I had purchased my 2021 Cayman GTS 4.0 from Porsche Bellevue back on 2/7/2023, mileage at the time was 10,948. Today when starting the car a "service oil" message appeared and went away, knowing that Porsche Bellevue had serviced my car before I bought it I was curious about this message. I called Porsche Bellevue and asked for service, I was connected to a very professional and well trained Steve Hart, I told Steve about my concern with the "service oil" message, he quickly looked up my service history and let me know that on 1/9/2023, mileage was 10,629 miles, Porsche Bellevue had changed the engine oil and filter and as part of their mileage or time maintenance depending on what comes first, they had also flushed my brake system, this information from Steve Hart helped me understand that I had reached 1 year since the last service (actual mileage driven was only 6,987 miles) by nature I service my GTS 4.0 every year. Having Steve Hart give me this information was invaluable as nowadays all service work is recorded digitally and not in the service books anymore. I must really give credit to Steve Hart as his customer service skills, professional approach and very good technical knowledge was extremely enjoyable and gratifying, Steve Harts approach to helping me reminded me why I bought my 2021 Cayman GTS 4.0 from Porsche Bellevue, Steve Hart is an absolute asset to Porsche Bellevue, their very lucky to have such an employee. I have included a few images of my very special Cayman GTS 4.0, thank you Steve, your help was much appreciated!

Being this would be my first 911 and Porsche purchase, I had high expectations before heading to Porsche Bellevue. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that not only were my high expectations met, but they were far exceeded. I feel like customer service is a lost art these days, and so it was very refreshing to receive top notch customer service at Porsche Bellevue. Everyone I've worked with there has been pleasant and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do and that matters. Porsche Bellevue really does treat you like part of the family. The facility is well maintained and you just feel very special being there. I worked with Kevin Shi for my purchase and I'd highly recommend him for all your purchasing needs. I can't say enough positive things about Porsche Bellevue and my 911 Turbo purchasing experience. I look forward to servicing my car there as well as making my future Porsche purchases there as well. I am a customer of Porsche Bellevue for a few years now. Coming from a European "Porsche standard" point of view and having a Porsche end-to-end experience for more than 20 years all around the world, I can say with confidence the experience with Service, Parts, Finance and Sales in Bellevue has been phenomenal. Nothing is perfect in life and we're just humans. In this spirit, it's the way the Porsche Bellevue staff treated me as a customer in cases of "not ideal" situations from my perspective that has put this dealership to the test. I truly value and appreciate how the staff handled any experiences I had there, from standard to complicated ones. Comparing to many other experiences I had they are 100% top notch and trusted in my books. Jamie is the best Service Manager I ever met, he never let me down in any situation and his team is phenomenal. If you want the best Porsche service treatment ask for Landon in Jamie's team. If you want a great car purchase experience ask for Kevin and the Sales Manager Jason, they were really nice with me and my family during a car purchase at Porsche Bellevue couple of times ago. Again, nothing is usually ideal when it comes to car dealership but at Porsche Bellevue, from reception desk through sales, finance, valet service, parts, up to the crucial service department, my experience was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Porsche Bellevue with no hesitation.

Service was excellent. The whole experience was seamless, from drop-off of our Macan through pick-up and return of the loaner and retrieval of our car with all scheduled maintenance and detailing completed as promised on time and text messages from the service advisor updating status along the way.

I have a beautiful 2014 Porsche 911 991.1 turbo S, and it deserves the best service! I made an appointment and the service advisor was able to get me in within 48 hours. My loaner car was ready for me the moment I got there, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than five minutes. Nicole, my advisor, corresponded as needed with me while my car was there. And upon checking out was prompt and courteous, answered all of my questions, and was quite personal. Great job, Nicole!

Not your cheapest option but the service and quality are stellar. Landon Ivy was my service writer and he kept me informed of every step of the way to repair my car. He quickly helped order the parts from Germany so I could get my GT4 RS back on the road as soon as possible. My experience was excellent.

Porsche of Bellevue has great customer service. They re very easy to schedule with and get in contact with. At my last visit a mix up had happened which resulted in my car not being ready for pickup in time. They went above what I expected to make it up to me. I feel well taken care of every time I bring my car in.

March 6th 2024, bring in my car for regular service. ( oil change, fuel injector clean up, annual inspection and etc ) When I was picking up my car, Service advisor noticed there is huge board with couple nails stuck to front of driver-side tire. Yes! Service Advisor had Prosche Bellevue replaced my tire immediately. However, no one offer an apologies, explanation nor RCA, even after emailed to their General Manager , Tom Joyce, for CSAT survey. If my service advisor didn't discover the issue before I speed down the highway, I can't imagine what might happen. To Porsche Bellevue, my incident appears to be "it is just a tire, and it is fixed." hmm.. okay... what if we change the word "tire" to any of your favorite body part?Update: March 20thI have received email RCA from GM regarding how this incident might have happened. Actually, that is basically all I needed from the Porsche Bellevue!For forum who asked? NOPE!!! They did NOT replace both front tires, just the one they broke, so I will have to replace other one myself soon. ( Porsche advice due to staggered set up, tire must change in pair )

