Courtesy and professionalism reign here. They went the extra distance to repair my car and found some deficiencies that I wasn't aware of. (I'm a Shade Tree Mechanic so that says a lot.) I would gladly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who puts value on their car, value on good service, and value on honest, professional and thorough work. I've been having my cars serviced for 62 years and LBR Auto Repair ranks on the top of my list for excellent service. THANK YOU LBR Auto.

Brought my car into LBR auto after an awful experience at the dealership where they claimed that I needed my water pump replaced to resolve a noise that was coming from under the hood. Harry George helped me by getting me checked in the day after and having the team diagnose my car which actually needed the AC compressor replaced instead as well as new spark plugs which haven t been replaced since I bought the vehicle and I wrongly assumed the dealership would alert me to during my major service appointments. LBR was able to service my car and make all the requested repairs in under 24 hours and the service provided by Harry was exceptional. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service or work rather than going to any dealership or other auto service shop in the area. Phenomenal work and very pleased that I chose LBR auto. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future if/when needed.

I regularly service my Porsche Cayenne at this place and never was disappointed. Recent visit saved me $$$ compared to the estimate I received at the Bellevue dealership . My adviser Ken provided an excellent service , promptly responding with a quote and explanation of each item of the inspection report. Shop offers a courtesy shuttle , which is greatly appreciated.

On 2/26/24, I took my 2015 Porsche Macan to LBR Auto Repair for an oil change based on their seemingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, I came to find out this place completely rips people off and will try to take advantage of you, especially if you're a woman.They offered a free inspection for first-timers, which I accepted. They claimed I needed over $8,000 in repairs for a non-existent "oil leak." Over the phone Harry described the issue as moderate, then escalated it to severe in the written quote. Immediately I got the sense that they were trying to scam me from this "complimentary inspection."I had my husband take my car to another shop for a full inspection which revealed there was no oil leak and no need for any repairs. This deceitful attempt to exploit me as a female customer was appalling.LBR Auto Repair, and their employee Harry George, is slimy and unprofessional. My advice? Avoid them. There are far more trustworthy options available for your vehicle's maintenance in the Bellevue area. You should be embarrassed of yourselves.

LBR Harry George, mechanics & owner Michael all great. but Ken who is Harry s boss that he rudely stated to me is the WORST, rude, acts bored, seems to hate people & his job, berates beloved Harry constantly in front of customers Ken is the reason I will shop elsewhere.. with Ken s constant belittling of employees, mistakes will happen, people can not perform properly with that kind of management. Spent over 17 k at LBR in past few years on my 2003 Rover & happy, but no trust as long as Ken works there. I sent in a referral, he rudely quoted her the price for an oil change $70 higher than the normal LBR price & acted rude & bothered to help her. I hesitate doing business with a shop managed by a person who is that sketchy.

Took my mother's 2007 Toyota Camry for a front end alignment. LBR not only did the work but also was honest about minor issues that did not need to be fixed. They took into account my 88 year old mother and her needs/driving habits. A Toyota dealer told me I would have to replace most of the front axle to the tune of over 5K and implied it was dangerous to even drive it. I hate it when auto centers try to take advantage of people who don't know things about vehicles. LBR was simply fair and honest explained what the issue was and said it was fine to drive. My mother left feeling safe and relieved! I recommend LBR to anyone who is tried of being taken advantage of by auto shops.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been going to LBR for over 5 yrs. I have never taken my car to anyone else for anything I could have LBR do. We always wonder if the mechanic is overcharging or performing work that is not necessary. This is not the case at LBR, time and again they have demonstrated they have my back. Can't say enough about how good they are

Efficient getting in and out. Their service reps are respectful and explain everything well. They seem to be slightly more expensive than other "fast shops" but the quality of work hasn't sent me packing. Their parking and get in / get out are complicated but they do night-time drop off which I found to be easy to do and makes pick up much easier. Big fan of LBR.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Months ago had numerous repairs done at LBR. Very recently had a check engine light appear. Took it back to LBR who fixed it and treated it as under warranty. My takeaway was that LBR stands by their work and makes sure things are working right.

The folks here took care of me and my 2016 Jeep Renegade. Services were performed as prescribed and I did not get any sense of being taken advantage of.I couldn't afford everything needed all at once, which they were flexible with. Helped me understand what was critical and what we could save for a repeat visit. They also provided several invoice breakdowns to help me decide the best course of action.Will be back and will recommend to others.Thanks again!Services: Battery service, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Update 8/17:Mike promptly reach out and offered to investigate the Low Oil and Coolant leak issue.LBR exceeded expectations by investing the necessary time to delve into the matter. They successfully identified a coolant leak that potentially contributed to the problem. Subsequently, they efficiently resolved the issue without any extra cost.Now, the vehicle is performing in line with the expected standards of a Mercedes.We appreciate the high level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated throughout the process.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Took my perfectly running Mercedes GL450 for an regular service A which includes - oil change, filter changes and basic inspection on 7/31. My experience -1) Over Charged / Unexplained charges - When asked over the phone, I was told the service would cost ~ $280. When I went in the total cost estimate changed to $400 - $480. Final bill was $436. Felt like bait and switch tactics.2) LOW OIL- 7/31 As I was heading back from the garage, the low oil sign popped up. Promptly called the garage and I was told it could be the oil sensor float that didn't come back to its intended level and not to worry. I am getting LOW OIL warning every other days.3) LOW COOLANT - 8/1 Next morning, the low coolant sign pops up. Called up LBR and was told that the coolant might have contracted overnight and over top it off with tap water. I topped off the coolant next morning, saw the low coolant pop up again. I see a puddle of coolant on garage floor indicating a leak.HOW DOES a leak randomly appear low engine warning pop up immediately after a service? Spend $400 and received the car with more issues that before. The overall experience left me very disappointed.

