Bought our daughter a Crosstrek in 2019 and we just bought an Outback Wilderness a few months ago. Best service we ve had from all the places we ve ever bought - Honda, Chevy, Ford, Fiat, Mercedes.Never felt rushed. Always helpful. No trying to sell us up. Or trying to sell us on dealer add-ons.Simply great service. With the OBW we actually looked at a range of different vehicles as we were thinking of a pickup. Almost signed for one but the dealer started pushing us too hard and we stepped away. So glad that dealer was bad because we ended up for our favorite vehicle - the Wilderness!Thank you to Art and the whole team who helped us from the start - and the after care and support was brilliant.This is why people love Subaru - it starts with the experience when we explore the vehicle. The team at Michael s is the best there is.

Came in for a service. Thankfully, the part was covered under warranty. Marcello was super helpful and friendly. They had a loaner car for me to borrow for the day, and they completed the work in time for me to make it to the airport for a work trip that evening.Vehicle issues are never fun, but these folks made it as easy as it could be.

First experience with Michael's, taking my 2023 Crosstrek in for its first service. Had an oil change scheduled for the following week, when a lot of warning lights unexpectedly came on - check engine, issues with the eyesight system. Michael's was able to get me in immediately, trouble shoot the issue (gas cap not closed properly) and take care of the oil change. Great experience with the dealer and their service team. Highly recommend and will be using them for all future service.

Gabby and her customer service team really looked after me and my forester when I came for a transmission service. During the check in, while Gabby was busy, I had multiple service advisors greet me that started to get me registered. And once I was handed over to Gabby, the team continued to be quick and efficient in getting my loaner and getting me on my way. The service was completed in the time promised and pick up was a breeze. And finally, it's the little things like acknowledging a customer as soon as they are in eyesight and holding doors for us that didn't go unnoticed by this old schooler. Keep up the great work!!

I want to be clear that I am writing a 5 star review for this business due almost entirely to the efforts, professionalism, and service of one individual.Kevin M. in the service department is an exceptional listener and communicator, two skill sets that are almost never paired in professional settings. Skills that my wife and I have greatly benefited from in our time as clients of this business.Kevin has time and again come through for my wife and I dealing with our car issues and putting us as clients above the bottom line of the dealership. He is a person of outstanding character and integrity, and whenever we had issues with our car he made sure we were the priority.My wife and I will continue to buy vehicles from Michael's Subaru of Bellevue because of our professional dealings with Kevin, and if he should be employed elsewhere we would buy our vehicles elsewhere. My wife and I are and will continue to be very grateful for the time and your efforts of you and your team sir, this combat veteran salutes you.

Update:Huge shout out to both Gabby & Aiden (sp?) for today s service! He ran diagnostic after diagnostic trying to locate the parasitic drain that was killing my battery (got a brand new one at my last service). After almost 8 hours of working on it, he found the issue which tracked with the events that happened over 2 weeks ago. I ll never go anywhere else ! Thanks, again, for being so thorough! I ve had consistently amazing service here since I bought my Forester from a different dealership. I worked with Gabby at my last 2 services & you can t get better customer service than what she provides. She is very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Although I no longer live nearby, I ll continue to bring Thor here for future services.

This was a fantastic experience. I had brought my vehicle's issue to another dealership and they couldn't determine what was failing.After bringing the vehicle to Michael's it was a different. They were more concerned with correcting my issue then need to see it fail before fixing it. Granted I did bring the vehicle and left it for the perfect condition to let fail, but even then they were looking to fix it.

I did a lot of research in the greater Seattle area and read a lot of bad reviews for a lot of dealers, except for Michaels Subaru of Bellevue and they did not disappoint. Quinton helped me with purchasing my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, nice and not pushy at all. He was very helpful and patient, making it a smooth and easy process. They also even threw in a back trunk space cover when I was bummed to find out that my new car didn t come with it like my last Subaru did, which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a Subaru to come to this dealership!

I have never written a bad review, no matter how bad the service or experience was, but for this dealership I have made an exception. If you look at the past 6 newest reviews, I am not the only one who has received a terrible experience, and if you are looking for a Subaru, there are other dealerships in Seattle. While the sale was not a pleasant experience on its own, this review is in regards to the service that was provided, and after a month of trying to get this resolved, I was left with ignored calls and emails.I received a new 2023 Subaru 6 months ago from Michael's Subaru, in which I inquired about my first service/oil change, where my request was ignored by the Service Manager. I felt that getting this done at the dealership I purchased from was the right thing to do. I brought my car in with only 2000 miles on it, and was left with a car that was leaking oil. I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic to have it inspected and fixed. While getting a service as SIMPLE as an oil change was all that I needed, Michael's Subaru could not do this correctly, in which I had to pay to have my car serviced twice and my 6 month old car fixed.If you care about how your car runs, I would like to reiterate that there are other Subaru dealerships out there that may not lie to you and ignore your requests because they do not know how to handle it. Even after I found out that their service did not complete a simple oil change correctly, I did not want to write a bad review. After a month of my request to resolve the payment for an incorrect job, I find myself here with the worst customer experience I have ever had. PS - their worker stalled out in front of me while taking my car to the garage

Don't buy here. Go to a dealership that will treat you with respect. A week after a test drive, I agreed over text with one of their sales people on a price. After we agreed upon a fair price, Tyler set up an appointment for 3pm the next day to come buy it. I moved a bunch of money around to make it happen, and then 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive, Tyler texted me to tell me he sold it to someone else. Total sleazy sales move to push for a few more bucks form someone else he had in the hopper!

