My first visit to Les Schwab Tire Center. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were nice and friendly. The store was clean. Plenty of space to hang out and wait for your car to be finished. Mike was the guy that helped me. He was on point with everything. Very Knowledgeable and helped me make the correct decision for my tire needs. He also helped Keith windshield wipers. Mike quoted me 90 minutes to get the job done. When it came time to pay . It was exactly 85 minutes. By the time I walked out the door it was 90 minutes. That s some serious accuracy! All around great experience and we will definitely be back soon for my other cars. If your car needs tires . Mike at Les Schwab does a fantastic job!

I am new to Bellevue and I trust these guys with my Mini Coopers wheels. I came here for Wheel Balancing and Alignment, they even rectified the Puncture on my wheels and fixed it. They even checks your brakes and tell you if it need replacement! Definitely a must go place if you have an expensive cars and some good wheels, even they have some good range of aftermarket wheels on display and will get ordered for your size and requirements as per your wish. Staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and knows about wheels.

Went to Les Schwab Tire Center. I was in need of some new tires for my Honda Fit 2016. Customer service was great and very professional. They also have a popcorn stand for snacking which is nice ! I got the Road Control 2 tires and boy: my tires are so quiet and smooth. Highly recommended!!! Love love love it!!!

I was sure I wanted to go to Les Schwab because they took good care of me 4 years ago, this time was no different.Andre, one of their managers, was patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the best tires, sizes, and leveling kits to fit my varied needs. When I came in person, he helped me even more by sharing his personal experience with the tires they were trying to sell me on. I decided to go with their new Open Range A/T Plus tires in a larger size, plus a leveling kit to help with off-roading. A couple weeks in and I m really impressed with the performance!I also had a call as they were servicing my truck saying I needed new shocks/struts. Chris told me I needed them because my old ones were leaking, and the price was high but fair. He saved me lots of money by putting them on as they already had the old struts off.Finally, they said they d look at an issue with my old vehicle that had their tires on it free of charge, which is standard thanks to their epic warranty.Between the great service, fair prices, and great performance of the products I received, I m not going to go anywhere else.You won t get the cheapest prices here, but you will get the best value.

very mixed experiences here: first time was good and the second time is bad.I had two pairs of tires replaced here. The first pair was for the rear ones and it was my first time here, the service was good and the staff was knowledgeable.However, when I hit a pothole in heavy rain two days ago, my front tire was flat again. Naturally, I thought about Les Schwab and took my car here again. Yet this time, my experience was terrible:- I was told it was done but after I arrived, I was told not and I waited the whole day.- The driver seat, inside door panel and steeling wheel are so dirty and greasy and smeared my hands and clothes (the photo was taken after my clothes cleaned some grease)- Four tires had four different tire pressures and they didn t both to check.I d give them zero star for this experience. But I chose 2 stars to event out the better experience last time.

Great experience! Team worked with me on stuffing way more capable wheels and tires under my off-road rig. Lots of creative and thoughtful suggestions got me exactly where I wanted to get to. Truck looks great!

I want to express my gratitude to Les Schwab for quickly rotating my tires and doing a tire alignment on my car. They also helped repair a nail in one of my tires. A great experience, definitely would recommend!

I just have to say, I ve been to a lot of Les Schwab s over the years and this is by far my favorite one! I came in upset because a different location mid diagnosed my truck and Jesse was very kind and caring about the situation. Got me taken care of right away! James was the mechanic and he absolutely went above and beyond. He found the problem quickly, he even showed me exactly what was wrong explaining everything along the way. He s a respectful and sweet man. James worked so hard and did a fantastic job! My truck is driving better than it ever did now. I overall feel like I was very well taken care of.

Best tire shop in Bellevue.The mechanics showed me all the issues they found and explained exactly what was wrong with my tires. There's a screen in the waiting area showing their work area, so you can monitor your cars maintenance.Front desk was helpful. When I mentioned I wanted to buy tire chains, they asked for my car's manual to see exactly which model they should get. They had a lot of attention to detail.Prices were better than nearby competitors.Their waiting area is nicer than any other shop around. Bathrooms were pristine.Parking is easy, which should be granted, but many of the nearby shops get full and form a backlog.

