Consistently the best experience I have with Tesla service. The first incident was a collision event and they repaired my model 3 in great time and back to new. Communication along the way was excellent, and they handled everything with insurance. This second time was to fix a windshield that a rock destroyed, and once again service was great - handled all the insurance stuff for me. They washed & cleaned my interior, which I haven't had at any other Tesla location. Their exterior wash was as good as many detail places I've been to and I was shocked when I saw my car. For the latest windshield episode, I worked with Dion and he was wonderful.

Tesla collision center cannot fix their own cars. I got involved in a minor front end collision and apparently they don't have the equipment to fix it and are sending me to third party shops which are booked up for 6 months. The car is drivable. Tesla won't even fix a seat belt and is putting its customers' lives in danger. Buying a Tesla has been the worst decision I have ever made.

Great Service, excellent work... they are a little backed up though. Not happy about the 2 month wait to get an estimate done but I know they will do good work once they finally get started on it.

After holding our vehicle for so long for repairs (they don t repair anything, only replace) they returned our vehicle with further damage (that we paid $10K+ to fix) caused by their employee(s) and said nothing. Also their associate said no surprises here and when you go in to pay the bill your total is now $2K more than the original invoice to make the cost $10K+, I d say that is huge surprise. Not something anyone would over look.Unethical and unprofessional.Go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Went in to fix my front bumper. Unfortunately the appointments are over 3 months late, But they did temporary fix on my bumper for free of cost , thanks to Casey who was super helpful in quick fix of my car.

I got rear-ended in my new Model Y with 86 miles on the ODO. Tesla Body Repair Bellevue got my car in the same day for an estimate. They replaced the liftgate and bumper and car looks good as new! They were very communicative throughout the process, and they even took the time to fix some warranty fit and finish work while they had the car. The staff was friendly and professional via email and text. Shout out to Doug! He does great work.Docking a star because they left two cables disconnected: the rear seat release switches, and the left taillight/reverse light on the liftgate. I discovered this on a road trip when the car behind me let me know my lights were out. A mobile tech was able to fix it for free, but I would expect a light wiring check to be standard for a liftgate replacement.Ignore the irrelevant 1-star review from the disgruntled neighbor. It's a car shop. It's gonna have cars parked outside.Update: as it got colder, I also discovered that the rear defrost didn t work. The Lynnwood service center fixed it for free.

Two things you NEED to know about this place before choosing them.1. They are NOT an auto body shop; they are a collision center. They won t tell you what they can and can t fix, so here s what you need to know: If you've been in an accident and have ANY structural damage to your car they cannot fix it. Sometimes there is structural damage but a claims adjuster doesn t see it so you don t know. I waited 3.5 months for an appointment to have my car towed into their facility only to be told that they do not have the space for a frame bench and, therefore, cannot fix structural damage. If my car needed to be towed in, isn't there a decent chance that there is some structural damage? They shouldn't be taking tow-ins or any car that has more than a dent or a scratch if they cannot perform the work. Don t wait months like I did unless you are 100% positive that they can perform the repair.2. Communication doesn't exist. They have no phone number. E-mail response times seem to be 3-5 days. Read the other reviews. They received my car on March 30th. On April 7th I e-mailed them wondering if my car was repaired and ready for pick up. On April 10th they e-mailed me back letting me know that they couldn't fix it because there was structural damage. I wonder much time would have passed before they contacted me. Another week? A month?Find an autobody shop that can answer the phone and treat you with some dignity. Also, know that this place is not directly affiliated with Tesla. I called a Tesla service center and they were baffled to hear that this company couldn t do structural repairs.

Had a good experience here as far as body shops go. This shop is equipped to handle more complicated body repair - in my case, replacing both passenger side doors and repairing quarter panel/wheel damage on an M3. For more minor issues like dents and scrapes you would be better off getting an estimate via the app with the nearby service center. Price was about half of other 'Tesla-approved' shops in the area.Best way to get an initial estimate and set up an appointment is via email. Time to repair matched initial estimate, shop communicated with insurance as needed, periodic updates provided via text while vehicle was in shop. Final repair quality is great and body/paint look stock again.Service: Body & Trim

Tried to schedule an appointment in this location. But the Tesla app doesn t have this location. Why? Called the number but the voicemail box is full. Sent the email but no response for four days.

Said they are not handling collision/body works (why are these guys called collision center?) always routes to Seattle location which is pretty far.

I tried for a day just to get someone to reply to my inquiries. Calling the phone number puts you into a phone tree with no way out. After Doug finally contacted me by email, he said that they were not equipped to fix a minor dent. One wonders what they can handle! By all means, use this shop if you want a frustrating experience!

Guy shows up, manages to take 3 whole parking spots up directly in front of my house, I don't own a Telsa, never will. My work truck usually is right where that Tesla repair/service car is parked. Its dumb to take up so much parking with such a tiny vehicle.. call your guy, tell him to scram. 22nd and Hoyt Ave. Everett.. be gone please!!!

Took in my car for rocker panel and front bumper repaint/refinish. They went way above and beyond repainting a number of panels to make it look brand new again (if not better than new). I pulled out my phone to take pictures of the work as I had friends ask to see how it looked after. I took no pictures and told friends to just Google what a new Tesla looks like, as there is no difference to my eye.
