In my twenty plus years of owning and driving BMW's, I've never had a better overall experience than with Strickly BMW. The first greeting was both honest and trustworthy. Diagnosis on my car was detailed and informative. The work was done at the highest certified standards. Taylor was instrumental in guiding me ever step of the repair process and his communication and knowledge puts you at ease during this stressful time. I was very pleased and satisfied with my whole experience. The shop does quality work. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to my peers.

Very Professional Team, Very Knowledgeable About BMW's. Appointment was Setup Next Day and Done by Noon. Would Recommend to Anyone Looking for BMW Specific Issues Resolved or if You've Broken Up with the BMW Dealership to Try These Guys. They Have the Same Scan Tooling as the Dealership and Can Do All the Same Things the Dealer Can!

I came to Strictly BMW for a battery discharging while parked , so I n other words some power source is pulling power from the battery while the car is off, which eventually will kill the battery. I thought Strictly BMW could help me, but after a 700+ bill, all I got was a change of battery(which I had done myself 2 weeks earlier). I had already purchased a battery 2 weeks earlier for 300+ on my own. I was told I needed their battery . So basically in an effort to address the battery discharging issue, I purchased two BATTERIES for 1K, just to hear Strictly BMW indicate after a DIAGNOSTIC it s an ..electrical problem (NO KIDDING - really a Captain Obvious statement). They intimated that it would take too long to figure out what was going wrong in the electrical area. BUT they got my money & I was no closer to figuring out my problem than I was before I drove on their premises, just minus 700+ dollars. Profoundly disappointed in the service, from Strictly BMW, the lack of in-depth focus on the problem solving aspect of what could be done to address my issue. I didn t sense that we re going stick with it until we help you figure this thing out .

Bring your BMW here, period. I've been going here for years, with my 330ci and now my X3. These guys are trustworthy and thorough, and pricing will beat the dealership every time. My gf brings her 328 to Strictly BMW, and I always tell my friends when the topic comes up. Can't say enough good things about them.-SW

Worked with Taylor and the team at Strictly BMW for a PPI on used bmw alpina. They were beyond thorough and made sure to look into every additional thing I had requested. Provided great documentation and pictures for me as an out of state buyer that I was looking for. Highly recommend.

This was my second time at this shop and the experience was like getting help from good friends. They fit my minor programming issue right at lunchtime, with zero unnecessary waiting. The job was done quickly with 100% success. The conversation was about BMWs, not fake customer service chat. These guys really act like they care about the customer.

This place used to be good. However, their staff or rather this service advisor, Mr. Perberton was extremely arrogant and insecure to say the least. I was talking to another service rep and he had to interrupt and attempt to be some sort of dominant alpha male which he clearly isn't. The staff has become rude and not what they used to be. They will automatically charge you 300 dollars just to "diagnose" the issue. NO THANKS. It doesnt even go to the cost. Stay away.

I have been going to Strictly since 2003. They are fantastic! I get my car back quickly, the work is ALWAYs right the first time, and I am never surprised by big ticket items as they look at the car in advance and give you a heads up to plan for things. My current car has 110K and has been managed by Strictly the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are horrible and you will find much better rates at their competitors. They will charge you around $300.00! Just to "look at it" and diagnose it. Other mechanics won't fleece you like this. It doesn't go towards the work. Its a totally separate fee. Also, their mechanics are absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Strictly BMW was great. Nothing fancy just get the job done.After taking my M5 to several different shops that couldn't find the issue because the computer wasn't throwing a code, extremely frustrating... I took it to strictly BMW and within days they had the job done, not only did they fix the issue but the car is running better than ever.Thank you guys for fixing my ride.Thank you Jeff for getting me to the finish line.Impeccable service gents

