Was initially told the location was backed up and that it would take about 2 hours to align my car. 30 minutes later, the sales person informed me that my car was done, and wished me luck with my homework. Demonstrated care and respect, efficient and timely service.

I kept putting off a slow leak and finally had to get it fixed. I originally scheduled an appointment online with the Columbia City branch. You re better off not scheduling online per the employee there because they simply cancelled my appointment lol. I ll call next time to schedule. I then called the Bellevue location and Tate (the manager) let me know that he could get it fit in that day. I spent a lot of time at that location and watched Tate interact with customers of all kinds. He was courteous and genuine to each one. I really enjoyed my day there as I was waiting for them to fix my tire. I had to return to get all 4 replaced due to tread wear on the other 3 tires and due to the fleet company s stipulations (this is a work vehicle). Tate really excelled at communicated any issues or delays and remained positive. I hope Firestone recognizes employees like this. I hope I don t have to go back soon but if I do I m glad I know they give good customer service. They also are in a great location with plenty of restaurants and cafes that can distract you while you re waiting on your car.

Tate at the front desk explained in great detail about the options for the auto repairs involving axle, control arm and other mechanics, and worked together with the technician Chau, who did a phenomenal job on repairs. I had to wait a lot due to the crowd on great deals the store was having over the weekend, and I was in constant sync on the progress throughout. Excellent experience with customer service from Tate and Cameron. And Chau -the tech- is super savvy.

Bad customer service for 2 days. No updates on car status. Bad communication on what tires and services needed. Inspection wasn't done in timely matter and it wasn't done on the first day. Car was kept overnight for services not being done! Miscommunication among staff and NO manager was present. Was not able to talk with the right store manager on site and phone call were not delivered in timely manner. Was put on hold 3 different times for more than 15 minutes. Extremely NOT happy.

Scheduled vehicle to get tires changed and rotated a day before. Showed up on time, but for some reason it took them 2 hours to get them to start on my vehicle. They had 5 people who showed up after me serviced before me. Took another hour for them to do their work, 3 hours total of me sitting in their in waiting room like I don t exist. On top of that I had to pay them for this experience, Amateurs at their finest. Don t waist your Saturday.

Called an hour before closing to buy a tire since my 16 year old daughter's spare wasn't available and she was broke down with a flat. We were 2 min from the shop and 3 hours away from home and Cameron the service manager was no help. Said we couldn't come down and buy a tire because they only had 1 tech. I explained that we were desperate and away from home. He didn't care, thanks for nothing cameron.

Terrible experience at this Firestone. I paid $750 for 4 new tires and they ruined the rims on my car. Read the other reviews, this place is terrible

I ve been going to Firestone for number of years and choose to go there because of their service. Back in April I got an oil change and new set of tires before we welcomed our newborn baby. Several weeks later I noticed an awful smell and oil leaking from the hood onto my headlights. They missed to put the oil cap on my engine and it spilled all over. I received no apology and after taking my car in on Mothers Day, with expectation that my oil would be topped off and everything cleaned inside as promised by the manager. I waited for over an hour just to find out NOTHING was cleaned. Absolutely terrible service and follow up from the store and the fact I was lied to after being told it would be cleaned. Shame on you! I expect more as a paying customer.

Worst customer service I have ever received from any shop. These guys should not be in business due to the way they treat people. Unprofessional and unfriendly. The road hazard is a rip off. They will lie and say they can't do work on your vehicle simply because they don't want to. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am and after many back and forth phone calls, the manager called me and said they refuse to work on my vehicle unless I bought four tires. My tread on remaining tires were 7/32". Give me a break. Sounds like someone there is doing shady practices and lying to customers to make a buck. They also make you sign during the check in but don't tell you they're secretly charging you $10. Patrick and Pete were the two people I dealt with. Please avoid this shop at all costs. You will regret it.

On the first day of getting my new Tesla, I hit a nail in my tire. Lucky it was punctured at the middle of the tread and was likely repairable. Took it to Firestone the next day. Normally I would have gone Les Schwab but they don't open on Sunday. I regret not waitingGiving two stars and not 1 because they were nice in setting up the appointment, took the care in one time, and the tire was repaired and I was able to drive away leave.Two stars because they damaged my rim and denied any responsibility. The damage is about the size of my thumb. Sucks cause it's a new car and not the end of the world. But I'm mad because they denied ANY responsibility.Told me to file a claim, which the manager said, likely won't go through. Because he claimed there was NO possible way it was the machines or tools that could have damaged the wheel. So basically just took me to buzz off.The car is ONE day old. Before the repair, I walked around and looked at it with the Manager working the counter. It's pretty noticeable in the daytime and I definitely would have picked it up before. Note that I had filled the tire with air twice so I have been looking at the wheel for the last 12 hrs to see if it was leaking. So yeah I was looking pretty intently and picked up on it right awayAgain zero accountability. Claimed the damage was already there before. They had to remove the rim in order to repair the tire. The damage was on the wheel they repair. Only their staff drove the car. But somehow they claim absolute zero fault.Oh..they charged $30 for the tire repair. Les Schwab does it for free because they actually care about their customers. So yeah never again. And warning all my friends and every person that ever have tire problems.Not even looking for a payout. An apology or an explanation would have suffice. Hey maybe comp me the repair fee if you feel bad. Would have been all good....but yeah no apology. No responsibility. Brand new car dinged up cause they weren't careful. You've been warned

