Super friendly and helpful! Stopped by to get an estimate of a minor dent gifted by someone anonymous. It was super easy to grab an appointment online. It turned out the misaligned panels could be pushed back with some force (more than I dared to use). They showed me how to do it and then provided details of what it would take to get everything back to perfect conditions. But they were also very honest that the issue was really minor and offered to polish some visible scratch off the tail light for free. I ultimately decided not to do any repair, but they have definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommended!

They re so amazing!Roland gave me a quick estimate, after I deposited, they fixed the problem in one and half days! When I picked up my car, I found it was totally new, then I found they deep cleaned the car. My ten years old car was never so clean! They re really great exceed! Another important thing is the price is so fair.

I called for getting my Mazda6 repaired and thankfully they had availability to take my car in the following week, which was great. Other auto shops had a long wait time. They found a lot more damage than what was in the original estimate and they coordinated well with the insurance company to get everything approved and fixed properly. Because of the new parts that needed to be delivered, it took longer than initially anticipated but they did a good job. When I went for the pick, I noticed that a part needed to be fixed properly and they immediately fixed it in a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the vacuumed the interior of the car.

I had great experiences with them. Car was ready on time (exactly as estimated). The quality of work is above and beyond - they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. John was professional and paid great attention to details - I also appreciate advices he gave me. A small bottle of touch-up mix was given to me for future uses.

I recently had my car repaired and painted at Maaco and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly Recommend, needed help getting a piece of the car back in place and was really satisfied by the entire work and the treatment that was given. John welcomed us and took great care of us with great estimation, friendly support & fixing up the car back to look like new. I hate driving cars especially after being hit from behind 3 times.This time I was stopped in front of a traffic red light also hit from behind by 2 cars.(the first one has a driving license but no insurance ,second one is a 19 years old has a student license no insurance too. ) I have went to MAACO in Bellevue. Mr. Roland and Mr. John gave an estimate within an hour sent it to my insurance company and schedule immediately .Roland and John are friendly ,knowledgeable, it is really reassuring.After repair the rear bumper and the back part painting are satisfied. Although the new paint part is slightly different from the old part ,this situation is understandable and acceptable.I am glad that I found MAACO, having a shop that I can trustI would highly recommend Maaco to you all needed ---the service is fast and appropriate ,reasonable prices for materials and labor.Absolute 5 stars all around !

These guys at the Bellevue location do a great job my family always take our cars to this location they know what they are doing you just need to be patient and let them do their work, I recently brought in my bmw 4 series all messed up with a bent fender my bumper was ripped off and lots of tiny damage, Roland and David brought my car back to life looking better then before with quality work. I recommend this location 100% .

Our vintage Mustang was expertly painted by Roland and his crew. Roland was everything you would want in a business partner: open, honest, and efficient. He set our project expectations perfectly, delivered on time and within budget, and his team did a beautiful job. During the drive home from Maaco, it received several thumbs up from onlookers and my Son was completely blown away. We will be pleased to share where the Mustang was painted with everyone over the summer cruise and exhibition season! Very disappointed in my experience here. Paid over $3200 to get the side panel painted and fixed but was disappointed in their paint job. I brought it back after noticing lots of paint bubbles and lack of detailing in panels and they promised to fix it. Three days later i arrived after calling and confirming everything was done but nothing was done. I then waited over an hour for them to fix it and but they damaged the door handle and buffed out the bubbles which ruined the whole side panel paint job. When i pointed out to John that they damaged the handle he said he can t do much and i should be happy. Left very frustrated! Would never recommend this business to anyone. I was treated poorly compared to the customers that I observed while waiting hours for them to fix my car.

Did an amazing job on body work and paint for my classic 85 Toyota MR2. Thanks Roland and friends!Update after about a year. Paint has held up beautifully. No cracking or other issues even with car parked outside. Great value!

Highly recommend. Have done couple repair work and was very satisfied. Ronald is amazing and very helpful. Took my car recently for scratch repair and Ronald used some paint thinners to fix most of the scratch free of cost and gave me recommendations on next steps. They care about customers and it shows.

Excellent folks - this is my go to place whenever I need a repair. Roland and Chris? (Sorry I forgot the name) these are excellent folks - you would know the moment you talk with them they are adept at what they do.They took excellent care of the car and when they returned the car it felt brand new. But everyone would wash and car and give you back right, what impressed me the most was they deep cleaned the car from inside. I am impressed. Loved your service Maaco.

Earlier in November and December 2022 I called around 4 body shops and visited 2 of them as body shops are booked. Many did not have openings for 3+ months for actual repaint/repair and you had to schedule a visit for an estimate typically. My repair need was real simple; repaint the rear quarter panel and clear coat it as I had wet sanded through the clear coat, base coat, and primer down to the metal while detailing it (yes I felt stupid and should have left good enough alone as I played around with the area 6 times). I tried to repair it myself, but I could not get the metallic silver paint to lay correctly on my Lexus which is a garage queen. I had price quotes from 3 places and was about to give up when there was chatter about Maaco Bellevue being better then some other Maaco and other local autobody shops around. I was curious, read many Google reviews, then called them to see if I could stop by and get an estimate. John provided me an estimate, their price was fair and was better then 3 other places I got them from. They were able to get me in about 4 days later and had the 1 panel painted and clear coated in 2 days. The repaint looks great! If you have never had your car panel or parts painted before, I wanted to set the expectation there may be some small nibs/dust specks in your paint job, but there should not be major paint runs or smears or prominent visible blend line. You can search that even from factory there are some paint defects such as specs, orange peel, nobs. I am pretty meticulous in detailing and taking care of my cars. They exceeded my expectations for their price. I would use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family.Service: Painting

Really awesome place. I went to more than 5 body shops and they all gave me pretty high quote to fix this. Maaco gave me the cheapest quote and the best service I could ever get. I am really impressed with the work Maaco team has done to remove dent and paint my Audi Car doors, which recently got damaged due to small collision and but after work no one can notice anything on that door just like nothing happen! I also found Maaco Belleuve persons were so polite and so understandable. Really a go to place when you have dent/paint or body shop work needed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Somebody backed into my beautiful purple car, so again I was back at Maaco s after they so recently had helped when purple highway paint was splashed on it. John gave me wonderful and personal customer service and returned my adored purple car as good as new and cleaned inside and out. I truly don t want anything else to happen to it, but at least I will have the consolation that I know I can go back to John and Roland for expert, yet personal, help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I filed a claim with Progressive for a minor scratch on my car's side. Since I had used Maaco Bellevue before, I chose them again for the repair. Before sending my car, I inquired about the estimated repair time. They assured me they would do their best and I dropped off my car 10 days ago, hoping for a quick fix. I followed up with frequent calls, and when they didn't answer, I called again to reach them.Today, when I picked up my car, the staff was rude, accusing me of calling them too much and claiming I received special treatment. They blamed me for pushing them to finish the repair sooner. Despite informing them about my insurance and paying the deductible, they initially requested full payment and advised me to seek a refund from Progressive directly. After confirming with Progressive, they finally released my car to me. The front desk person was also impolite, dropping the key and complaining about my multiple calls.I won't use their service again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
