Took my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee in for the ceramic wash + interior. I also paid extra for the leather conditioner ($169 total).Customer service was great when I walked in.I didn t see the first half of the wash but I saw the second half which included an employee jamming my trunk shut even after realizing it wasn t manual and had a button. He couldn t find the button so he jammed it shut (you could see him go through the thought process). I was flabbergasted and annoyed because that s how things break. I said something to the receptionist so she went out there and told them. The guy apologized when they turned my car over to me.As for the detail, my cup holders were dirty, inside windows weren t wiped, they didn t move the gear shifter so that was dirty, and you could see a few other areas that weren t paid attention to.I sent an email to the manager, no response after 5 days so I asked for another managers email and again a few days later and no response.Disappointing.4/9/24 updateafter several emails and finally resorting to a review, they have reached out to resolve the issue. They offered a refund or another detail opportunity.

Do NOT get tinting done here. Bubbles, foggy, scratched my interior and dented my door. Low quality tint and insane prices.Brought my car in to get tint installed after my car was broken into along with an interior detail and it was bad. The tint was bad, bubbles, foggy and not fully attached in places. They also scratched my infotainment screen, it was pristine before and now it's covered in swirl marks.I'm too busy so I waited to bring it back and they said the tint needed to dry more so I waited 6 months to bring it back in. When I brought it back they said they would replace the bad windows with new film, but they just tried to heat up the windows they messed up and smooth it out. This left even worse bubbles and it looks even worse now. To make things worse they dented my car door when I brought it back and wanted to argue that the dent was already there.They offered to let me bring it in again so they could fix the tint again and the tint guy could argue with me about the dent. I'm done wasting time bringing in my car 3 times for something that should have been done right the first time. Don't go here.

Melissa at the front desk is awesome. She's pleasant, follows through with what she says she's going to do, and made sure I kept getting routed to someone.The rest of my experience was unfortunately not stellar. I originally called, spoke to an advisor and was asked to bring my car in to evaluate in person to be given an estimate. I drove the 18 miles out there spoke to the advisor who took photos and told me he would call back. I never heard from him again so I called back eventually and was told I needed to come back again because the photos didn't work for the technician, which I did.I later eventually dropped the car off to have some PPF pieces added and trim up any older pieces that needed to be cleaned up. When I picked up the car a couple days later the window trim was hanging off, some of the new PPF wasn't laying flat, other pieces that I was told they would do didn't get done (with no mention of why or adjustment in my final bill relative to the estimate), and pieces that clearly could be trimmed were not.I know they're capable of doing amazing work but it felt like someone took my request for some extra cash and rushed it just to collect payment.Service: Auto detailing

I have had my car washed here a couple times before and they usually do a decent job.This time I had asked for exterior and interior cleaning. When checking in, I asked the person in the lobby how much time it would take - "It's a 20 min appointment" was the response I got.Eventually it took 50 min for them to finish up. I'd have been okay with it if they'd done a good job. You can see photos of my hood and sunroof AFTER the wash. Very disappointed.

I took my new car to this place for a wash and wax, thinking it would be top-notch based on their website and reviews. The wash itself was fine, my car looked all shiny and clean afterward. But the next day, I noticed wax stains all over where there was plastic on my car. I went back after four days, and they managed to get rid of the stains, but the technician suggested I could just buy some solution and do it myself next time. I mean, why would I want to deal with that if I'm paying $140 for a premium service? It shouldn't leave stains in the first place, right?Anyway, the stains came back the next day, so I had to take it back again the following week to get them removed once more. At the end of it all, the gentlemen that worked in the office basically told me not to expect too much from their wash and wax service and tried to upsell me on their detailing service with a more experienced person. Seriously? So, you're telling me I'm paying $140 for should expect amateur-level waxing?

I went to Park Place Auto Salon to murder out my C63s AMG and apply a ceramic coat as well as paint protection film and I could not have been happier with the results. I organized everything through Jacob who went through every small detail of the work I wanted done and provided me with a range of options to achieve the result I was after.A big thing for me was using original badges on the car and not after market blacked out badges (which would have been the easier route) and the team was more than happy to source original badges and paint them black as well as wrapping the small 's' in red. Even the small strips of vinyl wrap applied to each column of the grill and wrapping the rear Mercedes Emblem which would have taken lots of time. The attention to detail was just incredible on this job!The point is whatever look you are trying to find for your car, I can guarantee the team at Park Place Auto Salon will be able to achieve it! Just give Jacob a call and he will sort you out with a good price and maybe throw in a few extras!A huge shout out to Blake and Mike on the job for the quality work they did on my car!Services: Full body wash, Window tinting, Auto interior vacuuming

