My Jeep was in their shop for about 2 months. They basically had to replace the entire drivetrain and some other things. They were absolutely incredible the entire time. Very informative and kept me in the loop on everything. I wish I could give them 10 stars. HIGHLY recommend them

G & M Auto Repair is a fantastic place to get your car serviced. I have several vehicles, old and new, that I have taken here for service and advice. They have not only giving me small tips and tricks to try at home but have also solved and repaired previously unfixable problems according to other repair shops.These guys have continued to deliver for me over the last couple of years and I'm very appreciative of the service they provide.

The guys at G&M are honest and do amazing work. I have started taking my vehicle here and not only did they do great work but they are very friendly and you can tell they care about the work they do. I had another shop tell me I needed new brakes in the front but that didn't seem right to me. I decided to bring my car into G&M and told them I needed new brakes in the front and an oil change, they inspected my brakes and said they actually looked great and definitely did not need replacing. Being able to take your car to a place where you know you can trust the workers is worth a lot and so I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Excellent service. Brought in my Chevelle for some transmission work after sitting for a few years. They went over all the details with me, took a look around the car, and even showed me other things that were wrong that I didn t know about. Tightened up a few other things for safety and got it back on the road. Very fairly priced. I wouldn t hesitate to take my car back to them.

I highly recommend this business for auto repair. I took my vehicle to the dealership about two years ago and they told me that I needed a new transmission for my vehicle. I decided to take it to G&M Auto Repair which specializes in transmission and auto repair. They informed me that I didn't need a transmission. A few years later, my vehicle is still running and the original diagnostic from G&M is I only needed a part for my transmission. I've been taking my vehicle to this shop ever since. Outstanding customer service and the brothers are extremely hard workers, don't rush, and take their time. Each time I take my car in they do a full diagnosis on my vehicle that comes with my service. 100+ stars and the best auto repair shop on the East Side.

These guys are awesome. Marco and the team have been very communicative, honest, and prompt the three times I ve had my vehicle in for repairs. They didn t try to sell other work that the vehicle did not need. The owner of the G@M auto repair. The owner is very friendly, very courtesy, and very kind to come up with the correct answer for the problem or the issue you might be having with your vehicle. I have dealt with him a couple different times in a couple of different issues over the phone and he seems to be very knowledgeable about a lot of different issues with these older and newer cars that are coming up.

They do great work and are very standup people. It s obvious that the owner, Marco, cares for the working man and he has a great crew. I went to G&M last year because they are highly rated and I was new to the area and now I understand why they are. I trust them completely. Ive had several different mechanics over the years and coming here has been my best overall experience. For quality work and honest feedback, I would recommend these guys over anyone else!

My husband first came for an oil change and they were just so nice that he thought I should go there as well. They remembered our names and where we work, they've just been the most wonderful and reliable auto shop I've ever been to. They honestly tell me when I need to get something done and don't try and throw in random things I 'may' need. I love them tons and would recommend them to anyone

I found this repair shop through my workplace as they offered a company discount. I was having issues with my brakes squealing and needed an oil change. Marco helped every step of the way, including going so far as matching a brake quote I received from another shop. I was amazed! Now, one month later, Marco even reached out to check and ensure my car was doing ok. I'm so impressed with the customer service! I just took my other car in for an oil change and was super pleased with how thorough and informative they were. Definitely becoming a regular!

G&M Auto repair worked on my 2003 Ford Ranger. In about a week's time my truck was back in my hands and running about as well as when I first bought it.The shop was very clean and well organized. Marco was great to work with and all things considered was an easy and pleasant experience.If asked, I would recommend this shop to others.

This is my second time coming to them to fix my Jeep and I can t recommend them enough. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, even showing me the damaged parts and explained my options towards getting it fixed. They communicated with me well about the timeline for getting my car fixed and were very close to their initial estimate. Overall just great guys to do business with!

