Working with Blake and the rest of the staff at Park Place LTD to buy a stunning Gotland Green 2017 Audi A4 was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I live about 3 hours from the dealership so I called to see if the car was available, and I was put in touch with Blake. He was able to get financing approved, an offer on my trade in, and paperwork written up before I got there. When I arrived the following day we went for a test drive, he took me on a tour of the dealership while we chatted about the amazing cars in their inventory, and then I signed the papers! Blake and Park Place were fantastic and I will recommend them to anyone I know, and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks for everything!Nick

This was my first experience at Park Place, but was referred here from a very good friend that has been coming here for years. Joe was the absolute best to work with. The car was completely dialed in when I picked it up, and I am super impressed with the great communication and attention to detail. If I could give a 10 star rating I would have!! Thanks again Park Place!!

Purchased a Timeless Certified pre-owned Aston Martin from them with low mileage. Car was delivered with only one key and there was NO service performed on the vehicle when they "certified" it. The windshield wiper blades were even shot. Just brought it to my usual dealer for inspection - all four wheels were out of balance, which explains why it had a terrible vibration on the highway. It was in need of an alignment. They really did nothing to certify it, it seems they took it in on a trade and listed it for sale with no service performed. The kicker was the car was pictured with the Aston Martin umbrella in the boot and when it arrived the umbrella was missing and I had to fight with them to replace it! I contacted Aston Martin corporate who agreed this vehicle did not meet the standards for Timeless certification and they provided the second key fob and the emergency key at no charge as a show of good faith. Would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer and my advice to all of you is do not put any faith in anything "certified" on their lot! Once my check cleared they had no interest in any kind of customer service. Beware.Below is added in response to the owner comments -Based on my interactions with the dealer to this point it would not surprise me that they would double-down on their "certification". I have a copy of the Aston Martin Timeless Inspection Standards. This vehicle failed at least sections 3.15 - Wipers, 3.2 - Keys (note plural KEYS specified which AM corporate agreed with) and 6.14 Vibrations.Attached photo shows wheel balancing results. Your service department didn't even attempt to balance the wheels. One of them was a whole OUNCE out of balance. On any test drive it would have been plainly evident the car needed correction as the ride was unacceptable above 60.I think what most upset me about all of this was when I brought these issues to your salesperson's attention, Alan Grana, he didn't seem to care one bit. As soon as the car was delivered I expressed my dissatisfaction to him. "It does not come with an umbrella" was his response until I produced a photo from your ad showing the missing umbrella in the boot. Also he outright lied about the condition of the wheels. I expressly asked him before purchasing the car if all the wheels were free of curb rash, and he said they were, and upon delivery I noted immediately the front left wheel had a gouge out of it.And so your Timeless Certification was worthless, your salesperson is a liar, and I would recommend others steer clear of your dealership based on my experience.

Buyer Beware: I placed a non-refundable deposit on a car based on them telling me it would be delivered in Spring 2024. They then changed the delivery date from Spring 2024 to Winter 2025. I kindly asked for a refund since they moved the date to the next year and they denied. I shared with them that my deposit payment was based solely on a spring delivery and since they no longer were honoring the date that I no longer wanted the car. The general manager's response was I could either forfeit my deposit or wait until January 2025. Wow, such great options. I find this ironic because the GM's profile includes the quote, "If we provide our customers with the highest level of service for all their automotive needs, they will be our customers for life. Well, apparently my automotive needs are not that important to them.UPDATE: In response to Ryan's rebuttal, the core issue is that I paid the non-refundable deposit when I was advised the vehicle would be delivered spring 2024. When the vehicle was then delayed at least 8 months (per mfr) the dealer gave no options, even though terms changed. So if doing business with them be careful, my fault that I trusted the verbal commitment of one of their salespeople. In hindsight I wish I would have spent more time researching potential dealers so I could have selected one aligned with my customer service values, but at this point my hands are tied.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a week ago. When the deal was done and I really got a chance to be with the car I began to realize that there were some things that were on the listing sheet that the car did not have. Some were minor but a couple were not like adaptive cruise control and a back up camera. I called and talked with my sales person and asked about the missing items, I was told that he would bring it up with his manager but that I should be aware of their disclaimer that all listings are subject to possible errors. Their response to all this was to offer up a used rear trunk shade, one of the items missing from the list, that they had lying around. There was no call from the manager and certainly no apology. It felt as though I had already bought the car so who cares. One of the reasons I am posting this review is because when I opened the listing up today I noticed they removed some of the missing items from the listing sheet. This really pissed me off! Fortunately I had made a an earlier copy of the listing and now I have the two to compare.I guess what it boils down to is buyer beware!!! If you must purchase from this company make sure you do an extensive pre purchase inspection, and make sure you have the listing sheet and that everything that goes with the car is on the car.As for me, I hate being lied to and will never do business with park place again.

