They did an amazing job, very professional and friendly. Also cleaned my car inside and out.I drive a Corolla Hybrid- you don t have to drive a BMW or a Lexus to go here. And it looks brand new. Thanks RNR!

Working with Shawn and Brent at RNR was extremely pleasant. They're great communicators and kept us apprised every step of the repair. Very knowledgeable about working with insurance companies as well. The repair work on the car is terrific. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this company if you need body repairs to your car.

It's my second time I brought my car to this shop. My Kia Stinger got rear-ended on a parking spot, so I came to them. It was a tricky job, since my car is a Canadian one and US dealers couldn't provide the color code. They did an amazing job to paint with the matching color.I also like how well they communicate and explain everything.

I brought my car to the repair shop 3 months in advance. Was given a date for repairs. Confirmed the repair date with Alisha, she confirmed that everything was ready to go. I rented a car and took off/ blocked off my day to take care of this. Surprise to find out, the parts were never ordered. The reception calls and says perhaps another 3-4 months now before we can get you in.!The shop manager Ryan says that's our process and if you do not like it find another shop. Says your car is drivable so it does not matter how much longer you wait.!!!!If you want your time wasted, visit this repair shop. Unfortunate they did this to a Veteran and USAA is not endorsing their shop as preferred collision shop. Sometimes it is the way you handle problems and short comings of your business that make all the difference, rather than being arrogant about it. Your employee could have easily told me that parts are not here, there could be delays, do not take off from you job or rent a car until we have the parts in our hand. Would have made all the difference rather than saying if you don't like it go elsewhere. I have never given a bad review to any business, I did everything I could to resolve this with shop manage over the phone. I wish you luck with your business

This is a quality auto refinishing shop. I brought my car in for a driver side mirror replacement. The repair was completed in one day and exceded my expectations. The mirror was OEM quality. Pricing was very competitive with other shops in the area. RNR Automative has earned my trust.

I got my Mercedes AMG CLA35 repaired here. It's back in its brand new state with all OEM parts. Shaun and Ryan are very honest, transparent and clear about what to expect. Great customer service. They also make sure that they stay on top of everything from logistics to insurance to working with the showroom. I don't think anybody else could have done better. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my car today and wow - am really impressed with the quality of work, even down to the paper shoe mats in my car and the clean state it was returned in. Couldn't be any happier with the quality of repair, and I'm glad I took my friend's recommendation to bring my car in. Wouldn't hesitate for a second for anyone who's worried about the quality of the repair or if your car might come out looking anything less than original new looking.My only complaint would be how easily timelines get slipped here, and for things that should be easily foreseeable. My car was in the shop for almost a total of 2.5 months when it should have only been in for a month or so. Multiple times I was notified the day before planned pickup only to find another part was missing, or some piece needed to be ordered. I would figure those kind of things would be known well ahead of time when the initial tear down happens. A more conservative finish date as opposed to continuously delaying the finish date (a day before that actual day) makes it a lot more easier for me to plan around when I can/won't have my vehicle.

I love this shop! They do perfect and work and everyone there is super nice and on top of the process for you! I want to say thank you to Larry Shackelford there who was a pleasure to work with. He went beyond the call of duty to fix our Porsche and it looks better than ever now. The front desk gal was also very professional helping with your insurance. I am very happy to recommend RNR and Ryan S who works there. I will refer friends and family in the future. I was in an accident and they really took care of everything, working with insurance and getting my car back on the road. What impressed me most was I noticed a small deficiency after I had picked up my car, they sent someone to my home to pick up my car and fixed it while I was out of town. Got rear ended and came here for a quote. I spoke to a man named Shaun who unfortunately told me that service was gonna be a few months out. This was in comparison to another shop down the road that could have gotten me in within 3 weeks.However, Shaun saw that my tailgate was not closing due to the accident which made the car difficult to drive. He pulled my car around back and had the mechanic take a look at it. Not 10 minutes later and my rear tailgate is now able to shut so I can at least drive my car in the mean time. This meant EVERYTHING to me and earned the shop a customer. Fantastic customer service!

Ryan and his crew at RNR are amazing! I had a large roof tile blow on to my car during a windstorm. BJ made the whole process very easy and understandable for me..from surveying the damage to pricing out the repairs to renting a car while the work was taking place. They kept in communication with me the entire time and even had my car finished a day earlier than I expected. I had a top notch experience from an outstanding business that deeply cares about its customers.

Amazing service. Makes your car looking like new again. You won't have any complaints about their work. They're really nice and understand you need to get back on the road. Their response time is more than efficient. Great place to get you body work done and Refinishing. Highly recommend.

I ended up here after recommendation from Bellevue of Lexus and turns out this is the only close by decent option that I got. They are pretty busy and I had to wait 3 week to schedule my work and another 5 weeks (which is slow turn around i feel) for entire work to be finished. After its done, my car looked brand new and felt like its 'worth the wait'. Nothing goes on to marmax/public reporting about the work which is great. They are pretty expensive (at least what I felt) but my insurance took care of it all. Plan to leave your car for extra couple of days than original communication and you should expect a great work from these guys.

