On this occasion, I was looking for a replacement bulb for my HID lights on an older Mercedes. The asst. manager at this location wasn't very helpful, only to say he didn't carry a replacement, and was that all I needed, then disappeared back into the store. I ended up at the Factoria O'Reilly just to see if another store could give me a little more guidance on what to buy. The asset. manager there was way more helpful, and although he didn't have a replacement for me either, he took the time to look up what I might need and sent me to home with a few screenshots of the correct connections to look for. 5 's for the Factoria store, I found exactly what I needed! Factoria will be my new go-to store for auto parts! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I like this store, and it closer to my apartment. Dante is a good guy anytime I come at the shop he welcomes me very well. Also, he helps resolve my problem until we find a solution. The world needs more people like him. He's a special guy .

I came in the other day to ask for some advice about my car having some sensors and the gentlemen there was kind enough to give me all the advice and recommendations for said car. Ended up having to get a new car and the gentlemen (Dante) took his time, once again, to explain how to fix and help the car. Best customer service I have received in a O'Reilly auto parts store.

My review is for the Bellevue, WA 98006 store. I only need a small stainless screw for my license plate. Customer rep is really helpful and patience, comparing the size, price and quality before I decide to buy! Again, this is a small store comparing to other auto parts shop, but the service is way much better than others.

I went to oreileys factorial today to buy a battery and have it installed in my rav4 the man told me he could not help me because he was the only one working. That the only time I have gone to an oreileys and been told that they could not help me. I will never go back to that store again. I use only oreileys for my auto needs and I was so disappointed with the leval of service he gave me.

A little belated I came into this store when my poor old mamavan overheated on 405, right at the Factoria exit. I was able to make it to O Reilly s and the two staff members there were so helpful and kind, it felt like they were family, helping me to figure out what steps to take to determine the source and severity of the problem.I had two little dogs with me on a very hot day and they were very accommodating, filling a water dish and finding a spot for us to wait while the van cooled down enough to open the radiator. They ultimately helped me fill the coolant tank and looked for leaks. They were concerned that it might not make it back home, but I decided to try getting it home.The manager, Greg, made sure i had the phone # to the shop, in case i got stuck somewhere unsafe, they would make sure i got a quick rescue. I only made it about 1/2 mile, but i was able to get safely off the road to a shady spot and i have AAA and USAA, so didn t need to call them. But i really appreciated their genuine care for the safety of me and the pups. I will continue trusting O Reilly s for all my family s auto needs.

Went in to get a Check Engine light diagnosed -- the young man behind the counter came right out, diagnosed a misfiring cylinder, recommended the $7 bottle of injector cleaner. Still waiting to see if it works, but he was so accommodating and helpful it gave a boost to my morning whether it works or not.

I received great customer service from Robert. He patiently helped me with a return/exchange when I didn't have the receipt (he was able to look up the original purchase), figured out exactly what product I needed, and then went above and beyond to help me install two new headlight bulbs after they had both burned out unexpectedly. Thank you, Robert! (Managers, please give him a raise!)

Came in on 7/24/22 and Garrett assisted me. Probably one of the better oriellys ive been to. Big props to Garrett, not sure if he was the manager, i forgot to ask. either way he seems to be running a good operation. Great customer service. Had to return an item today to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Factoria. The store rep I talked to -- Dante -- was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He even remembered that he had sold me the item a few days before.

Great place to get your auto parts! The employees there are knowledgeable and of you all nicely, they can also recommend the parts and services that you actually need and not the services that others try to run on you. Selection is fairly comprehensive but do ask the employees since they might have additional selection in the back. Also try checking online and shipping to store! The aisles are clean and the store is organized well. Sufficient parking in front of the store.

Great for automotive DIY. They'll let you borrow an error code reader (for say, a check engine light) to figure out what's at least going on, and help find parts to fix said error.

This review is long over due. On 8/26/21 i ended up over here because my check engine light came on as I began my trip to Eastern Washington. Turned out my thermostat was failing.Dorea directed me to the parts needed and she also gave me a rundown on what to expect during the install. Loaned me some tools and the machine to reset my check engine light.Beecause of your excellent service I made it to my destination and landed a 9# walleye!I r

This review is to highlight the great customer service I received from Dorea.I had purchased tire chains from this location, and the first associate gave me the wrong cable chains for my tires when I told him what make and model my car was. I was not educated at the time of purchase that they cannot be opened or used otherwise I could not return or exchange them. Dorea let me know that the first associate should have taken the extra step to educate me about the return/exchange policy. She took care of my issue and set clear expectations about returns/exchanges moving on forward.Sales associates such as Dorea is the reason why I am leaving a 5 star review.

I had a dead battery that wouldn t hold a charge so I jump started it and drove it to the Factoria O Reilly Auto parts store. A really nice and professional gentleman named Rome helped me select the correct battery, he installed it, and then tested my starter and my alternator. You don t get service like that often so I wanted to make sure to leave my feedback. Thanks!

As a person who does most maintenance on my own vehicles this O'Reilly always has what I need in stock and double checks part numbers when pulled from the shelf to ensure you walk out with the right part. They also flip the screen and show options of the part you're buying, different brands and explain the quality of the different brands is a sensible way.

Jerico was awesome. Saved my butt when I had a windshield wiper detach itself during a healthy rain. My connector was a weird one, and he went out of his way to find one that fit, and he installed it for me when he was figuring out which connector to use. THANK YOU!!!

I ordered a windshield wiper for my Mercedes GL450 2013, paid for shipping and came back to get it weeks later because I never got a phone call that it arrived. When I got there they could not find it and it was obvious they didn't have system to track it. They talked to the guy (Mike) that helped me order it but he didn't know where it was. I came back another time and spoke with another guy but he didn't know how to find it either. They kept asking If I picked it up because they didn't have it. They called the supplier without results. I called my credit card company but I misplaced the receipt after several weeks of dealing with this. O'Reilly's only credited my shipping fee. Absolutely unacceptable! They ripped me off.

Extremely rude customer service, felt like I was being a burden to them by buying things. Very unhelpful and mean when being talked to. Asking them questions felt like going to hell. Felt really disrespected.