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! If you're state requires any type of emissions, you are making a huge gamble. I'm in California and they sent me a vehicle that failed emissions, thus cannot be drivable/registered. Their management simply said that I was the legal owner and that I am responsible for it. Alex Reath, the General Sales Manager said that they do not have to comply with other state's emission standards since they don't do that in Washington. Plus, they deleted fault codes while vehicle was in their possession according to the vehicle data currently in vehicle's computer. Fault codes/check engine light were reset 50 miles ago; they have had the car for the last 200+ miles prior to me receiving it. Vehicle still sitting on my driveway. Absolute frauds! Day 9, still in my driveway, as it can't be left on street due to possibility of being towed and if driven I risk being impounded if pulled over. Worst people ever.

The team at Porsche Bellevue are fantastic!Stephen H. in particular has been my point of contact, if you are in the market for a new or used car from them ask if he is available. Of course, the entire team are just great. They made sure I found the car I wanted and then made everything to make sure we could close the transaction and be driving my new car in just a few hours. After sale service has also been fantastic, making sure to answer all of my questions.

I recently took my wife's Taycan for a recall service and some clicking noise from center console. Our service advisor Lee was extremely helpful and able to replace console screen to fix the problem along with the recall service. Loaner car was ready when I arrived and work status was promptly updated, avoiding unnecessary waiting time. Kudos to all the service team members.

This dealership is very organized and they are quick to respond to customers coming in the door. I wish that more vehicles were available without having to order and wait for a delivery but that's Porsche products in general. The service department is very accommodating and Al Mendoza was extremely helpful throughout my recent service. He represents Porsche in the ideal professional manner.

It was super easy to schedule an impromptu service for a warning light that emerged. I was also given a courtesy car and it so happened I was leaving town the next day, and had a commitment that same evening, so could not pick up my car the evening it was ready, which meant I had to keep the courtesy car for a few days. They were very understanding and accommodating. The warning light issue was addressed and a clear explanation provided for why that happened. I love the service provided by everyone and Simon in particular for always taking care of me.

After taking my '15 Macan to two other European specialty mechanic shops, spending extra money and still having issues I finally made the smart choice and brought it to Bellevue Porsche. The service at Bellevue Porsche was a breath of fresh air. They found the problem right away and sent me a video to show me what needed fixing. Every person there treated me with respect and I appreciated having the loaner car to help with transportation needs. The wait to get my vehicle fixed was also much shorter than at the other shops. Thanks to all the staff in the service department for your professionalism and making it an easy process to get a correct repair.

Our experience at this dealership has been phenomenal. We needed to add a 4WD vehicle to our family's line-up, so we test drove several marques, eventually deciding to visit this Porsche dealer to look at some pre-owned models. Here's where the experience was outstanding: they actually listened to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into something that didn't meet our needs, tastes, or budget. After doing some test drives, the decision on which car wasn't even difficult. I mean, they are all beautiful, but one in particular was equipped just right for us. We went through with the purchase, taking our time to read everything and understand everything. We even caught some things that needed reprinting, and they quickly took care of it with no eyeball rolling or complaints. When it came time to offer the usual extra stuff and nonsense, we opted for just one of the stuffs, which was the clear plastic coating on the front part of the car. They set up a future appointment for that service at the time of sale, no need for us to have to remember to call about it later. Then as we were getting the keys, there was our used car, perky and perfect with a bow on top! Before we left, we also got a quick run-down on how to operate the vehicle, what special features it had, and so forth. This way we left feeling confident instead of nervous! After the sale has also been great. We feel like we have a relationship with our local dealer, like people used to have in the old days. What a pleasure. Highly recommend this dealership, and remember that they will treat you fine whether you are buying a new or used Porsche. Refreshing!

Poor/ cold attitude if you just go there. Also not much option to see. Sold vehicles are looked and will not be allowed to be seen. Typical Bellevue luxury car dealer attitude, " we have more buyers then we need , so we don't give ,,,,". Beautiful out side appearance of dealership

I've only been a recent Porsche customer.My experience at Bellevue Porsche has improved with time. Vince in the parts department is great and was the most helpful person I spoke to when I visited Bellevue Porsche. His customer service is exceptional. I come from a background where customer service is the primary focus and so I have great expectations of customer service. Vince checks all the boxes! I , as a general rule, tend to lump Car sales Guys in the same category, pressure selling to get a deal. I was delighted to find that the team at Bellevue Porsche didn't take that approach , which made for a pleasant experience. Informative and helpful as opposed to pushy always gets my vote. They didn't have the Vehicle that suited me but informed me that they had a couple that could suit and they would contact me once available. Cole did indeed follow up and provide me with exactly what I required and I'm driving an amazing 2024 Porsche. I did spend a tad longer at the Dealership than I wanted to be honest, as they were short staffed on the detailing side of things, but in the scope of things this was only a blip on what was a seamless transaction.
