked why not, they said the cars refused to move. However, I didn t see them get asked to move. I was here for a total of 3.5 hours waiting in my car for an oil change

Dumb kids running the show and didnt think it was required to grease the suspension and were out of washer fluid and dint have the right grease gun for the lower ball joints but said he had one at home! Yay not going back ever!

Valvoline team was outstanding. I had a bad experience before with another place. I came to them and Dominic received me and was very polite and understanding of my situation! He went out of his way to give me all the information I was looking for. The hole team that was there on Monday 08/14 were so nice and helpful. All of them helped me with my car. Very knowledgeable of their work. I had a great experience and I will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for the helped I received.

I had a radiator flush done here and it messed up my car. There was a massive coolant leak coming from what they said was a crack in the radiator. I found out a few weeks later that the worker who did the flush didn't securely reattach the top hose to the radiator, so coolant was spraying from that all over my engine compartment. The hose was barely connected to the radiator. This messed up my engine coolant temperature sensor. After I reattached the hose securely the leak went away.

Yesterday I got the oil change. That was already a problem. They 0'd out the tire pressure, which wasn't checked, until I asked. I then ask about the oil change notification and the response was "you want that reset". Ok all minimal. I then get to the store, there is oil all over the front of my car. Still minimal.I parked in the visitor parking of a friend's condo and wake up to fresh oil on the ground. I go back because this car has never leaked oil. Now we have a problem.1) they think I'm going to wait in their excessive line for their error.2) the manager first mentions he saw my post... and LIES in my face... attempting to tell me "there was some oil around the frame"?? Interestingly enough neither Valvoline NOR either of the Acura dealerships have ever mentioned this "oil around the frame".Additionally, there is not a drop of oil in my driveway where I park every day! And of course there is nothing of any oil issues noted on yesterday's report either. You cannot be incompetent and liars!Pictures included. Hopefully corporate offices are a little more accountable.My receipt says nothing of a leak issue.PICTURES INCLUDED-Pictures are of Fresh oil at a friend's condo-oil I checked with a napkin to see if it was old or new oil- Oil on my car-Receipt

Amazing staff and awesome service every time I come in. They truly do help. I want to highlight other reviews that had complained about a long wait. As any other business, these guys are obviously busy because they are great. I do strongly believe that it's worth the wait.Keep up the good work guys !!P.s. if there was 10 star rating, I'd gladly select that.Thank you for everything you do, and for my occasional tire issue help.

The place is great as the service was nice and quick. They did not try to upsell anything. It was relatively quick once I was being served but I had to wait close to 25-30 minutes in the queue when I had 2 cars in front of me in the queue. I went there at around 4 pm in the afternoon. I think that's expected but it does not go with how the service is advertised. I don't have any strong arguments against it though.