I really like these folks. I brought my car in for service. I thought they were very honest, professional and treated me with courtesy and respect. And Harry did a really good job keeping me updated on my car status. It was my first visit. And it won't be my last.

Many thanks to Harry and the team at LBR! I recently needed repair on my 2004 XJR. An older vehicle is often times difficult to find parts for. But this team made it happen, was very courteous and communicative in the process- actually finishing the job sooner than anticipated! I highly recommend them and will return in the future. If you want an incomplete job done, non authentic parts installed and be lied to, this is the place for you. Plus they don't back their work. The window control head I had replaced was an aftermarket part, not via Mercedes. It malfunctioned immediately. I was offered an oil change, after being blown off for a week being told they ordered it from Mercedes. Not only did I pay the money for a Mercedes switch, I have it at the dealership to have it done twice. Paying twice for the same problem is a big no. The dealership even sent me a photo of the switch to verify it was not from Mercedes. Liars and thieves. Stay away. I attached the garbage they ordered from Amazon as proof.

LBR was nothing less than amazing. Super responsive and detail oriented. I decided to get a second opinion from them after I felt like the service department at my car dealership missed something and sure enough, they found it. It is really hard to articulate what a bad experience I had at LBR in Dec 2022. The office manager was curt and dismissive when I recounted the events that left my vehicle inoperable and he openly mocked me in front of the people in the office and customers. When I got the report back they decided it was because it was cold out, but had no other reason for my car breaking down. They recharged the battery and I paid $220 for this service. If you are female don t even bother coming here. I ended up at Euro Car Service- attentive, fair pricing and great service from start to end.Update:(1/17/2023) I was texted by the owner, Michael. He claimed to want to understand what happened and provide a refund. He called me when I said I would be available. I explained what had happened. He asked for my credit card information to refund the amount of the charge. It has been 2 days and there is no credit. I will update if this changes.(1/19/2023) Michael issued a full refund.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Great experience at the recommendation of another satisfied customer. For a long time I ve had my vehicles serviced by the dealer, but the service provided by LBR exceeded my expectations and I plan to return for further service and repair. Highly recommended.

I had top notch experience here. Harry and I quickly bonded over car breakins and he quoted me fair price for the damages the car thiefs had done to my car. They gave me multiple reliable options and even waived off some of my load by offering me cheaper alternatives.They were willing to take on my car even when it was all booked up for next 2 weeks everywhere in the area. And Harry being a kind person didn't even mention the storage charges for it.Overall very honest and hardworking people here. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I echo other positive reviews I read here.

Harry, you the man thanks for all the help and great customer service!I had bought a 08 dodge and had a leak coming from the transmission without realizing it. Called the shop and told them my car issue, they scheduled me in very quickly and I asked for them to run a full car diagnostic. They gave me fair pricing and did AMAZING work. My 08 car now drives like I bought a brand new car off the lot!! I have had bad experiences with car mechanics in the past and dreaded having to go to a mechanic. LBR HAS RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY! ***THEY ASKED ME TO WRITE A REVIEW***I brought my 190e project here to get it running. I already told them that it needed a fuel pump and fuel filter. But still charged me a diagnosis fee and told me that it needed a fuel pump. Then they tell me the car started which was great. This was good news. But then they tell me I needed a new throttle cable, so I had that installed. But almost two weeks go by without giving me any updates on this. Then I finally call on a Friday and they tell me that my car doesn't run any more and that it will cost me 5k to fix. In which I end up paying my original fee and tow it back to my garage. I put new spark plugs ($4) in it and it started and drove. I won't be taking my cars or recommend this shop to anyone, seems like they just wanted money to me.

Called and asked them do they do Transmission service and gear shift cables change, the website and service menu say they do but when i called he said they don't so call before heading down there or thinking they do a service on their site they don't even provide.

Brought my Tundra in for exhaust and fuel system repairs. I reached out to about 8 different auto shops. Michael was quick to reply and give me an estimate. He updated me throughout the process. LBR is no doubt the best shop in WashingtonThey have skilled techs, good parts delivery, and the people working the front desk are nice and knowledgeableI have brought multiple vehicles to this place and they usually have same day turnaround or early next day at least for the issues I had. Plus quality parts (Bilstein stabilizer for my jeep)You get what you pay for here so this is where I bring all my cars!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

LBR Auto Repair is convenient, comprehensive, and caring. They truly listen to the customer and provide the work needed to get the job done right the first time. My car had a squeal noise that I couldn't locate. The mechanic ran a check by machine and the trouble was located and fixed. Free rides are provided to the mall while you wait if it is going to be a while for the car to cool down or other cars preceded you. The customer is treated with respect and consideration. Costs are reasonable and fair. My car had even been washed. I met several other customers who have been coming to LBR for years and who are also happy and satisfied with the work done.

Great service at a reasonable price. I had LBR replace my engine on my 2005 dodge grand caravan. 1 week and it was running like new. The dip stick broke during an oil change at grease monkey, and even though they didn't break it they fixed it at no cost. I only had to pay for the part. Amazing customer service, and if you shop around you will see that they are very competitively priced I would recommend them to anyone who wants to find a long term "partner" for their car care needs.
