Really prompt service and customer experience.I had an issue with my trunk gate. Originally went to another body shop nearby and they straight up asking me to replace the entire gate. When I got to Fix Auto, they tried to find the most convenient and reasonable path for me instead of taking as much money from the insurance company as possible.Got two claims resolved within a week, less time than their original estimate and way less than the other body shop s estimate. Would recommend this place!!

Took several months to get an appointment. Afterward, work took 3 weeks (minor damage). Vehicle Status communications were non- existent !Finally got my vehicle back yesterday! Job looks good. Customer interaction was poor! Allstate recommended this place. Likely 20 repair shops closer to my home! I would not use them again!

Fix auto repaired some body damage on our Camry very well, on budget, and on time, if not a little early. Nice touch that it was clean and looked great on pick up. Also found employees friendly and helpful. Good experience.

It s definitely a 5 star service!!! My car now looks even better than before the accident! They also cleaned my car inside and out. Customer service is great! Absolutely wonderful job! I will recommend Fix Auto to everyone I know. Thank you, Fix Auto!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my service experience, although my car was returned to me almost one week later than the promised timeframe. Nevertheless, David was extremely kind and supportive throughout the whole process.

Adam was great from the start with his estimation. Unfortunately I couldn t get in for a couple months due to how busy they were, but once in, they did incredible work and on time. They even detailed my car inside! Very happy and certainly recommend them.

Very impressed with how quick they got me in, repairs were also completed more quickly than expected and looks great including the inside being cleaned. Service excellent, they even stayed a little late for me to pick up my vehicle after hours and I had the option to leave my rental with them. Highly recommend this shop!

Our car was rear-ended by an Allstate customer so we were directed to have it repaired by Fix Auto. Adam worked with Allstate to keep the cost of the repairs down so that my car would not be totalled by Allstate. It was 2 months before I could bring the car in to be repaired and it took 3 weeks for the repairs,to be completed. When we came to pick-up the car, the body work appeared to have been well done and the car was cleaned. Nobody went over the repairs with us, which seemed unusual The next day, the alternator failed and the car needed to be towed to repair it (it was working fine before we dropped it off).

John is an unbelievably honest professional. Best body shop in Bellevue. Nice, Honest and easy to work with! I won't go anywhere else for any body work or installation of carbon fiber! His prices are fair. I highly recommend him! Dealership wanted to charge $450 to remove a Spoiler and John Didn't want to charge me anything!!! I will recommend to everyone I know that needs their car spruced up or fixed! See beautiful photos of his work. Several times a week, I have people stopping and taking photos of the beautiful job he did on my carbon fiber wrap around trim. Thank you John!!! :)Service: Body & Trim

FixAuto Bellevue did great work on my car but horrible communication throughout the process. After I initially brought my car in, I had to go pick it back up because a piece was backordered. While this may be out of their control, it took another 6 months to get the piece and during this time, I called about once a month to check on the status and always felt like I was getting the runaround. Once I was finally able to bring my car back in, there were no updates on the status throughout the weeks it was there, even when they said they would call by a certain day. On the plus side, the work on my car looks great and they washed it as well, which I appreciate, but the entire process took about 8 months and felt stressful with the amount of back and forth, so I can't say I would go back.

To keep this review simple if you want your car repaired beyond factory new go here! These guys absolutely worked wonders on my crumpled quarter panel, hood repaint and multiple front clip touch ups.Incredibly fast and quality!

Went in for a paint job. The shop eventually addressed this issue, but I noticed 2 streaks that required another visit. 2nd, they forgot to fully assemble the rear trunk plastic piece. 3rd, I asked for a repair to the door ding, which was less than one inch in size. They went ahead with the fix and charged me $250 without telling me how much it would cost to fix in advance. What bothered me was that the shop wasn't interested in discussing a solution with me whatsoever. Finally, cash or check only? It's the 21st century common. I don't feel good about leaving a bad review but just trying to state facts for others' transparency.

Customer service is very nice. Technician is professional. Got my car fixed one week earlier than the estimated. Repair cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended

We had our car sent there after a minor front end accident, they kept giving us the run around on a part that was malfunctioning, saying it was on the way but not here yet. We became suspicious after about six weeks. when we finally brought it up to geico months later it was somehow fixed the next day, leaving us even more suspicious. Little did we know that it was not fixed the part that they said they fixed is now floating around loosely in the grill assembly with our shutter stuck closed. Now our car sits in the driveway with a malfunctioning part. Basically they outright lied to us and did not fix the problem. Hope this guides your decision on this shop of terror!

Wow! I'm so glad I made an appointment here. After my teen daughter got into a fender bender in her high school parking lot I was hesitant to put through an insurance claim for obvious reasons. Fix Auto was amazing at suggesting a no cost option to make the car look nearly good as new! Honest helpful employees! Thank you Adam for taking such great care of us!

They did an amazing job fixing my car for rear end collision scratches. Lisa was very helpful throughout.The appointment that insurance company makes does not work well with them. I had to call them directly for an appointment and it was long wait of 4+months altogether.

The manager and the entire team were extremely friendly and generous. I took my car there to quote for removing some white paint from the car s body and windshield, they told me it s gonna be very expensive to repaint the car, and they will rather try to clean the paint off for me. The manager spent almost one hour removing the pain stains with some compound and some tools. And my car looks all new again thanks to him! They even didn t charge me anything for that! That was so heartwarming. I believe this is an auto repair shop with an honest and trustworthy owner/team thus highly recommending it.

Rude and entitled person at the front desk!! I came in for an estimate at Cars of Bellevue and the board outside asked to use the door for Fix Auto Bellevue. When I entered, and asked for Cars of Bellevue, the smart guy at the front desk looks back at their HUGE BANNER and smirks "I don't think this is Cars of Bellevue". When I mentioned what the board mentioned, he says, "Oh we are partners and work in the same office". Basically, all that ego in the beginning for nothing. That's customer service for you!!

John was amazing!! He went above and beyond to help me out. Other repair shops told me they won t be able to fix my car until the end of March, but John understood my situation and that I needed the car for my business and he was able to get everything done within a few days. Michelle was also very helpful and wonderful. I have nothing to say, but great things about the entire team. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
