Honda of Bellevue was very nice to work with in our vehicle purchase. The amount of stereotypical "sales" tactics was low. Test drives were helpful. The purchasing process was pleasant. They can get very busy at times so I recommend scheduling ahead of time for the most efficient way of looking at something you are interested in. Kevin and Will were very accommodating and I would recommend them for your purchase needs.

This was my first time purchasing a car from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue and it definitely won t be my last. I was given the best customer service by Said and I am so pleased with my purchase. He went above and beyond what I expected and stayed two hours after his shift ended until the deal was done and I drove away. He made sure all of my questions were answered even if he didn t know the answer he looked it up and walked me through step by step how to do the things I wanted to know. I will recommend all my family and friends to this dealership.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. My family and I can t thank RJ Franada and Arminn Brar enough for their friendliness, expertise and above and beyond customer service! Pretty good experience from the first visit to purchase. Maurice was exceptional. Good deals and they try to come to a good balance b/w what you want and their price.The only feedback would be to have more folks who support the documentation. It took over 6 hours for the whole process to complete.

I recently went through the process of buying my first car. Approaching Bellevue Honda, I had many questions typical of a first-time buyer. The reception and assistance I experienced at Bellevue Honda could not have been more impressive or reassuring. Christian Castillo was fabulous and made my experience stress free. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Moreover, he was patient and never pressured me. I have been very impressed with the service given by Christian and Bellevue Honda and I intend to return in the future!

I had an exceptional buying experience in Honda Bellevue store. It s my first car, I don t know how it will go before I visit the store. Since I was told if you are buying a car from a dealer, they will be very pushy to nail the deal as quickly as they can. While it s definitely not the case in Honda Bellevue. I bought a HRV from Maurice Elazrak. Maurice is a very nice person and pretty good at his job, he is the person who can get what you need. Steve also helped me on my first visit. My first visit a bit late, it s already dark outside. He is very professional. He showed me the cars that I am interested in, trying to give me most comprehensive context of a car, even it s close to his closing time. And most importantly no one pushes me to sign the deal today. So it s a comfortable experience from the beginning. And Paul who walked me through the documents and he is fairly patient on the questions I had. There are many considering it s my first car. And Mitchellc worked with me on finishing the final step. Everyone is pretty helpful and nice to work with. And the lady at front desk is also very nice to me. So no wonder there are serving many customers.

I purchased a CR-V from them a few months back. The salesman, Larry, managed to break the trunk cover while attempting to open it. Apparently, he wasn t aware that it doesn t open in hybrid models. Larry assured me they would fix it, and since it involved just two small plastic clamps, I took him at his word and didn t insist on putting it in writing. Big mistake.Initially, Larry claimed he d talk to the service department to order the necessary parts and schedule an appointment. This dragged on for weeks. Then, he connected me with Josiah, the service representative, who continued promising to order the parts, but with no tangible results. Eventually, Josiah informed me that Larry was no longer with the dealership and that he needed to consult the sales team to determine if they d cover the bill. All this fuss over two measly pieces of plastic! I don't even want to think how they d handle a more serious issue. In the end, I had to fix the problem myself.My advice, steer clear of this dealership. Their trustworthiness is questionable at best. If you absolutely must use their services, get everything in writing. As for buying another car from them? Not a chance.

Howie Te helped me get a new vehicle to replace my old Honda that was getting on the older side and he made the process so easy and simple. He also was very nice and understanding about my budget constraints and worked with me to find the best deal on the lot. I am very satisfied with experience with Howie and Honda Bellevue. I highly recommend to look for Howie Te if your in the market for a new Honda! He's your guy!

Great buying experience. Salesperson was Howie. His manager was Buddy. Howie was excellent, very knowledgeable, understanding and a friendly person to work with! Went for test drive, finalized the deal and got the car next day. Also got a good trade-in value for my old car which was also purchased at the same place 11 years back. Highly recommend this dealership if you are planning to buy Honda!

