I had a great experience with these folks, from the first phone call to the time I picked up the car.Very good body work, excellent job with paint, and they even did a full interior detail and wash, which had nothing to do with the repairs!I will definitely put this shop on the short list should I ever need body work in the future!

Brought my Nissan 350z for damage on the driver side quarter panel. At first it was a good experience having gotten checked in by Mick really quick and getting setup with my car rental. Upon picking up my car the damage was fixed but here are some things I noticed:1.) There was still a very very slight curve where the dent was. I thought it was just the cars curves but I checked the other side it was not like that. Still better than dented.2.) Another thing I noticed was that there were scratches in my interior that were not there before I dropped off my car. One on the bottom of my steering wheel and the other next to my side view mirror.3.) Small glue spot that had hardened on my new carpet on the passenger side.4.) My interior was full of dust and my driver side carpet was completely gray and dusty upon pickup. They put a paper carpet cover but only after they got my carpet dirty. My shift boot was also very dusty as well as my touchscreen headunit. They were able to wash the car but the interior was neglected. And I know they aren t a detailing company, but leaving it the way it was found should be common practice.5.) The marker they used on the exterior was not removed all the way.6.) Mick did not keep me updated on the work happening. Just received a call saying the car was ready.7.) Lastly, the biggest thing for me was that my driver side door was making a popping sound that did not do that before. My door handle was going out and was needing replacement, but the door started popping as if it was not aligned properly or something. I also just replaced my door handle and when I took off my door handle, the lock where the key is inserted, was not bolted down to the handle itself like the old handle was when I ve replaced the handle before. Brought the car back to Mick but he was reluctant to fix it saying that it might be the window motor even thought the pop is felt on the door handle itself. Still not fixed.Overall started off good but ended up bad. Videos and photos posted.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE don't go here if you would like your vehicle taken care of and repaired. They called me and stated they are unable to work on my vehicle after waiting months for this appointment. They said they were unable to pull codes from my vehicle so they refuse to work on it. Why do they need to pull codes if my vehicle is there to get body repairs? But let's say that's just they're process. Okay, fine. I will find a different shop to take care of me and my vehicle. I told them I will come pick up my car but i am unable to do so until a few days due to my work schedule. He said that I will be charged a $75 fee a day till I pick up my vehicle. Also, said he doesn't have space for my car and will be parking it up front and he will not be responsible for damages. So he will be charging me for storage fee but not even storage it? So you will treat me differently just because you are no longer doing repairs for my vehicle? This isn't how customer service works, Mike or Nick or whatever his name is was not trying to help me whatsoever. That says a lot about a manager. i recommend staying away from this shop and save yourself the stress and time.

Got side swiped on my entire driver s side and was extremely anxious and stressed about the whole process to get it fixed. I called everywhere in the area and everyone was about 2 months booked out. Factory Finish reached out to me to let me know there was a last minute cancellation and I was able to get my car in a month earlier than planned. Roeuth was very patient and kept me updated throughout when my car was being repaired. Got my truck back today and they did such a great job at fixing it as well as cleaning it. Feels like a brand new car! Thanks Roeuth and Factory Finish!

Overall I give this auto shop a 10/10! They were all very helpful, polite, timely, and did an amazing job on repairing my bumper damage. Someone rear ended me and it scratched my bumper, damaged parts underneath the car, and the actual bumper itself. It took them less than a week to get the parts, repair the damage and repaint the bumper. Mick was also super helpful and he texted me updates about the process multiple times!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My jeep got crunched and these guys fixed it up as good as new! Roeuth searched all over until he found a replacement bumper that was perfect, and that's no small job for a 18 year old car. Long wait to get it into the shop but they were super fast with the turnaround. I'm really pleased with the work, and even more impressed with the excellent communication and great customer service. The jeep looks better than it has in years. Thank you!!

Absolutely the best experience. Taking your car in for repairs is never fun, but Mick and the rest of the team made the experience seamless from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, friendly, and FAST. Highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Factory Finish did on my car repairs! Santos was very communicative and responsive to my questions and concerns! Knowing that they offer a lifetime warranty on painting and years on parts gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this body shop for car repairs!

Excellent, these guys are good. They kept me updated, they were right on with their time-frame and even though they were waiting on a few parts they still came in at the estimated time. They were very good and my car looks and run great.

I got rear ended by a Tesla so I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 2023 for repairs at Factory finish auto body they did a great job , the truck was ready in 3 days , the communication with Roeuth Cheth was great he called me daily to inform me of the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my truck it was hand washed, vacuum and shiny just the way it was when I first got it 6 months ago at the dealership. First, they did not connect front bumper camera properly (loose connector lost contact after a day or two from pick up), and now the dealership tells me the wires of an oil sensor are damaged, magically after a bumper repair at Factory Finish...well it was not factory finished

Factory Finish Auto Body offers top-notch service and quality workmanship. My Volvo was rear-ended and the insurance company sent me to FFAB for repairs. I worked with Roeuth Cheth who was efficient and communicative every step of the way. I hope to never be in another accident, but if I am, I will choose FFAB to restore my car to as good as new. I had some scratches & a chip on my bumper that every other place told me would require replacing the entire bumper! I have a brand-new German car, so replacing the bumper would have ended up costing a fortune. These professionals took one look at it and said they could fix it easily! They finished a day ahead of time, and I swear it looked even better than before. They re the best, and I will always go to them if I ever need anything else!!

Took almost a month to fix a bumper, several weeks after initial estimated time. During the wait I had called to ask if they can touch up some of the paint scratches elsewhere on the car while we waited for the parts for the bumper. I was paying for a rental car anyway. The guy who I called said he will take a look and get it done, and will charge me separately from my insurance which was fine with me. Finally when the car was ready almost a month later, they ve done none of the additional work. When I asked what happened, the three guys working at the office all pretended like they never had this conversation with me about doing some of the other work. At least own up to it and say I forgot about it rather than pretending the conversation didn t happen. So unprofessional. I m very disappointed both by the time it took and the failure to do something we agreed upon over the phone that would have at least made the wait a little more productive.Service: Body & Trim

Good communication, the work was well done and they even cleaned the vehicle after completion. Poor quality work on removing scratches and painting black colored vehicle. Had to return vehicle three times because they didn't do a good job and were disingenuous about services performed and delivered vehicle in the pouring rain so I was unable to see incomplete work and all of the compound left on the vehicle/tires. Returned the following day and Reuth had a bad attitude when I requested he clean the vehicle and showed him the repair work was incomplete.rethe remove tclean the vehicle and made excuses about scratchesService: Painting

Highly recommended! I went through factory finish through my insurance as I hit a deer and had to get my front bumper replaced. They were communicative, professional, and even called to help answer a question I had about the car (that was not related to the repair).