Straightforward, honest, reliable, timely. Came here for seasonal tire swap. Another time, I incorrectly mounted my tires and they remounted them correctly without charge. Smart recommendations from Mike and the team, put facts in front and let you choose. Might be my new go-to.

Had a flat tire today. I scratched the right wheels on the curb three months ago. Tesla quoted a price for replacing the tire. But Costco took a look and said I actually didn't need to replace them. I was pretty worried that I might actually need to replace the scratched tire.I have set up the Tesla service appointment tomorrow. but a co-worker recommended this store to me. So I just walked in to see what's going on before the Tesla appointment.The store was quite busy so I did wait like 1h in the queue. Then the service person came up to me and drove my car into their service center in the back. Within 15min or so he just came back and said he fixed the tire. It was caused by a hole and I probably run over something yesterday. The fee was just $20 and they waived the fee for me just to let me experience the service. And they said the same thing Costco said about the scratch.To be fair to Tesla, the new tire cost quoted by Tesla is actually very fair. Costco quoted a similar price back in Sep.

A friend recommended this place to replace tires and alignment. Talked to Andy and he suggested me to replace the type of tires and battery for my car. He also did the alignment. My car was ready on the same day. I have driven my car for two days and run a lot better. Definitely will go back if I run into tire issues in the future!

Had my winter tires put on here. A few days later I m driving and my pressure lights come on, so I pull into a gas station and check my pressure. All 4 of my tires are below 10 PSI, basically close to flat.Also this spot tries to aggressively upsell you on expensive service. I had literally just gone to my mechanic and had my car fully inspected, had my bushings replaced. I went into this shop and they told me my bushings and stabilizing arms needed to be replaced! If I didn t know about my car and have a good mechanic I might have been tricked into spending a thousand bucks.There s a reason discount tire next door has no availability and this place has lots of appointments.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team working at this center. Today, I returned a pair of car socks I bought over 5 years ago but have never had a chance to use. The staff didn't ask any questions. The only delay was due to processing the old transaction. I received a full refund and left feeling grateful for the excellent service. Thank you!

Fraudulent repair. My wife took her car in to have a nail removed and patched. They charged her $40 and didn t do the repair. Gave the care back with the safety concern unaddressed or repaired. This company put my family s safety in jeopardy by lying about having done the repair. NOT COOL. We found that the repair had not been done and took the car next door to Discount Tire. The technician at Discount Tire did the patch for FREE. This place is fraudulent and should be investigated. I included photos as proof that the tire was not repaired.

Brought a wheel/tire that didn't hold air anymore. (This was not purchased at Les Schwab) they repaired it in an hour free of charge. Really nice to see such good will gestures still happening in this day and age. Will definitely go here for future tire needs

I had an appointment made showed up was told it would only be 15-20 mins to repair the flat. 45 mins later they tell me the flat can t be repaired, which I thought was weird because the nail made a perfect small hole through the threads not the side wall so it definitely should be patchable. However I was running short on time so I opted to buy a new tire altogether and have it swapped. To my horror upon inspection back home I noticed they scoffed up my rim pretty bad while installing the new tire. I know this stock rims are much but they were in perfect condition when I arrived and left with it damaged. I just had some free time and came and came to the 148th location they took a look at the tire and said they could patch it they took it and patched it no problem in less than 15 mins. Seems like this location was just trying to make a quick Buck at my expanse. Safe to say you should avoid this location and go to 148th!

