Tru-Line Bellevue has been the only suspension shop I ve trusted for the past 17 years. From daily driver to weekend toys, this is the place to go.I ve never had an issue with their work - in fact I ve had them correct other alignments, including one from Ferrari of Seattle. After any dealer warranty suspension repairs, Brandon is next to check their work.

These guys were great in dealing with my super picky needs. I had them readjust the alignment at least 5 times to make everything perfect. They never once complained and were happy and gracious to help. I would have been annoyed with my never ending requests, but they were not. Brandon and Allen are the best. Thank you!

Great shop. Had them do some work on a modified Lexus Gx470. Brandon quoted the work accurately, the work was performed accurately and very quickly. Highly professional. If you have anything out of the norm I'd suggest this place. The big chains will not know what they are doing or flat out refuse to work on a modified vehicle. Five stars!!

Absolutely fantastic shop and service. I've been going to them throughout the years and so have my friends - everyone I know only has great things to say about them. Very knowledgeable and professional. The alignment service they do is more advanced than a typical shop, warranting the higher price. Highly recommend for anyone who installed coilovers or other suspension mods.

Brandon made things done! My 2016 ford focus had humming sound when speeding up, and Brandon figured out that my front right wheel bearing had a problem. He changed the wheel bearings for both front wheels, and did an alignment. Had some issues with aftermarket wheels giving me some vibrations even after having two different shops done the balance prior to me bringing my car to Tru-Line.Brandon was super helpful and was able to help me fix my issues so i m pretty happy with the results, would recommend this shop to anyone and I will be doing all my tires/wheel/alignment here from now on!

EDIT - the below is certainly true, and reflected my experience at the time. I have neglected to update that something changed shortly afterwards. Byron, the owner, RETIRED!!, and I believe it is his son that took over the shop. While again working on a car as old as mine is something different than their normal line of work, his son initially was willing to do it, and then changed his mind after I had made the trip all the way over there - something not trivial in an 80-year-old car on 405.I have no idea that anything else is changed in terms of competency on the high-end sports cars, which is their of course area of expertise.Definately one of my 'go-to' shops now and will highly recommend to others in my clubs. I have a vintage car (1941 Cadillac) that has had front end issues since I got it. This isn't a car that is for just anyone to work on these days - there's a lot of little bits that need a tweak here and a touch there, and even a highly reputable restoration facility could tell me that while the front end didn't need a rebuild they couldn't tell me why it was terrifying to drive above 50 MPH even with radial tires. Finding frame and axle type shops is very difficult in general these days as well. So on a recommendation I brought the car to Byron. Very pleased with the outcome. He fixed the swaybar fitment issue I knew existed, diagnosed / repaired a highly out of alignment and balance issue, righten up the steering properly (it had been done improperly beforehand) and was able to check out the frame geometry too. I like that there is a warranty for it all that I can keep in place with just being faithful to bring it in for the checkups (remember this is a low usage car, a couple thousand miles is a big year).

TruLine is the ONLY place I will take my cars for an alignment. They succeed where other shops fail. Also TruLine is willing to work on cars other shops won't touch, e.g. classic cars, race cars, JDM imports, etc.

Amazing service as always.I have brought 3 different cars for alignments and I'm always amazed at how much better my cars drive after a visit here.Byron & Co are also excellent at understanding what your cars will be used for, and will set up your alignment to suit your needs.Any car that gets track day usage should make at least one stop by Tru line. They will work with you to understand what your goals are and how to best balance tire wear and lateral grip.Can't say enough about this shop. Serious craftsmen, and the prices do reflect the quality of the work.

This place maintains the same high standard as the one in Seattle. Brandon is super helpful and knowledgeable during my visits. He helped me diagnose my Mini Cooper high speed vibrating issues as well as routine alignment and tire work on my Porsche. Over the last 6 months I've been taking my Tacoma in for issues with the suspension after beating it off off-road. Brandon was able to help identify the problems and verified the parts I'd need to get from the dealers to replace (ICON & Camburg). Each time I had a new issue, they were quick to help out and I've never had a bad experience here before. I am not at all surprised that the ratings are nearly perfect.I came in contact with Tru-Line when my dealer recommended it, and since then I have used their services about a half-dozen times. I cannot imagine a higher quality of service or professionalism than I have received.Every time I need tires, I consult with Byron, have them shipped to Tru-Line, and they install them. I have had alignment work done there as well. I could not be more pleased and strongly recommend them for any services offered.

Took my 2004 A4 Avant in after rebuilding the suspension and adding coil overs. They did an amazing job getting everything into spec, 204k miles and drives like new! Will definitely be back with my other cars. Most alignment shops and even the dealer won't put the effort in like Tru-Line, I would know as I was a Audi tech for 6.5 years. (I put the effort into my alignments but know many other techs did not).

First time at Tru Line. Very professional and helpful. Installed new tires and balanced and aligned. Also, they showed me I had 2 bent rear wheels on my 996 and made recommendation on repair or replacement. They also checked my brakes and did everything on time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust Tru Line with my Porsche and will use them again. Highly recommend.

Byron was outstanding! I had scheduled an appointment in which he began working on my Porsche C4S immediately upon my arrival. My car was not handling quite right and my rear tires were wearing out prematurely (only 12, 000 miles). I thought that perhaps my shocks needed replacement since I had gotten a front & rear wheel alignment at the dealer not long ago. Byron diagnosed my problem as just an alignment issue in which he readily fixed and he also flipped my rear tires so I could get a few thousand more miles out of them. I left his shop feeling confident that my car was in excellent shape. I have just completed a 2,000 mile road trip and everything was just fantastic! My car handled great and I did not have a single problem. I will definitely use Tru Line for all of my suspension needs!