RNR is the only place for any paint restoration, collision repairs and even water leaks. These pro's are the best at what they do and the customer service is second to none. My experience with RNR Automotive was just amazing!I want to start off with this review and just talk about the outstanding customer service. The two girls at the front desk are extremely kind and welcoming. They helped explain everything I needed to know, and things I was confused about (How the process goes with the repairs, and the insurance companies). My estimator (Rick Barber) was the most helpful, and his assistant Maggie, they always kept me updated with my repair process, and the additional damages they found on my Mazda. This shop fights for OEM parts (Original Parts) which is nice! RNR also fights with the insurance companies to make sure all repairs are done correctly. When I picked up my Mazda, they replaced my entire back bumper, and my car now looks better than what it did when I bought it from the Dealer. My experience with RNR Automotive was just amazing!

I have used RNR automotive many times in the past on four different cars and have been very satisfied.. This was the most disappointing experience I have had with them and, as a result, will never go back!The major repair needed was a result of another driver damaging the front left fender and bumper. The rest was damage to the right back fender by an unknown driver and damage to right back door trim which I had done myself. I was given an estimate for that trim for which I was going to pay for myself because it matched the $300 deductible due to my insurance company. With no intervening telephone call, when it was finished, I was told the part was now $100+ more expensive. If I had been told, I could have turned it into insurance, paid the $300 and saved myself $100.The person who met me when I turned in the car said "don't worry about a dent in the front bumper because we will be replacing the bumper and that will take care of it." He said the same about scratches in the back bumper.As the repairs were underway, I received a telephone call asking if I wanted to pay $409 for a new bumper because they were not sure that even though the dent had been straightened out that it would not reappear. This was going to be under new front protective coating replacement. Also, did I want to pay another $109 to take care of the scratches in the back bumper? I declined because of what I had been told!After they had my car for two full weeks, and I was told a time to pick up my car, the gentleman said, the back bumper looked good because the painter (?) was able to grind down those scratches. One doesn't even look like it has paint in it!When I asked the front desk who had checked me in and told me the dent and scratches would be taken care of through the process, I was told his name was Ed, but he is no longer with the company. I ended up paying over $700 as it was.So, what should have been a great experience picking up my newly/repaired red SUV, was just the opposite! I repeat, I will not use this business again. I felt that the call for $509 additional dollars was somewhat a scam! I use Farmer's insurance and RNR is not one of their "recommended" repair shops. This experience makes me understand why!Anna Coy

It took a bit longer due to Lyft gate back order in 2022. However RNR did an awesome job to fix my rear ended Mazda and they did an impeccable job of applying the soul red paint, looks like new and couldn't tell the difference.

From start to finish, the employees at RNR made sure the process was seamless. I took my car in after an accident because I was referred by Lexus of Bellevue. My insurance company tried steering me to one of their contracted shops but I m glad I chose to go to a more reputable place. My car looks better than before! They did a complimentary clean up after the repairs were completed. I hope not to need them in the future but if I something comes up, I know where to go!

I have in RNR automotive exclusively for our car repairs. Their work has been consistently high-quality their service has been exceptional and attentive. Their pricing has been extremely competitive for the high quality of work and experience that they deliver. They communicate frequently as to the status of the work and there are no surprises along the way. I highly recommend RNR to anyone that is looking for a high quality experience.

We chose RnR after a minor accident which was not our fault, based on their assurance that they could efficiently repair our electric Nissan Leaf. As of this writing they have had our car under repair in their shop for over 2 months! They've been slow to update us, slower to deal with insurance, and slower yet on the repair. Our finish date has been changed 4 times and we've been paying out of pocket for a rental for weeks.We were told at one point that our repair was put on hold due to an urgent collision repair that came to them, which is absolutely unacceptable. As of today, we're told they have no target date for us. We've since moved out of state and will have to ship the car separately.They've been polite, but their sense of urgency and accuracy in estimation is completely non-existent in our experience. Would not recommend RnR at all unless you've got plenty of extra time and money to spend. All of this comes after they had the opportunity to declare the vehicle a total loss per the insurance companies recommendation. They chose not to, but instead continued accepting insurance money for work that simply isn't being completed.All of our personal and work networks will know of this experience as well. Hopefully nobody we know will be put in such a hugely inconvenient situation.

Shaun and his team were tremendously patient and kind. The insurance company was trying to not pay for damages, which were not my fault. He fought hard to make sure the total amount was covered. Will definitely return here again if repairs are needed, and recommend them to anyone

Was driving my newly bought Lexus up in Seattle (from Vancouver WA) and got t-boned on a lane change.. Had to leave the car up in Seattle and dropped it off with RNR.Living quite a ways away from Seattle, I interfaced with Sophie through the phone many times to receive updates.She was able to inform me on the stages they are at and what i could do to speed up the process (contacting my insurance).Given an estimated time of completion, I was able to plan my day off in order to drive up and pick up the car. The car looked as if it never got hit (was replaced with all factory parts) and I was pleased with the services I was provided.