There are absolutely no words that I can express here as to be excellent relationship that I've had with G & M Auto Repair. They have gone well beyond any expectations that I had from the beginning through the many times that I have relied upon them to keep the vehicle that I have in top condition.Their knowledge is unsurpassed. Their shop is always clean and well-organized. Their diagnosis is always thorough. At no time have I ever doubted what they have recommended that needed to be done to the vehicle that I have really relied upon for both personal as well as my business activities. The main reason for that is that the estimates are well-thought-out accurate and clearly presented. Plus the fact that if there are any needed changes during the process of repair I am contacted and things are explained to me immediately.I recommend them to anybody very highly mainly because of their integrity andexpertees.Mark Wittlinger

These folks are from the old-school where integrity, honesty and character rises about all else. They do fabulous work, they stand behind it, and they are magnificent to work with. Best in class in credibility, best in performance & knowledge, best in perfection and best in people relationships. Every customer is important and valued.I will recommend them for all care work from a scheduled oil change to inspecting a car be for purchase yo serious mechanical issues. Finding a great auto repair shop is hit or miss. Often times it misses heavily, and very rarely is it a hit. I was lucky enough to be referred here by the guys up the street at Jiffy lube (who by the way were pretty awesome as well), and I was relieved with how they handled my car and my business. They helped identify the issues, took the time to explain the problems as well as help me understand my car in general, worked with me to identify my options on how best to handle it, and just had great customer service and attitude. In the field of shifty auto dealers, repair shops, etc. it's rare to find a shop that would warrant me posting a review like this, but when one does come around I believe it's important to share the knowledge. If you're looking for an auto repair shop out in the Bellevue area, this one is definitely worth checking out.

I really enjoyed my experience at this auto repair shop. The men working were very helpful and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car. They also did not try to nickel and dime me.. which I really appreciate. They kept the place very clean and comfortable.This is definitely a high quality repair shop. It s not a place you will be scammed at... and for that I thank you guys.

I first noticed how clean and organized the shop looked; everything was ship-shape. These gentlemen clearly run a tight operation.They were happy to take care of my beater, which was literally falling apart as I pulled up. Other shops wouldn't even touch it. She was hemorrhaging transmission fluid, among other problems.My safety was their top concern, and they were concise in explaining the measures needed to make my car roadworthy. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it, while completing the work on schedule. My vehicle is functioning better than ever, so I can verify that they did a great job.I would thoroughly recommend g&m auto repair to anyone in need of auto work.

I went to jiffy lube for an oil change, and after I drove off, my car started acting strange. Eventually I got to a hill, stalled, and saw a ton of white smoke behind me. Went back to jiffy lube, and they told me it wasn't their doing, and recommend Neno's shop (actual mechanics). It was downhill thankfully, and I was able to roll over there.I got there and talked to Marco who runs the desk. He was very nice and patient with me, I was on edge and had a ton of anxiety/adrenaline after dealing with jiffy lube, and likely not very personable. Of course when I tried to show the smoke and none came out, but he told me they'd do a test drive and take a look that day.It took maybe 45 minutes tops and they noticed the oil was way overfull, and drained it to appropriate levels. That fixed the odd behavior, and I was able to drive off same day.Gordon, Marco, and Neno were all very nice, and even stayed late to help me out. I will go here next time I need anything for my car.

I needed some transmission parts for my E4OD on a Saturday and very few places were open. I called G&M and they were able to get me the parts for a good price and ready to pick up on Monday. They were very helpful even though I wasn't even having service done there. If I do need work in the future, I would definitely bring my car back here.

I will continue to bring my vehicles for maintenance and repair to G & M Auto Care! They complete the work timely and within the quoted cost. They are always personable and willing to do the extras caring for the customer. It is rare to have this much trust in an auto care specialist.

I slide out on the pass and slammed into a bank of snow over the weekend. Called Nino and Marco that Monday morning after. They told me to bring my Jeep in. When I got there they had the lot filled and a full day ahead even without me. They care about their customers. They saw I was in a pinch. Finushed all their jobs and took the quality time to make sure the jeep was safe to drive.A number of years ago they rebuilt my whole rear differential. Yet again knocked that out of the park!I would recommend them to everyone in the Eastside Area!Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment

I went to these guys over a year ago with my Hyundai and they did work on my transmission and I had to to get some touch up work done on my car and I went back and they helped me with it without any problem at all!!! They stand by their word and do an excellent job and are by far the best I have ever had work on my car thanks guys!!!!!Service: Transmission