Wasted my time! I scheduled a week in advance for an oil change with this specific location, even gave them my vin number & information so they could get the specific type of oil that my car needs. Showed up for my appointment to be told there is no record of my appointment & that they dont work on my type of car

Their customer service has steadily declined over the years.I called to ask about getting my fuel filter changed, and a tire alignment, only to be met with a mandatory vehicle check that would cost me $20. I told them I wasn't interested in a full vehicle check, because I've been going here for years, and I already know what is needed. It was on a previous inspection report from them that he apparently couldn't find. The dude was getting short with me, and told me to bring my car in on Wednesday with a 4 hour wait. I asked him about a weekend slot and he told me no because they were short staffed.He didn't bother to ask if any other weekend day might be better for me. Dude sounded inexperienced, rude, and had zero care. They've lost my business going forwardUpdate*: The service at the Kirkland location is much more courteous and quick. No waiting in line, and the people here are much more helpful. Had my oil and tires recently changed.

Very kind folks in the shop here. We had a loose mirror on a bicycle, and we happened to see the garage here. One of the mechanics let us borrow his Allen wrench to tighten it :)

They were wonderful with our car. They didn t give us any false info or any run arounds (which I get often being a female) and answered our questions fully. I will be returning in the future and I m very grateful for Tate and his co workers! They are quick and even though you might have to schedule your appointment they make sure to get you in and out as fast as possible which is always helpful.Services: Electrical, Oil change

What an amazing business!! I arrived in Bellevue after making a 4,000 mile trek from Florida. My front end was shaking terrible and needed some serious repair work!! Firestone originally quoted me $2,700 to repair the front end (control arm and CV joints), Chandler provided amazing service and look into the matter further and had the price reduced to $2,300,,,,($1,700 for the suspension) and that included four (4) new tires! Amazingly honest is this company!! Most repair shops would have not attempted to work with me and kept the $2,700 original quote!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!! The staff is great, I cannot say enough good things about Firestone in Bellevue! Thank you Chandler for going over and above!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Were unable to remove the tires from the rims of my car to install new tires without risking damage to the rims. This same firestone installed the ones currently on the car a few years ago. Clearly something has changed. However a tire shop that is unable to install tires is a big red flag.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went in for a wheel alignment without an appointment.They informed me it might be about an hour but they will try to fit me in. I said okay I'll wait.I then asked where could I get some lunch and was given several suggestions.I settled on QFC across the parking lot. I got my order to go and on my way back I noticed my car was not in the place I parked it. They had already pulled it into the garage and started the alignment. Before I could finish my lunch they said, your vehicle is ready. I simply said wow that was fast. My experience with the employees at this firestone was outstanding. They were very courteous and professional and I will definitely go back there again.

Front desk guy is rude, same issues as previous comments. Booked online, called to reschedule he said my booking wasn't even accepted rudely. If you can save yourself the time and use different location.

I am certain to feel that they replaced my break rotors even though it was needed. I was at Honda dealership 3 days ago they told me rotors could be resurfaced only I needed break pads. This is the 2nd time when Firestone guys were dishonest with me. They did this last time as well with my bmw car 2 yrs ago. I thought last time it was a one-off incident . This time I am convinced that staff is not being honest with their customers. Even though you have a statement in the store that says" honesty is cornerstone of their service " or something similar to that !! I asked them to show me the rotors so that I know that for sure if I needed it to replace them. They said they have already discarded it already making it even more suspicious !! I did explain to them before doing the work that I did not need rotor replacement as conformed by Honda dealership few days ago,..The auto repair horror stories continue ..wish stories did more to ensure customers are not ripped off with unnecessary repairs !!

It was the worst experience, and I was disheartened by the multiple things at the Bellevue store. I lost faith in them.1) I have opted for a free wheel alignment check for one year with Firestone and the executive has told me that it's a free checkup after 30 days for the rest of the whole year.But when I went to the store after 7 weeks, the executive started saying that I would be charged for the checkup since it is free only when it passes 6 months, or I should have purchased new tires with them. When I asked for the justification or show where the rules say that I should buy a car tire, executives started saying that their bosses would need to answer if I must allow for free checkup. After some time of conversation, he said I would allow a free checkup as a courtesy . Not sure what he meant by that.2) My car was in good condition with a slight alignment issue, and I left the car with them for a checkup after multiple conversations.I collected the car after three hours. Believe me, my car has become the worst where the entire wheel alignment has been messed up.When I called them for the reason for my car being worse, they were quoting $2000 to fix the issues and continued to defend their mistakes for unjustifiable reasons.

There's just one thing that I want to make obvious for anyone wanting to go right now during these Covid times. If there is just one customer waiting for service inside, they will make you wait outside.My husband wasn't ready to spend a whole hour and a half waiting outside in the winter. If he knew in advance, that wouldn't have been a problem, but not being notified he might have to wait outside is an issue. PLEASE PUT THIS ON THE WEBSITE so people can come prepared and figure out their options in advance.