I bought a 2024 CR-V from this dealership, and my experience was as painless as a car purchase can be. I want to especially highlight my salesman/point of contact, Kevin Sollinger, for his outstanding customer service.Kevin accompanied me on the test drive and pointed out all the relevant features on the car, asking what my use cases would be to make sure he could highlight the correct things. During the purchasing process, he made himself extremely available to answer any questions I had, and was easy to work with and not pushy at all while going over the numbers for the purchase itself.Even after I received the car, he called me the next day to check in, asking if I had any questions and updating me on the timeline for my next visit to the dealership (plates, registration, etc.). I would recommend Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, and especially Kevin, to anyone interested in buying a new car.

I GOT JUKE D BY TONY AT HONDA AUTO CENTER OF BELLEVUE!By which I mean Tony sold me and my dad a great Nissan Juke. Tony is a newer salesman there, but he has been in the car sales business for a while. He is self described not your typical salesman , which was true. He was funny and kept things light even when getting down to the boring paperwork. My dad and I got to Honda Auto Center of Bellevue around 10am and I was driving away with my new-to-me car around noon. Completely painless, and actually quite fun! See Tony for all your car needs!Also, I wanted to thank Steve Lavigne for starting the day with my dad and I, as well as Armann Brar for the speedy final signatures, and Karim Machkouri, the sales manager, who clearly knows how to hire awesome people.Thanks again to Tony for JUKE-ing me! I m sure I ll be back next time I need a car.

Was really concerned about having booked a car service here when I saw quite a few one star reviews about the service department. But I had a flawless experience with Honda of Bellevue's service team! I was able to drop my car off in the morning for a warranty service and collect it by 2 o'clock same day. They had good communication about what needed to be done and the cost and even told me there was a special available for my service. My service advisor Josiah was very kind and explained everything clearly and professionally. Would definitely take my car here again!

Great service center! They have taken great care of our 13 Accord as evident from it going strong still! They do diligent work and we never had an unexpected surprise for the 10+ years we had our vehicle serviced - always transparent, and great communication.Recently, Kathy in service department and service manager Jake have gone above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected mishap to our car while it was at their shop. Having dealt with other service centers that try to deflect and do not want to own issues that arise after they serviced your vehicle, this Honda service department deserve all the praise as they wanted to do right by their customer for something that was beyond both parties' control.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new CR-V on 9-6 from Bellevue Honda. Our sales rep, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions on the spot. Not Kid Friendly . Dirty chairs and outdated Covid sign posted about crayons and books . I was super disappointed as a mom . I do expect better from the Bellevue area . My son was so bored and I came unprepared with no toys because I thought all Honda locations were kid friendly . Space is all crammed and dirty . But yet they charge me over $100 for an oil and filter change .I usually go to the Hinshaw s Honda in Auburn . They have a clean play area for kids with a ton of educational toys . Plus they give free snacks and coffee . I would not come back to this locations. Pretty basic for their high cost and this location is not friendly or clean . I would rather drive to Auburn , although I do live in Bellevue. Do better please .

The Sales Consultant (Christian Castillo) I worked with was respectful to my specific requirements for the vehicle and my request of email correspondence only from the very beginning responding to my quote request, and he was professional and pleasant when I went in for a test drive. I ended up buying a new CRV the same day I went in. I appreciate the check-in the day after to make sure the accessories installation scheduled for the day after went smoothly and met my expectations. Overall it's a very good experience.

We worked closely with Michael London for the purchase of our vehicle. He was responsive, professional, and really nice to work with. When we arrived at the showroom, the car we had been discussing was ready for our test drive and we purchased the car for a fair price later in the day. The dealership also provided a very competitive price for our trade in. Five stars all the way!!!

Unfortunately, the car I previously bought from Howie Te at Honda Bellevue was totaled in a car accident. I reached out to Howie again to test drive a 2024 Honda Civic sport and he was able to schedule me for a test drive the next day and answered any of my questions. He still provided me with the same excellent service he gave me back in 2020. I recommend reaching out to him if you are looking to purchase a new Honda!Also, every time I get my car serviced here, I always am pleased with the work done as they are done in a timely fashion with great service.

Although I didn t purchase my 2024 Civic from here, I would 100% recommend coming here. Maurice and the manager Kareem were extremely hospitable and helped me get my foot in the door into buying my first new vehicle. They are very kind and will cater to your needs rather than pressuring you to buy a vehicle. They offer fair prices as well.
