Dropped my vehicle off here for a sunroof replacement for an insurance claim. Had a very negative experience with Arturo he told me he was going to put a used part in my car from a wrecking yard and I did not have the option to request a brand new one and then he attempted to process the insurance claim and told me I didn t have a say it was already paid. I called the insurance company and canceled and had the repair work done elsewhere bad business!You don t put apart from a wrecking yard in a 2019 Infiniti and tell the owner that he does not have the option you ve already processed the claim to try to force me to accept your terms to make the most profit Shady & greedy Business practice. I would expect much better in Bellevue my attorney will be in touch

Freddy is the service manager and is really a terrific guy. He's very friendly, easy to talk to, accomodating, and doesn't b.s. around regarding the quality of service you'll receive. The service bay is well kept, clean, and the service is phenomenal. The costs are well in line with any other service dept. and knowing my baby is being treated with techs who are well trained to know how to treat her, is worth all the money in the world.

I haven't been to other Infiniti dealership since we bought our car here. We never had to go somewhere else, these people are classy and goes above and beyond in customer relationships.