On 03-06-2024 I brought my Maserati gran Turismo to park place because I was having issues with my battery. The battery that park place put in 2022 was bad battery on that time park place mechanic told me that they found water in my trunk and he told me that mechanic need 4 hours to find the problem after 4 hours I paid 800 dollars and mechanic didn t found what is cause the problem and where is the leak come from. In 03-6 2024 they replaced the battery because still under warranty and they make me pay 200 dollars , after battery been replaced my car play screen stopped working I brought the car back to them and the mechanic told me I m not gonna check because the screen is after market he didn t check the fuses with bad attitude after I complained to the manager he send me to different advisor and they said that they don t have person who certified to take a look at car play screen and fix it . Park place need to be responsible and pay for damages that caused by them the car play screen that I bought was more than 3 thousand dollars . park place didn t check the fuses behind the screen they only checked the one in trunk and under the steering wheel . My car play screen was working properly before the battery was changed .Park place need to know its not about money it s about respect someone car changing the battery can cause a lot of problems to the car if the battery was overcharged or not installed properly can burn electrical system of the vehicle especially for Italian car like mine.

DON T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Park place is the most unethical, dishonest used car sales. All the stereotypes about used cars applies to this company. You cannot believe anything they say or have trust in any documents they provide on the status of the vehicles. They should have a negative rating. They have responded with total lies. I was sent a form that was not represented as a sale agreement but a hold to inspect. This sale agreement was sent and then the sales representative called several times saying I had to sign it quickly to reserve my spot. They called me before sending with that false claim and then when it came called and said they needed it back in 5 minutes. From the pressure tactic I misread it. I m sure they do this often as I read another very similar about this company.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have had. The team at Park Place have the logistics down to a science, allowing you to enjoy the experience of the test drive, looking at the amazing inventory on the lot, and talking to the sales staff who are also enthusiasts. I worked with Michael, and he is a rock star.

I took my Volkswagen Beetle in for an oil change and a car wash and was so pleased with the customer service as well as the services performed on my car. I was able to schedule an appointment the day after I called to make one, even despite it being over a holiday weekend. I worked with Shabi who provided excellent customer service, completing the oil change and car wash in under 3 hours per my request, even though the car wash was a last minute add on. My car was spotless when I picked it up and unlike last time I had the service completed at a Volkswagen dealership, the warning light on my dash had also been reset upon completion of the oil change. I did not need to use the shuttle service, but this is also something that sets Park Place apart: they will drop you off anywhere within a 5 mile radius and also offer loaner cars if they need to keep your vehicle for more than a day. Again, something that is not offered at Volkswagen. The service department is a little off the beaten path (down a somewhat obscured side street) and is currently surrounded by some construction off of Bel Red Road, but I'd say that's what makes this place a diamond in the rough!