I've taken my car in for the express wash throughout the years and today might be my last time. It's still over $100 with tip but the quality was truly unacceptable today. The inside windows had smudges and the windshield wasn't clean. I had to come home and do the additional cleaning myself.While I do not expect a full detail given the price and time spent, I would have liked to get my car back in decently clean shape. I will have to find another place to go to. To have committed to a tip before the car was even washed was probably a red flag I should have noted.Edited: a few weeks later the manager called me to apologize and refunded the wash plus offered a complementary car wash next time I went in. I just had it done and they took extra care this time to make sure that the car was cleaned well. I did appreciate the response (I had left them a voicemail as a fyi on the poor job done). Repairing customer issues is a big+ in my opinion and I'm glad to see that the team is trained to do a good job as before again.3/8/24I took my car in for the usual wash again and after today, I won't be going back. I asked the person who checked me in to make sure that the cargo space/mat is cleaned as always. A few min later she asked me again what I meant. I explained again. Then 5 min later one of the cleaning team leads asked me the same question. I was perplexed as to what the confusion was...I just wanted to make sure that the cargo space was cleaned.When I got my car, I made sure to check it out first before paying, and to my dismay, the cargo area was not clean. The windows in the back still had smudges and not a whole lot of it was wiped down. I flagged down the team lead again and he apologized then proceeded to wipe it down as I waited.I noticed that there was some sticky spots on my hood and asked him if I could have a rag. He told me it was tree sap, came back with a razor, and explained that he could take it off. I was a bit hesitant but he went ahead... Then I see a scratch right on my hood that he's made with the razor. At this point I just wanted to be done with the place.I did let the advisor know about this and he said I could bring the car back and he would personally work on it with a clear coat. I just don't want to let them touch my car anymore... It's been a lot of headache for a simple wash.I think the quality has really gone down in recent years and I'll be taking my car elsewhere going forward.

Always come here for car washes and the staff is extremely awesome. Taylor went above and beyond to get me in for a ceramic coating and even got rid of a giant scratch on a door that I did not think would come out. I was on the fence about getting the car ceramic coated but Taylor explained the entire process to me and the results speak for themselves and I'm glad I got it done. Now I have an appointment to do my other car! Always a pleasure doing business here.

I am traveling so I had my son take my car in for interior mildew removal. The car had mildew inside from condensation resulting from setting for two months. No dampness just mildew. They handed the car back to my son with wet floor-mats and other areas of the car. Kept it another day for drying out period and again handed it over to my son. My son parked in his garage to continue drying out and after a couple of days decided to look under the spare tire and there was an inch of water in the pan where the spare was located. The owner Byron I believe has not responded to repeated requests for compensation off the $750 paid for this service... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AUTO DETAIL WORK... YOU WON'T BE HAPPY

Awesome job by the guys at Park Place on my Porsche!! The paint was full of swirls and minor scratches that were all removed by their paint correction. Definitely recommend and would go again!

While the detail job was good, the customer service was not. Clearly the shop damaged the navigation screen and refused to take any responsibility for it. After an email exchange and extensive phone conversation with the shop manager Kaila Hollis it became very apparent that park place was more about washing their hands off the problem then actually addressing it. The car was dropped off with the screen intact and returned with damage to it (dead vertical pixel line on the screen), I am 100% sure the screen was intact when dropped off. According to Kaila this was not their fault or responsibility.Be weary taking your car there, if everything goes right then you will leave with a good detail job but if things go sideways you will be rudely stuck with an expensive repair bill.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Paint repair

My Wife and I took our Range Rover Sport off-roading in the Olympic Peninsula. We tried to take a forest service road over a mountain ridge, down to the coast. Unfortunately the road disappeared on us and we ran into a lot of brush and small trees. We scratched every surface of our vehicle. The paint looked completely damaged.I knew there was only one place that could help us out and get our Range Rover looking just like it rolled off the show room floor. We took it to Park Place Auto Salon and Jacob reassured us that they could get most of the scratches out but do not expect everything to buff out. Well long story short, they worked their magic and 99.99% of the scratches disappeared. Our Range Rover Sport looks like the day we drove it off the show room floor. We are so excited we brought our vehicle to Park Palace. We highly recommend their services to everyone for any vehicle!Thank you so much!Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing, Paint repair

Everyone here was super helpful and nice. I stopped by about a week before I had my car detailed because I had some questions regarding some paint issues. Taylor walked outside with me and examined my car and was very clear and upfront about what they could do to help me. Took my car in a week later, dropped it off for the entire day and was provided a very nice loaner vehicle. When I stopped by the next day, my car basically looked brand new! I believe the guy who performed the detailing for my car was Bill and he did an amazing job. The paint issues I had before were absolutely gone and both the inside and outside of my car look amazing now. Highly recommend Park Place Auto Salon, and I last thing I'll add is I believe the prices here were appropriate for the work that was done. Very happy with how everything turned out.