I ve been to Subaru dealerships in Southern California and now up here in Washington, but I have never before had such an incredible experience with a service department. Even though I called up towards the end of business, Orlando was able to get me in for drop-off and a quick assessment that night. The service department quickly had my Outback serviced and appropriately identified issues I needed to action. My Outback was back on the road the very next day.For this high level of service, I would have expected an extraordinary high bill. However, I was pleasantly surprised of the value Michael s Subaru of Bellevue brings to their customers! Nobody is truly excited about servicing their car, but Orlando and the team at Michael s is as good as it gets!

Purchased an used Crosstrek from here, service was great, felt comfortable working with everyone there and never felt like I was being upselled on anything. Got a great deal and Christian was awesome to work with, he even helped me install a new ski rack on top! Overall great car buying experience, if you re in the market for a Subaru I highly recommend coming here. (The cars been great so far too!)

I recently bought a used Subaru and I had to take it to the dealer for repair. I couldn't be happier with the service. Marcello Orlando was great in explaining what the issue was and when I should get my car back. They also offered me a ride back home. I got a call the same day saying my car was ready and a Uber ride back to the dealer was arranged at no cost. These guys really do a great job. A+++

Got charged for 2 gallons of gas on the loaner when I put $10 of gas in it and made sure the gas gage was higher than when we took it, so if you take a loaner car make sure you fill it up. Aside from that, the work done on the car was great and the people were all wonderful and welcoming.

Take your business to another location this business seems focused on making a quick buck and cutting corners, potentially compromising customer safety. We purchased a used Subaru from Michael's Subaru and encountered an issue (which they eventually rectified). However, during the process, they attempted to shift blame onto us for the condition of the car.We repeatedly expressed concerns about the brakes, but the dealership assured us they were fine. It wasn't until we sought a second opinion at another dealership that we discovered the brake pads were incorrectly placed. While fortunate that it didn't impact the discs, it raises questions about the thoroughness of Michael's Subaru's inspections upon receiving the car.Consider your options carefully, and be aware of potential lapses in communication and safety checks when dealing with Michael's Subaru.

Another great experience at Michael s Subaru of Bellevue. I had an oil leak around the head gasket and when I went to go fix it using my warranty which had been misfiled when I first purchased the car. However, Marcello, whom I ve gone to before forregular services did an amazing job of figuring out the issue and getting the oil leak fixed immediately. Highly recommend seeing him for any of your issues!

Just wanted to leave my thoughts here about the absolutely awesome experience I had buying a car from this dealership. I had placed an order for a 2022 WRX late March. From the very beginning to the end, Art Campos has been a pleasure to work with. He had let us know that the from the time the order was placed (3/31) it would take 12 weeks to get the car. The car arrived a little earlier than expected on June 24th! The buying process was easy and very straightforward. I strongly suggest filling out the credit app on their website prior to coming in. It made my visit very quick. Picked up my new car on 7/2/22 and have been very happy since! Thank you Art, Robert and Sean.

We were in Toyota dealership this 2 weekends and the experience that we had was awful. First of all, we said our price range but the sales person showed us only cars with the high price, and stated that there are no cars for us with our price range. Then my husband found cars in stock that are now in their shop and they are for our price range. Sales person said that they did not see them and went to grab the key, but returned and stated that the lights do not work in this car. So my question is, why the car is with this price and in not good condition stay in the shop?Sales person doesn t want to sale the car, we asked multiple questions about what they can suggest to us. They only show used car, or new with the prices that are bigger than we expected.After that we went to the Kirkland and found our new car for our price range.I do not recommend the Michael s Toyota in Bellevue.

Visited the service department today, 3/30. Originally was coming in to drop off my car for my appt later in the day but service advisor Ali helped us get taken care of right away. The service gentlemen were able to fix the broken brake light bulb and had us out of there in less than 20 mins. Big thank you Ali and the service team!

- Upsell maintenance- Lied about servicing intervals- Lack of communication from managementMy fianc� took her Crosstrek in for oil change. Maintenance department recommend a brake line flush which was not needed.We confirmed with our previous dealership the last brake line flush was done 10,000 miles ago and does not need to be done for another 20,000 miles.Upon calling to ask about ownership of dealership so we could avoid going to one owned by the same person, maintenance manager refused to answer his phone after receptionist stated he was in office and not busy.They likely do good service on vehicles and are great salesmen. However, salesmanship is not needed nor should be pursued in maintenance department which it clearly is here. This leads me to believe management is unfit for ethical decision making.

Have been here several times dropping off the wife's Crosstrek. the service writers and tech have treat me very well. I also had a great interaction with Steve at the parts counter, I think his name was Steve. Either way great service and parts departments
