I took my car in to Exotic Motors to get it assessed for repairs. Ken was amazing from meeting him early this year, until I got my car back today. I appreciated his treating me respecting my intelligence, answering my questions well, and making sure I understood what he saw as the problems. I chose to work with Exotic motors based on that visit (my insurance paid for my car having been hit). Ken was amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way. I knew what was happening to my car, what they were finding as they fixed it, and when he'd email me next. I was impressed. My car looks great and I am telling everyone how the team at Exotic Motors are trustworthy and reliable.

There was a long wait to get the car serviced, but the reason is because they are so great! Ken was amazing! From start to finish he was available to answer any questions, negotiate the payment with the insurance company, and was just a fun guy to talk with! My car is beautiful again. And they made the inside look almost as new as the outside! Great service. A++++

Exotic motors did an amazing job repairing my car. The car looks like it was never damaged, and the car was delivered to me in super clean condition, smelling like brand new. A special shout out to Victor who is a great asset to exotic motors as this guy delivered an amazing customer service, kept me updated on the car status every week and understood my need to get the car early before the long weekend so we can go for a long family trip.Victor was able to get the car delivered almost a week early then promised. Had an amazing experience getting my car fixed from exotic motors.

I had a wonderful experience here! They were extremely communicative when updating me on the status of my car. They were also willing to work with me to make sure that I got the car back when I really needed it. Ken was extremely friendly and explained everything really well. I would definitely come back if I had any future car problems.

My vehicle has an unusual matte color and after consulting with multiple shops, none wanted to take on the task of matching the paint on a new door. When I got to Exotic, I got an estimate from Ken, who acknowledged the difficulty of matte paint, but assured me Exotic could do it. A special shout-out to Ken. Throughout the process, he was very communicative and helped navigate the slog of the insurance back-and-forth. I called multiple times and he was always happy to chat. My vehicle came out perfect and the new paint is indistinguishable from the original. I'm so glad I found this shop!

My car looks brand new again! Great repair work from the mechanical team. Additionally, Ken was fantastic. This was my first car accident and so I didn t know much about this process. Ken explained the process crystal clear, and was very friendly and supportive. He kept me informed and in the loop regarding every single step of my vehicle repair, and overall gave 10/10 customer service. Only frustration in general is that my vehicle accident occurred in July 2023 the soonest they could get me in for repair was March 2024. Out of their control so there isn t much I can say about that anyways. I only came to Exotic Motors for my repair due to Lease policy and insurance, but if I ever have another vehicle damage (I hope not lol) I would definitely consider Exotic Motors again. Thanks Ken & Team.

Ken did an amazing job fixing my car. I was kept in the loop during the process and was receiving weekly text messages regarding the repair. The car is now good as new! Thanks again!

Great repair shop! It took a while for my car to get in. I went through insurance. Unfortunately I had to pay a little extra for the repair, but there were plenty of updates and honesty along the way! When I picked my car, it was clean inside and out (and I didn t leave it very clean when I dropped it off wasn t expecting the clean!). I had a 2019 Honda Civic for reference

An amazingly neat work done on my car. I felt like I was driving a new car out of the lot. I was constantly updated by Ken through SMS and was he always available to answer questions by phone. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any bodywork on the car. Thank you.

Disappointed the appointment time that was confirmed on the phone was different from what they emailed in their confirmation email. I hadn t checked my email since I assumed they had it accurate in their system and I was on business travel. They shouldn t rely on a customer to check their email to get the appointment time right. I flew back to Seattle for this specific one day to make the appointment time we agreed on, drove all the way there to be told I was booked for a different day. I will now have to change my flights again to stay longer in Seattle to make another appointment time. Will update this review if service improves.

I just recently got my Honda Accord fix at Exotic Motors and the car came out amazing!They made my car look brand new again, the people that work there are awesome they communicated very well with me through the process, Victor my estimator did an great job with all the questions I had as well as he s a very nice person and patient . Fantastic staff. Was extremely happy with the frequency with which Victor and team kept me abreast of progress.Courteous front desk that know how best to get a rental etc. Understanding of individual needs and was able to make adjustments.Got a much cleaner car than what went in too :-)

Riley was not only charming and funny, but her attention to detail made the process of having the body work completed so simple on my part. Meeting her in person made clear what a great body shop that Exotic is. They have been working on my cars for 10 years, and I would trust no one else to perform any body work. They always go the extra mile, and when I arrived, my vehicle looked flawless. Thank you Exotic for hiring such great people, and doing such a great job.
