Great people and service here. I took in my to get some paint repair and ceramic coating and the finished product was absolutely stunning and the car looked brand new. I had to bring the car in twice, the first time I got it back, they pointed out the bumper of my car didn t turn out perfect, so they willingly asked to take the car again to fix it. I m glad to see that Luxwa actually cares about their work and it shows! If you need ceramic coating, paint repair, or detailing, this is the place to go! The absolute best of the best. Levi and Brady treated like family and take their time doing unbeatable work at great prices. They re highly communicative, super friendly and helpful, and overall impeccable service. Hands down the best auto detailing shop in the Greater Seattle Area! I've gotten my cars detailed by other shops in the past, but these guys are extremely professional, friendly and went the extra mile on my Subaru. I went in for an advanced paint correction and ended up getting the ceramic coating pro 10H as well after seeing some of their work. They even took professional photos of my vehicle after it was finished. Leon and the whole team was fantastic. When I first arrived, I thought I might ve missed my appointment, but it turned out that they were short staffed. Everyone was very kind and understanding and answered a lot of my questions about the overall process of detailing and applying a ceramic coat to the car.In the end, the car looks brand new and given the 5 year warranty on the ceramic coat, I m pretty satisfied!Only thing is that it is very expensive and it wasn t brought up earlier in the conversation, but to Leon and the team s credit, they did paint correct the car free of charge and gave me free lift rides. I was blown away by the skill and professionalism that the team at Luxwa provided. They performed paint correction and ceramic coating on my brand new Tesla. They also have some of the best tint work that I ve seen. A truly premium auto salon for special vehicles.

I have waited to write this review as to give enough time to ensure their work holds up, and I am happy report that it has! I came to LUXWA because my brand new custom ordered Limited Longhorn RAM truck flooded due to a manufacturing defect.It was my experience that after months of back and forth with Rairdens of Kirkland, they were unable to properly diagnose the issue, nor did they ever care to stand behind their product. Their slogan of "A Culture of Care" must be an inside joke. I bought the truck from them during COVID, wanting to support Made in the USA... unfortunately that sentiment bite me in the end. The rear window was installed incorrectly at the factory and floor within the cab of my truck got soaked from the back all the way to front. Leaving me with foggy windows, moist everything and a foul smell throughout.Insert LUXWA! I searched all over trying to navigate what company/service had the knowledge and means to take on such a remediation. Thankfully Brady and Team were the right choice. I know it is not a standard problem and it did take some time to fix... but these guys are such pros, never once did I lose confidence. Within 24hrs of dropping off my truck, they had the water intrusion points fully investigated and properly diagnosed, with pictures! This allowed me to feel secure about the work that needed to be done and help justify the money I needed to spend to make things right.After drying everything out, remediation treatments, replacing the rear window, cleaning and then detailing everything back to new, my interior was given back to me at a level that I am confident that few can do. I was so worried about any lingering smells, and after a few months in the PNW rain... nothing. No leaks, no smell. I couldn't be any more pleased.Not to mention, Brady and Team are geniunely nice people that really care about their work. It shows in their level of commitment to their clients and within the work they perform. I hope no one else has to deal with the problems I had to, but if you do, you can be confident that LUXWA will do things right and at a high level.

Luxwa was great to work with! Had them do ceramic coating on my custom doors. They were informative, thorough and did nice work. Also priced well and worked with me on scheduling. I'll def be back!

I cannot say enough good things about LUXWA. The team went above and beyond and accommodated my busy schedule even though I was the one scheduling last minute! I was pleasantly surprised with the interior design of the shop - it's the cleanest and most aesthetic auto detail shop I've ever been to in Bellevue. I really appreciated how easy it was to talk to the team and at no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me on anything. My car seriously needed the love and I'm so happy with the results. LUXWA is hands down the best place to take your vehicle(s) to be detailed. The level of work that went into my car did not go unnoticed. With two kids and two dogs, my VW Atlas can get pretty dirty. They went above and beyond to ensure it was spotless, no more dog hair or sticky finger marks on my windows. I have never seen my car that clean and polished before. Their level of customer service is unmatched. Took my Mom's car here to get it fully detailed for the first time(10+ year old car) and they knocked it out of the park. Completely transformed the inside and out. Color was restored to the seats and carpets. When she got it back she thought it looked brand new and has been keeping it clean since then. Service was great and everyone was awesome to work with.