Buying a car from Park Place was the best car buying experience of my life.Michael Refvem was my sales agent. He was polite, friendly, and endlessly helpful. Initially we interacted only through email. He always responded quickly, even when I wrote after close of business. I barraged him with questions, and he was able to answer all of them thoroughly. He even texted me a very detailed video walk-around of the car showing me the condition of the vehicle and pointed out the features.I flew in for the test drive and he offered me a ride from the airport. I was given a tour of the facility and was blown away by their very impressive selection. I was pleased to see that the cars are all stored indoors, which was nice because it was a bit rainy.Needless to say, the car was pristine, the test drive was exhilarating, and I flew home that night the owner of a very beautiful Louts.Even after the sale, Michael has continued to be helpful. He watched over the few items I had the dealership take care of and helped arrange shipping of the car to my house. ( I don't live in Washington. )If you are shopping for a new luxury vehicle, beautifully restored classic sportscar, or modern super car, this is the place to go. The customer service is exemplary.

Horrible experience with their consignment department. The only thing they care about is their commission. I consigned two vehicles with them since they advertise themselves as the best in business. The initial consignment charges were about $1000 each. Both the vehicles sat on their lot for 3 months (consignment period). The only time they called was to tell me that the price on my vehicle is falling like a rock and that I should take a loss. However, they won t budge on their commission of about 10%. I agreed to take a $22000 loss on the first vehicle as I was pressed (they made atleast $5k profit on it). Soon after that they called me to tell me that sky is falling on my second vehicle too. Luckily I wasn t in a situation to agree to it. In the end, I lost about $25000 due to this place and they made about $7000 from me. Find a place that will lookout for you and not just focus on their commission.

Communication lacking & they offer cars that require over a month of service to get sorted out. The moment you decline to put a deposit on a broken car is the moment they will ignore you. There are much more earthiest oriented dealerships that offer a better buying experience.

David was an awesome salesman and represented the vehicle and executed my transaction well. I am extremely happy with my results with the entire staff including their finance department. I have bought and sold dozens of cars in the last 10-15 years and have never had such a smooth and expedient experience!

I have an Aston Martin DBX. My wife took it in for its 2nd Oil change. She had an appointment well in advance. The cost for an oil change was $2k! $1400 of this was in labor. She was forced to sit there 4.5 hours for them to complete an oil change and a couple of cabin filter changes. Just because someone can afford an exotic car doesn't mean they should be screwed by the dealer on maintenance. I regret buying an Aston Martin due to the monopoly Park Place has on the service.

I would occasionally check the inventory, take the pulse so to speak of Parkplace LTD, just to see if there was anything there that piqued my interest and that I could afford, Monday was the day that the planets aligned and I was able to take home, my long sought after Targa which now occupies the highly sought after garage space that my motorcycles used to be in. Mike was my sales person. Vic was the number cruncher both of them were pleasant to work with. I was treated with respect, and the experience was enjoyable as you could expect it to be. Parkplace is not a high-pressure situation. Everybody knows that going in so that makes it as enjoyable as one wants it to be. Five stars for me,