I sent my 2012 M3 for a full check, including both routinely checks and fixes for strange noises. The technician (sorry I forgot his name) listened patiently to all my issues, then gave me his guesses on the issue and the cost. His initial guess was not exactly right, but close enough, and he found all the other issues during the regular check (rear differential leak, transmission leak, brake fluid change, battery, etc.). He gave me a reason list of prices on each, and we discussed all the issues that should be fixed right away vs. later. After I decided to fix the transmission leak later, he also gave me suggestions on how long it would last and the cost in general. When I got my car back the next day, it felt like reborn. All the issues were gone and it felt good to enjoy driving again. Overall I felt that I can trust the diagnosis and price quote from Strictly BMW, and their services are both professional and very friendly. I initially took my 4-series to the dealership for a comprehensive check and was told that I needed a brake flush, amongst other things. During which they discovered the bleeder screw on each wheel was stuck. An attempt to loosen it with WD40 didn't work. The recommendation is to replace all four calipers, I said no due to the cost ($7,000). Two days later, I brought the car to Strictly BMW first thing in the morning and spoke to Andrew (General Manager). Told him about the experience with the dealership and he would personally do the brake flush and see what can be done with the bleeder screws. A few hours after I had left, Andrew called and said "good news and bad news". Three of the four screws came off, but the fourth one broke off. I'm happy with that outcome and the fraction of the cost compared to the dealership.I'll keep bringing my car here for scheduled maintenance and repairs. I'm from the other side of the country, but luckily I found Jeston, Taylor and the rest of the team at Strictly when I needed a pre-purchase inspection. They gave a thorough, detailed PPI and saved me from making a costly mistake on a purchase. These guys know BMW's! Five stars for transparency! I called them today asking for a quote on a 2015 BMW X3 turbo replacement, and Andrew called me back quickly with the quote, as well as provided me with some additional considerations on the repair and my vehicle life/health in general that is extremely helpful to me. Although I haven t taken my vehicle in to them for servicing yet, I am very impressed with their transparency. I have had past experiences getting previous BMWs repaired elsewhere that lacked this kind of transparency, so this was very refreshing. If I move forward with my repair, they seem quite trustworthy and are at the top of my list now.

These guys are pros all the way and masters of their craft. In case you can t tell by the name, if you are looking for someone to work on your Bimmer - keep reading. If you have anything other than a BMW, they might be able to give you a good recommendation for another shop for your car.I bought a used Bimmer and immediately brought it here for a look. Jeff is my service manager. He is awesome. He won t waste your time with guessing or pretending. Gave him the car and he had a report for me quickly. Mostly, I got a clean bill of health. There were a few items. He clearly described the issues and their urgency. Two can wait for some time, but two were more urgent. It turns out that the 90-day limited warranty covered it, but they (the warranty company) added some roadblocks. Jeff took care of it and got the work done for me. We took care of a few other items while it was at the shop. I couldn t be happier. They will be the only shop touching my car.If you re looking for someone to treat your BMW like it s one of their family s vehicles with a surgeon s precision, look no further. Full stop.

Great shop and service. Taylor helped diagnose the expensive timing chain issue with my 328i and didn t charge me anything, even for holding the car for multiple days as I decided what to do. Unfortunately I m no longer a bmw owner but I will tell everyone to come here.

I started coming to this shop in 2004. I work in the automotive industry and understand the need for a honest, friendly, and professional shop to service my BMW's. The service at this shop is top notch and impressed me coming from a dealership. The amount of care that goes into each car and customer still continues to be first class.

Good communication from the team. I was supposed to tow my car after the battery went dead and also needed spark plugs changed but wasn't able to do that for 2 days. Eventually I got the battery changed myself. They followed up and I dropped off the car next week in the evening and got it done early morning. The process was quick and easy and they charged comeptetively.

Love this shop. Started taking my now almost 7 year old 328i wagon there after the dealer maintenance period expired. They run a clean shop, always call if anything comes up with the repair and generally finish things up on or ahead of time. I've occasionally done comps on parts, etc. and their prices are very fair. If my car's gotta get serviced, I'm taking it there.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes
