After the third chance they had. Paint still has bumps in paint. They put 4 miles on my truck. They left dust all over and armor all all over rims. They scratched my Window. The rear door doesnt shut or align properly. They left marks on my interior as well as dust all over interior. All this even after 3 trys and being contacted by my insurance QC guy.

The crew at Gerber Collision in Bellevue went above and beyond getting my car in and fixed after what was a crazy scenario with the dealer and tow company. Now a days you have to be patient when it comes to service providers. Timelines are longer. Gerber gave me a date to bring in my car for body and paint repairs and kept me in the loop on the expected compilation date.The repairs and paint job were perfect. We've had other body repairs done by Gerber and I would highly recommend them.Service: Painting

Very good costumer service. Aaron was absolutely brilliant on handling the whole process. At the end we found that the truck was a bit windy on higher speed and he took it right back to adjust the door. He kept me in informed everyday about how the process was going. Over the past couple of decades we've used this shop 4 or 5 times. They do excellent work, and deliver on what they promise. The only thing better would have been not to have any collisions.

Service is good, but they took 22 days to just paint lift gate and replace the bumper. Make sure your insurance cover the rental costs for all days, usually they cover only for 10 days.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Gerber took care of my Nissan like they owned it. My baby came back to me looking brand new, they fixed my bumper after I got rearended, twice! They cleaned my car inside and out, got a front end alignment done as well. The staff walked me through every step and rescheduled twice when life was conflicting with repair dates. I cannot be happier with my repair job and will recommend Gerber to anyone and everyone.Service: Body & Trim

Great service and attention to detail. Fixed my back right fender and bumper after by daughter accidentally hit a parked car. They scheduled a time and got it fixed early. I asked for something else at last minute and got that done too. \ Kelsey friendly and helpful on phone. Since my daughter is young and out of state, I was worried she wouldn't be treated properly. Gerber took good care of my daughter. Thanks

I was assigned to do a collision estimation here. I went here and got the photos taken. After 2 months I didn t hear anything back. Seems like they didn t do any estimation for me. I need to book another appointment at another shop. Super unprofessional. I will never go there for anything again.

Very bad customer service and lack of communication. It s been two months now and they are still working on my car, I have to go in to get an update on my vehicle. Go elsewhere if you have other options. The front desk lady is rude as well.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Nice enough on the phone. I set up replacement of windshield and back glass on my truck for mobile repair 3 days in advance. Was told I would have first appointment of the day and that tech would call me on way service was scheduled for around 9am. Took time off work to go in late so I could be there when they started. Got a call at 9:30 that they would not be coming at all I would need to call and reschedule. Luckily a friend had warned me he had this experience and though the price was a bit better from Gerber I scheduled an appointment with Safelite as a backup out of fear this may happen. Had low expectations for Gerber and they certainly delivered that!

I was rear ended by another driver. That driver's insurance is picking up the entire bill for my repairs. I chose to have an estimate done here because they are highly reviewed. There is a couple thousand dollars worth of damage, but a fairly straightforward and quick replacement of the rear bumper and underlying structure. Minor paint to the rear hatch. When I had the estimate done I was told they were booked out until mid December but someone would call me to schedule repairs. A week later I called them, because I still hadn't heard anything. I was told the person who schedules repairs was out and she would call me back that same day. Of course she did not. What is so hard about scheduling a repair? Do you not want to fix my car even though it is a simple repair that is completely paid for by insurance? If your shop wasn't interested in fixing my car you should have just said so instead of wasting time I could have been seeking out a professional body shop who actually wants business. I will NOT be having my vehicle repaired here. Now or in the future. You need to train your staff how to treat customers. Without customers you don't have a business.EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE: I have NOT spoken to the general manager, or anyone for that matter, regarding my concern. It is not really a concern. I won't do business with you, so I'm not concerned. But to come on here and post some canned response and lie about my having spoken to someone to 'address my concern' is disingenuous at best and downright deceitful at worst. Just goes to show that my point was valid. You guys don't give a crap at all about your customers and only replied on here to try to save face. For the record, I have not spoken to ANYONE at Gerber since I was told the girl who handles repair schedules was at lunch and would call me back. Kelly's on 130th in Bellevue had me scheduled for repairs and ordering parts the same day I saw them. Avoid this place at all costs. They obviously just try to do mass volume and don't give a crap at all about their customers.

This place has the best service I've ever received. Not only did my car look absolutely amazing (I didn't even recognize it because it looked that good-AND it was brand new prior to getting it fixed) but the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Chris called me every couple of days to provide me an update so I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The speed is definitely not ideal. Took a total of 3+ months to get a bumper fix. But quality is good.

Rodents' problem. The rodents chewed the wiring, all the warning lights came up on the panel. Honda dealers told me the whole harness system needed to be replaced because more than one spots got chewed up. Gerber found a technician and replaced the wires underneath the hood that got chewed up and said the rest of the wiring was OK. At this point, I still do not know if any other parts got chewed up have been taken care of.Service: Electrical