These guys are nothing less than amazing! The staff is very friendly and they really take pride in what they do! I have a 2011 Ford Fusion that hasn't been detailed since it was purchased and my car came out looking brand new (Interior and Exterior). Levi and Brady were very informational and did a greet job explaining each aspect of the detailing process to me. I was very pleased with the level of quality, communication and professionalism at this company. LUXWA will be my only go-to car shop moving forward and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a great car detail / other car services that they offer. This was also my first car detail and the whole team made me feel welcome and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The guys at Luxwa do a great job, they are not satisfied until the customer says so. I asked for a couple of things after they finished, and they were totally opened to do whatever it took until my car had every detail covered. The scheduling process is easy and flexible, the work quality is top notch and their candor to treat customers is great. Came to these guys because my new car had a pee odor inside as I had no idea how it got there. They took extremely good care of my vehicle. Took lots of pictures and communicated everything to me. They also were able to schedule a few very minor dents to be fixed! Very thorough with everything they do. These guys are amazing and I will definitely be back for any other details my car will need in the future! Thank you guys!

Went here on a whim to get my m340 ppf, ceramic coated and tinted. Levi and his team did a really nice job and I could tell it was high quality work. It was expensive but worth it for the quality. Would go here again for another job. Levi is very attentive to the customer and explains/answers any concern from a customer. I recommend this place especially since the wait time isn t as bad as some others.

My other vehicle detailers had summer backlogs so I took my basic BMW to LUXWA and they did a great job! I had the wash and wax and the attention to detail was very good (door jams, trunk lid area, rims/tires, glass). They went above a normal wax job and the paint was very shiny and bright. Next time I will get the full polish and leather treatment. Thanks for your hard work, staying late plus the ride from Starbucks!!

My Toyota Tacoma was in dire need of a deep cleaning, inside and out. I scheduled an appointment online for Wednesday of the upcoming week. Scheduling was easy! I received a confirmation text regarding my order within minutes and a reminder text the day before. My truck was completed earlier than promised and returned to me in showroom condition. I could not be happier with their service. I've now set up a regular, monthly maintenance program now. LUXWA did an amazing job with my Toyota 4Runner. They went above and beyond on my interior and exterior detailing. The gentlemen at the shop did a great job explaining what all was included with the interior and exterior detailing. They explained everything that went into the detailing of my car and gave me tips on how to maintain my car all around. I am extremely pleased with the level of quality and professionalism of this business. Took my car here hoping that they would be able to make it look nice - I could hardly recognize the car when they were finished! Every square inch of the interior was spotless, and I have a 7 month old and a long haired dog. I can't thank enough for the kind of customer service I received here at LUXWA | Professional Auto Detailing at Bellevue from the management all the way to their staff. This morning, our vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Rav4 was very hazardous due to residual broken glasses after somebody smashed its windows. Now it is kid friendly again, safe for my turning 3 year old boy. Quite an amazing little auto spa, the ambience is unlike anywhere I've been to get my car worked on. It's an auto spa for car enthusiasts whether you want to get your upholstery redone or fixed or get your car detailed or protective coatings installed they are your guys. But it doesn't stop there if you need a bumper repaired or body panel replaced they can get you sorted out as well. Definitely worth stopping by to check it out I'm going to be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

These guys did a great job on my 2011 hatchback Impreza interior. The previous owner had the car in a horrible condition. Pet hair everywhere and stains, but LUXWA was able to get it all. Oh, I forgot to mention these guys are wholesome. Customer service can t be beat. They hooked me up with a bag for my loose items in the trunk and a bottle of seltzer water for the road. Top notch.

Antoni and the team did an amazing job! This was some of the best customer service I've experienced. Everything was handled on-time, all my questions answered, and I was treated like a priority the entire time. Came in to have some minor paint damage restored; walked out with my car looking brand new both inside and out. I had a spare car that I didn t drive that often. After a couple months of rainy season, I was horrified to find the interior overrun with mold. I looked at several YouTube videos and stayed my car with in insane amount of vinegar and clean it up, well a couple weeks later the mold came back again! Luckily I found these guys and they did an amazing job on my car. It s been over a year and the mold has not returned!They were super responsive, fairly priced and even gave my car the ozone treatment just to be extra sure the mold wouldn t come back.I ve never fully detailed my car before because TBH I m pretty cheap and didn t want to invest that money into an older car. However, they did such a great job, I brought them my minivan as well! Both cars felt like new when I picked them up! I would highly recommend and will come back!