Purchased a service and drove 40 minutes to this location only to be told that they couldn't perform that service due to a new policy, this service had been paid for hours in advance and neither party was contacted ahead of time to be made aware of the new policy or anything. I understand mistakes can be made but when something like this happens hours in advance, a courtesy call is the minimum you can do before I specifically take off extra time off work and drive 40 minutes for something that could have been a 3 minute call hours earlier. Massive waste of time.

this place is great!last christmas weekend (december 23) i had a flat tirei was doing food delivery and bumped up against a curb too hardit caused a 1 inch cut through my front right tire's side wall...which means it had to be replaced completelyi was very stressedi needed to work christmas weekend since thats a high demand time for food deliverynot working the weekend would be a big income lossthis happened around 2pm on friday christmas weekendi was certain i wouldn't be able to get the tire replaced in time before the end of the work weekthis would mean no money for the weekend, a big income loss i really neededi also lived in Auburn when this happenedso since my car couldn't drive, that means i probably wouldn't have been able to get home eitherif i couldn't get the tire replaced before 5-6pm that day...then there was a chance i'd have had to live in my car over christmas weekendi'd have had to wait till next Tuesday for a tire place to open againthankfully, after calling around some, i connected with Chloe at this Les Schwabshe was very kind and eager to helpshe let me know it would be possible to replace the tire that same day if i got there fast enoughi called triple A and was able to get my spare on with their helpi headed straight overand wouldn't you know it, they put on a new tire in about an hour and had me on my waythe place was busy tooi was the last one to get helped and was out the door as they were closingthey really worked hard all the way to the end this fridayi still can't believe it honestlywhat certainly seemed like a completely terrible weekend ended up being salvagedi was able to work dinner that very same evening and even made it homeif it hadn't been for the folks here, i would have been in serious troublethank ya'll so much for helping me out, i really really appreciate itzoey roth

We had a flat tire on driver's seat, and went to Les Schwab for tire repair. They did a really good job, transparent, excellent service provided. it s complementary, free!Especially thanks Mason Jesse who helps us repair the tire, set all tires to right pressure, also do safety status check for our car after tire repair.Really appreciate the work he s done!Strongly recommend!!!

My check tire light came on, was able to go in no appointment and Iris was really helpful on making sure I got helped and my tires were checked. Luckily there was nothing wrong and they just needed some air, but I really appreciated the service and confidence I had after my tires were checked by the pros.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 3pm and was in and out within 20 minutes. Every staff member that I interacted with had great customer service. The lady in the front that checked me in was only on her 2nd day at the job and was great and helpful.

the tiny small asian with the nose piercing has terrible customer service etiquette. i literally asked a simple question and he ignored me and started randomly helping another customer. so rude, maybe he doesnt understand english idk. either way the more handsome man with the tattoos, the bigger bald asian dude, and the woman have always been helpful and accommodating:)update to my comment: i apologize if the nature of my comment seemed derogatory in a racist manner in any manner, i want to clarify i myself am also an asian immigrant anyways so we are subject to similar experiences as model minorities in bellevue always so i did not think of that comment as that deep. however, i am still not sorry for explaining my perspective on how i was blatantly ignored when i needed help with seeking attention on whether it was an appropriate time to take pictures of my car if there are scratches. it was so embarassing that after this small asian dude ignored me that the bald asian dude stepped in to help me to correct his mistake. that is pretty sad to me. just saying. and i wont apologize for that. also, i never called him ugly, just small to describe his character so you all don't mix him up for the nice bald asian because he's definetely got more muscle. idk why you all had the AUDACITY to call my EMPLOYER and create slander. that's also pretty innapropriate on your part. and don't worry about the future because there probably won't be one. ill look into other tire services if i need it.

I have had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE everytime I come in here , there is nobody I trust more to have my vehicle working properly than ANDRE ! He is an awesome guy and makes sure tot take of me every time I highly recommend him and I hope his authentic, nice way of work will make him move up and become more ! He deserves a raise !

My first experience was an excellent one and I felt valued as a customer. Alfredo spent about 30 mins to efficiently plug the nail in my tire. He did not try to sell me four replacement tires, he put my interest first. Definitely recommend getting there early because the line can get long.There are two entrances and the staff saw that both another customer and I arrived very early and he professionally opened the door that we were waiting at first. He could have ignored the fact we got there at 730 and given priority to the other customers through door 2 but he didn t.Les Schwab has created a positive impression and will come to them for future tires. Thank you

Stem valve blew off while I was filling air in my tire. Had my car towed to these guys and they had it replaced. Appreciate that they did this in an hour or so as I was a walk-in, and that the service was so affordable.