They do not take American Express, and that s a huge detractor for me. You d think a place that had big ticket cars out front would accept all forms of payment, but hey that s their prerogative. I like that they sell (and I presume use) Adam s Polishes which are products I like and prefer. The receptionist was not very friendly and I felt like was inconveniencing her with my business. I was late for my appointment, which is on me, but there are totally ways you can handle that rather than a snarky attitude when you tell me I can only have half a total service performed. I work at a local car dealership and I m not sure I d recommend my guests this shop the way it was recommended to me, which is a shame- it came with high praise from a colleague. I would consider coming for more comprehensive services, but not a great first impression. The car wash was acceptable.Service: Full body wash

John Perez is awesome! I get my Porsche serviced through him every time. I once had to get my broken windows fixed and he did a fantastic job fixing it and got it to a state as if nothing happened. He always goes above and beyond everytime to get the car serviced and also provide a free car wash and suggest on additional things that can be addressed through Porsche warranty (he pointed out a free warranty coverage fix in an item and connected with a person in our nearby Plrsche showroom who completely fixed it for free). I had my SUV serviced here and got a full detailing done. My expensive was a stellar 5/5. Xavi assisted us and was extremely professional and helpful from the intake process to coordinating a loaner for us to have for the day.The car was cleaned up so well and the small chips, dents were unrecognizable after the treatment. The interior was cleaned up so well it looked brand new. Overall, this is definitely worth the cost if you're like me and forget to clean your car often, the full detailing is something I'd definitely suggest to get done. 5/5 would visit again. If I had to nitpick, it was that the glove compartment wasn't cleaned up well and some smudging was still present.

These guys made my 6-year old Obsidian black Tesla sparkle and look new just like when I bought it. Amazing detailing and attention to detail. Highly recommend them!

I used to go to Elephant Car Wash but the last time I went, they only washed my floor mats and left the interior completely the same. I'm really glad I came here, the crew made my car look BRAND NEW and pretty spotless. Highly recommend this place.

Look, you can't expect me to pay over $300 and give you a good review when you missed the entire back part of my truck cab and the exterior part of my bed. Got home and literally saw green and some mildew that was not even touched. The guys washing the vehicle definitely saw this and chose not to touch this part of the vehicle for whatever reason. Second time using this place and will be my last.Don't bother going here. You're better off going to a self service carwash to be honest. Guy behind the counter also had a $hlt attitude.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Taylor and team are outstanding! I brought my brand new black MB S560 for a full front wrap and full ceramic coating. Their attention to detail impressed even me, who tends to be somewhat particular, and they turned what was already a beautiful car into something even more gorgeous with an amazingly deep black shine. From now on I'm only taking my cars to Park Place Auto Salon and couldn't recommend them more highly! Great job guys and thank you!

We picked up our 2015 Grand Cherokee yesterday afternoon and are AMAZED at how great the wheels look! Wow! Please tell your wheel person how much we appreciate their awesome work and attention to detail. They re as good as (or better than!) brand new. For those that don t know the back story: we wrecked our factory 20 wheels a couple years ago while rock crawling in Moab - the trail got a lot more difficult than was advertised in the guide book. Anyway, I got tired of looking at the gouges and had to have the wheels fixed.Even better: Park Place Auto Salon warranties their work. We were informed that the machined surfaces and clear coat are covered for as long as we own the vehicle. Another reason to keep our Jeep til 100,000 miles!Again, we are so happy with how the wheels turned out. Money well spent. And the full interior/exterior detail on the Jeep looks awesome too - as it always does, which is why we keep coming back.

I went with the full detail for my GTI which was absolutely COVERED in pollen that had been building up for at least six months. My car was disgusting, but this place made it shine like new again. Great service and hand wash. They're by appointment only but sometimes you can get in same day. Best to schedule it on their website. They don't charge until after the wash. On sunny days, especially during the winter months they can book up fast, so plan ahead. I've never waited more than 20 min and the lounge is nice with complimentary coffee. You can sit in the lounge and watch them wash your car which is a nice feature. Staff is always friendly. I regularly take my car here. Hope to get their ceramic coating done soon.

I have an old car (2006) but I like to keep it looking nice so I brought it to Park Place Auto Salon for an interior detail and when I picked my car up, it looked brand new. The interior was perfect! The service team was also friendly and professional. Park Place is my go to auto detailing shop. Taylor Cross, who runs the place, is fanatical, like me, about every little detail on the cars they service. Recently just had them put a full 3M film on a brand new Audi Q7 Prestige, along with a 3-coat ceramic finish. Couldn t be happier with how it turned out. The work was flawless in every respect. I had to look and look to even see where the film lines were; it was that good! I have had them do detailing, film and paint sealants now on 3 Porsches, 2 Mercedes and now this Audi. I also take all my cars there for their hand wash. I ve been 100% happy with their work. On the rare occasion we have a problem, Taylor will make sure to personally oversee any additional attention required. I will NOT go anywhere else. These guys are the best!

Came in for an interior detail. Second time I've been here and i'll definitely be back for a third. Employees are respectful and provide excellent service. My car looked brand new upon pick up. Also, their cleaning products are natural and don't contain harsh chemicals, which is one of the main reasons why I gave them my business!

Park Place Auto Salon has been my go-to for car care for the last 5 or 6 years - maybe longer! I ve always been pleased with their quality work and super attention to detail. The detail manager Taylor Cross always goes the extra mile, ensuring I m completely satisfied with their work. I am a very satisfied customer!