Let me start this review for those wanting the quick read. I was buying my first exotic car and not only did it go smoothly it was one of the best buying experiences I have had buying any car and I have bought 30+ cars. Now for those willing to read a little further. I initially called Park Place to ask about an Audi they had gotten in. Unfortunately, when I called they had advised me the vehicle already had been spoken for, but they will keep an eye out for something similar. This was my first experience talking with David Khazai. A few weeks went by and I was occasionally looking at their website for new vehicle inventory. I was lucky enough to stumble on newly taken in Aston Martin (my all time dream car). I called and asked if David was in, but he wasn't in until later. The gentleman I spoke to said he didn't know much about the vehicle, but he will let David know I called. Well, a couple hours later David called me back and let me know the vehicle had just been taken in and was in service for inspection and a few other things. He let me know it was going to be next week before I could come look at it, but feel free to stop by and look at some of their other inventory or just to meet each other until it was ready. I took him up on his offer and came down the next day. I was able to meet David in person and as on the phone he is very courteous and helpful with the process and purchasing a vehicle from Park Place. A couple days had passed and David let me know the car was available to come look at in person and if everything looked good we could move forward with the deal. I came down that evening and as planned we went to look over the vehicle and I was in awe. It was absolutely gorgeous and hadn't even been detailed yet. After looking over the vehicle David introduced me to the head Aston Martin Mechanic Vincent. He went over a few things with me and offered to answer any of my questions in the future. After we went back to Davids office to discuss the price and deal. We were able to negotiate a fair deal for both parties in my opinion (I use to be in the auto industry). The vehicle still needed to be detailed and the last few service items addressed before I could pickup the vehicle. I came down the next day to sign the paperwork and I must say the Finance Manager Victor was awesome. Laid back with a great since of humor and made the whole paperwork experience easy and enjoyable (this use to be the worst part about buying a car in my opinion). Not only did he make it easy he found a better rate than I could and as I was saying I use to be in the business. Afterwords David kept in contact with me during the one of the longest weeks of my life. I called him many times, but I just had to be patient. Well as Friday rolled around I asked if at all possible I could get my vehicle. David said it's not looking like it, but he will do his best and his best was done. I was able to pick up my new to me Aston Martin Vantage. The vehicle was presented to me that Friday looking amazing and with no issues. I now catch myself walking to the garage just to look inside at my new car and that is something I haven't done in the past.Thank you David K, Vincent, and Victor for your help purchasing my first exotic and I already know not my last. Park Place you offer a great business with amazing people.

One of the smoothest and most professional experiences I've ever had. Knowledgeable staff and quick process. If you need a car go talk to McKay, he's the best! Snagged a clean 135 I'd be searching for.

My friend referred me to David and Park Place, David is fantastic in terms of knowing the vehicle and value your time. Saw the listing, contacted David, test drive in a day. Next day, I got my Ford Mustang GT...that's smooth the experience. Highly recommend.

Kids can really do a number on your interior. Park Place did a terrific job of reconditioning our leather seats and cleaning out every nook and cranny from the accumulated dirt, sand, crumbs, and God knows what else. Our car has not looked better since we drove it off the lot. Very simple and flexible scheduling, and friendly easy-going staff. Will definitely return.

OMG! Blake is rude and unprofessional. Here is the highlight:- Made an appointment to go see a white Porsche 911. An individual by the name Blake met me and was very rude right of the bat. He was twitchy and was behaving very strange.- He did not allow me to actually test drive the car before I buy it! YES! Jim Crow laws in 2023!!!!- Nice cars BUT they overpriced every car by at least $10k!Cannot recommend them in good conscious! STAY AWAY!

Updating a previous review to be more in alignment with my full experience here.Park Place Ltd is an interesting place. You'll see a gt40 next to a 50s Concours jag, a 63 split c2, a lambo, or a brand new lotus. I'd encourage you to walk the showroom floors and you'll see some classic Americana in one showroom and luxury imports in the others. Typically great selection with decent turnover. You absolutely will NOT be hounded by salespeople or shooed away. There's nothing pretentious about this place. It is Bellevue. While it's not as expensive as the lambo dealership across the street, the prices are high and they are widely known for this. That being said if you're doing a trade in or consignment this will likely work in your favor, or at least cancel out any loss.Their shop/garage is also cheaper than the lambo shop (again not by much), and the work I've had done here has been exceptional and rock solid. The shop carrys Adam's products too.I'd say get a ppi on what you buy just to be safe. There's a wide variety of years and history to each vehicle so you'll want to check for gremlins. My five star review though here is for Hunter Ross. He was my salesperson and I would strongly recommend him to a new customer. He's professional, patient, very kind, and extremely respectful. He responds to emails very quickly and has a lot of insight and ideas. Even after buying my lambo from park place, he's been extremely supportive of my questions and has offered advice.I've bought one car here. I'd certainly be fine buying another. Which about sums it up I suppose.
