Did my mini repair for an affordable price. Other shops tried to steal me by quoting for parts that are working fine. These guys did what exactly needed for much cheaper and they were very quick too. I highly recommend this place.

=====Initial review on May 26th 2023=====I don't recommend service your car here for your safety purpose!Long story short here is what happens to me. I serviced my Mercedes here for annual motor oil and brake fluid change which costed $275, the whole process took around 40 minutes and the owner Joey was pretty impatient and looks like did't want me to stay in his shop for even one more minute after I made the payment. After that I found he even didn't check brake pad depth and tire tread depth cause he was too hasty for next customer, and I told him he should at least check those things in a car annual maintenance but he got irritated right away and even kicked me out of his shop after I begged him to deflate my tire a little bit cause he made my rear tire pressure too high, which was 50 psi during driving.I am kinda worried now that there was a screw from my car left in this careless guy's shop.=====Updated on Apr 6th 2024=====Adding several points for the today's business owner reply after nearly a year of my first review on 05/26/20231. Who told you I come from China? You have some prejudice against Chinese people? Are you refusing service for customers from China? Please attention to this point if you are a Chinese customer planning to visit.2. I took that Friday off so I was super free that day. I clearly remember I only asked when will my car get serviced, just wanna get a ballpark figure, and the owner told me there was just one Toyota car in front of me. Thus I was sitting in the waiting room chatting with the Toyota car owner, never urged or pressured anyone to prioritize my service. All I want was getting a responsible check, I had plenty of time that day, I could wait.3. When I was saying "the whole process took around 40 minutes" in my earlier review, I was trying to say it was too quick! Too quick for motor oil, brake fluid change, and basic safety check of the car! I was not blaming you were slow or clumsy. Actually I preferred if you were slow, patient and responsible enough and willing to spend more time for each customer's service.4. It's not I was rushing but instead you were on that day. After the service I was asking how many brake pad depth and tire tread depth were there left, and you told me you didn't check it. I asked you to check it and then you did it, but extremely reluctant. Then I was asking if you could deflate the tires a little bit cause you made them 50 psi which was around the limit of my tire. You refused to do it, pushing me out of your place saying any man can do it at home by themselves... Even an auto body shop can provide customers with free tire inflation/deflation, and you were unwilling to do it for you customer who have paid you $275.5. One more important thing for the incoming customers, annual service or oil change in local auto service shop does not show on Carfax history. Chain stores like Pep Boys, Firestone, Valvoline and so on, can update your oil change service history on Carfax, which helps you make your vehicle service history continuous for better retaining your car value when you sell it. Besides that, they are usually more efficient, more formal and also cheaper.I am trying my best to be super objective and not exaggerating on this matter and only stating what I was suffering that day. I don't want to cause any damage to your reputation on purpose, but I also believe that it's important to speak up for the truth, for the unfair treatment I received, for the reference of incoming customers who plan to service their cars here.

The owner is really nice, I had a broken mirror, and he called in Mercedes if there is any in stock, and he got my new mirror on within 30mins, while other body shops told me to wait for like two months. This shop is a life savor!

I have been to this shop for the past 4 or 5 years. My current and previous cars Honda, Toyota, VW and BMW has all been serviced / repaired here. Knowledgeable mechanic, and good service.I do have one piece of advise, schedule your service ahead of time and pick up on time. Try not to leave the car in this plaza for too long. I think it is not safe for multiple overnights.My car was hit once when I parked in front the shop for 3 nights waiting to get work done. Not the owners fault, but he handled the whole thing very professionally.

The owner did wonderful job on my brake. The brake was so smooth and nice now. This is the first time I met the owner but he is very nice, polite, honest, and knowledgeable person. He is the good mechanic we can trust. We will definitely ask him again for future maintenance.

While other had good experiences, mine was not the case as I must have ended up with short end of the stick and ended up with a costly mistake. Check engine light was on and when I brought in, was told the code didn t make sense so it was cleared and told to just continue driving. Didn t really looked under the hood or was not asked to make appointment to take further look. Five months later, check engine lights came on again before a long drive. Asked Joey and was told as long as check engine light doesn t blink, just continue to drive. This is the second time so I asked if I should make an appointment and was told there s no need as would not know what s wrong to fix. After a weekend of driving, it didn t sit well with me that I should continue driving as long as the check engine light doesn t flash. Took car into another auto shop that recently moved to Bellevue oil found on sensor which is triggering check engine light proper diagnosis was performed and found cracked head gasket (Subaru known for head gasket issue) and oil was found in radiator and coolant plus fluid was found in oil if the car was looked at properly when check engine light first came on, it would have been less damage as in those five months, I drove quite a bit and even crossed the border to Canada four times.

Honestly, trustful, reliability. My dealer charged me one service $1,800, but I paid $270 for everything here. My car engine likes a brand new. Moreover, he fixed a dent on the bumper without asking.

The owner gives a thorough explanation and is very helpful with scheduling any maintenance work. I have recommended his shop to many friends and family. He speaks fluent Chinese for any Chinese customers looking for car maintenance. His prices are also very reasonable.

Spent 200$ and one week on checking but still have a bad performed brake.And the man still tried to 'convince' me that his work took effect.Worst experience!

I went there because I read previous reviews and seems it might be a good choice. HOWEVER, the owner's attitude is horrible, do not recommend any one of you to go there.