I've twice had Tru-Line install tires delivered from Tire Rack.The tires were installed quickly and well both times. Also in both cases I elected to have Tru-Line adjust the alignment. Both times, the car ran better than before the work and while, as noted by another reviewer, the alignment isn't cheap, I do think the cost will more than pay for itself in reduced wear on the tires and I get a nicer car in the bargain.

I had an excellent experience here in every aspect. I had new tires put on at Costo, and they told me I needed an alignment. Costo recommended a different shop, but after reading online reviews I went to Tru-Line instead.I scheduled drop-off at 6AM, but showed up at 5:45 hoping I could get going a bit early. Sure enough, Byron was already in the shop working on another vehicle. He came into the office and did a very thorough intake with me, learning about my symptoms and how I use the car. I was off and on my way before 6.My car was ready before noon and the alignment was spot on. After a few days of driving, the improvement is noticeable. Byron also spent the time to review other issues he identified with my car, recommending which ones needed to be addressed and which were non-safety issues that I could let go based on how long I plan to keep the car.I will definitely come back here if I need their services on any of my vehicles. I will also recommend them to everyone I know.

I honestly cannot recommend Tru-Line highly enough!!Not only was this the best customer service I have ever received at an auto-shop, it is actually the best customer service I have ever received period.Byron and Pete are both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, accommodating and friendly.I originally brought my car in for an alignment (I bought it used a few weeks back and it was pulling to the right).I had been recommended to Tru-Line by Justin over at Redmond European, and other shop I cannot say enough about, and who I highly respect and recommend.Although the quote was slightly higher than some of the others I got, I truly got what I paid for.Although the alignment was a success Pete noticed that all 4 of my suspension bushings were cracked through, and one tie-rod was seized.Having a 3rd party warranty I immediately called the company who informed me that the tie-rod was not covered if it was seized from rust.Byron ensured me it was not, and offered to speak with the warranty company, who are notoriously difficult to deal with since they believe everyone is trying to rip them off.Needless to say Byron contacted me later that day to say that they had agreed to warranty the work, and I was booked in a couple of days later.Due to a mistake on my end, I missed my appointment, but rather than expressing any frustration Byron simply offered me another appointment.I have since gotten the car back, as good as new.The cherry on the cake for me was when I called for the 2nd time ever, Byron answered and said "Hi Kevin"....I was a little stumped for a moment since we had only spoken once before. It is this level of personal service that sets Tru-Line apart.If it is a service that Tru-Line offer, they will be getting all my business in the future.

I was searching around for a highly rated alignment shop that was familiar with fully adjustable aftermarket suspension setups. It wasn t too long until I found Tru-line. I initially emailed to ask about a custom alignment and corner balancing for my car. I received a prompt response from Brandon that they are able to perform all the requested services and to call and schedule an appt. Upon arriving to the shop I met Brandon and we discussed about my car and what specs and settings I was looking for, what kind of driving I do etc. I knew right away I brought my car to the right place and felt at ease leaving it with Brandon to get my car dialed in. After it was done, the ride height was perfect and all alignment settings were to my specifications . I have to say my car has never handled so well for the many years I ve owned it. It feels so planted on the ground and stable while nimble taking turns just driving around on the street. I could not be happier and highly recommend coming to Tru-Line for your custom alignment and corner balancing needs!!

I highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue for any suspension and steering related service. After I installed a coil-over suspension system, Byron did a fabulous job corner balancing and aligning my BMW. In particular, he provided me with detailed before and after values of all of the adjustments and discussed the trade-offs involved with the various settings. If you want the job done right, it s hard to beat Tru-Line.

I've had extensive work done at Tru Line, including subframe reinforcement, bushing and engine mount replacements, all new aftermarket suspension installed, new differential and drive shaft swap as well as standard tire mounting and steering alignment. Byron and Pete did an outstanding job with all of it. They were communicative all throughout the process and paid close attention to detail. After driving the car on track, I went back and described some small changes to how I wanted it to handle and Byron nailed the changes perfectly. This is the place to take your car for anything suspension related.

I found this business online after reading many reviews on Google and Yelp about different places for alignment. I read that Tru-Line is more expensive than some other places, but they do a great job.I must say that I was not disappointed. I was actually very much impressed by Tru-Line's professionalism and customer service. However, the most exciting was the fact that they offer follow up checkups every three months and in a year. I also appreciate the explanation of the service that was performed and some recommendations regarding future repairs for my car. They were so attentive to details and now my Mercedes runs great, much better than before. I highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue.

I have had my 2005 Pontiac GTO since 2006. Over the years I have discovered inherent issues with these cars and had them taken care of. One such problem has been in the suspension. I had work done but not properly TruLine came recommended by two people. They did an amazing job. It has NEVER driven or rode this well since I bought it. I don't know much of the ins and outs of suspension setup. They were very helpful, patient, and good with explaining to me the things of my concerns. I didn't understand it all but they took the time to make sure I did. My car feels like a brand new car. Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you ever need suspension, steering, and alignment services, brake system service and repair, complete wheel and tire mounting and balancing, automotive structural repair and service, or Specialized diagnostic services - all under-car related handling problems or concerns, I HIGHLY recommend this shop, I wouldn't go any place else.
