Al is awesome. We were looking for a reputable mechanic to service our 2020 Volvo XC60. The factory warranty and service were up and we want to keep the scheduled maintenance up to date. Europa is the best place found after researching reviews. The reviews are accurate. Europa techs are honest and very knowledgeable on Volvos. We feel lucky that we discovered a shop that is fair and honest.Thanks again AlRegards,Mike

I have been taken my Porsche and BMW to Europa for services for over a year, now. The services received were definitely better than the dealers because I got personal attention from Al! This days it is hard to fine a shop that provides quality work at a value. I have been happily recommended friends to Al at Europa

After a very mediocre and over priced experience at the Audi Bellevue dealership, servicing department, I decided to do some research and came across Europa. Al is extremely knowledgeable and is a very honest and trustworthy person who I know is providing a good service. I will no longer be spending any time at the dealership and will take all of my service and business for my Audi to our going forward. Highly recommend if you re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, fairly priced experience.

Great service from vastly experienced mechanics at a reasonable price. We take all our cars to Europa for normal maintenance and to fix any issues that arise. They just diagnosed and repaired an issue with my wife s Audi. She is very happy.

Great, fast, knowledgeable service. Al and the entire mechanics team are truly top-notch. They quickly and completely fixed an engine problem on my 2014 Audi A4 that neither of the local Audi dealerships could figure out. The price was very reasonable. Customer for life!

I took my 2011 Audi A4 for thermostat and water pump replacement. Europa Imported Service s price was 1/3 less than the dealer s quote. The repair was done successfully. I had no problem since then. I will send all my future A4 services to Europa.

It s amazing. Al was outstanding and helpful. We discussed our problem on call and he allowed us to come immediately in his busy schedule and check my car and assure me to not to worry and how I have to be keep tracks for services and all these things he didn t charge to me as he said I just provide you information didn t do anything in your car he is really a genius and genuine man.

I had a question about a vehicle that had been previously serviced at Europa. I couldn't find any evidence of timing belt and/or clutch replacement on the CarFax, but figured I'd call these folks up on the off chance that they'd be willing to help me out. I explained the situation and Al didn't think twice about taking some time out of his morning to find the info I was looking for. That is what good service is. I live out of state and there's no chance I could be a repeat customer, and I was expecting to be told to "get bent," but instead I received some helpful info from a pleasant person. I'm lucky enough to have a good mechanic that I trust, and it seems they're getting harder to find. Al is that guy in spades, and if I lived in Bellevue, I wouldn't think twice about giving these folks my business.

I had my Volvo X60 service in Europa in the last 2 years. Recently, the brakes were changed. The service is very professional with high quality. Had adjustments on squeaky belts that had been replaced here earlier in the year. Able to squeeze me in and all is quiet and running smoothly now!All other issues were addressed on my old car. Always kind, efficient, thorough and patient with a very non mechanical car owner :)

Al and team are simply wonderful. Though they don't advertise, they do work on Mercedes. I took my car for servicing, trunk latch repair and coolant leak fix. They fixed it all, at reasonable cost. Compared to the dealership, they came out as very experienced and up front. I recommend the business and I will go there as my one stop shop for all car service needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

A good shop for your older Volvo but customers must schedule weeks ahead as they are busy. My car has been there twice and they fixed it right the first time. They are very helpful explaining what they did and any other questions I might have. They cleared the service indicator after I brought it up before driving off. No problem. I will use them again for my P1 hatch!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Routine service, but diagnosed a recurring difficult issue that I was then easily able to take care of. Also noticed a nail in a tire so I could get it repaired before it went flat. Great place! I'll be back! (Adding to my earlier review: Been here several times now over the last few years, always great, they do things right. Outstanding service by Mike.I had scheduled regular maintenance coolant flush, transmission etc.. Mike called me to notify me of a coolant leak coming from the radiator. He was able to get me a radiator replacement that same day and had my car ready to go the following day. They re a pretty busy shop so be mindful of scheduling service with time. I plan to bring my car here from now on and highly recommend to others. Honest and top notch work. Much appreciated.

Europa auto should be at the top of your list if you ve got a European car. They are communicative, knowledgeable, and fair.Al and the other great folks at Europa have helped me keep my Volvo happy and healthy, fixing problems and advising me on future wear issues and things to look out for. They will give you piece of mind and confidence in your vehicle, and I am always satisfied with the quality of their work. They ve even managed to sneak me in on short notice and helped with minor issues over the phone or in person as they ve popped up. You can t do better than Europa.

We recently purchased an Audi Q7 and needed someone to go through the car, locate/address any issues, and give us an overview of how mechanically sound the car is.Just use these guys. I've had our cars worked on by a number of places around the Eastside, always trying to find the right combination of care, quality, and price. My engine overheated just before getting onto the hwy on a sat night. I pulled over and had my car towed to Europa (per recommendation of a friend). Europa started working on my car on Monday. I called for updates. Had my car back by Wednesday. Evidently the radiator hose detached, but unsure why. Al (manager/owner) and team were also unsure why. It was clear to me that Al was letting me know - the immediate problem was fixed: radiator hose is back on. Coolant levels refilled. They left it running and test drove without any detachment of the hose or problems occurring. But Al let me know, even though immediate problem resolved - cause of problem is still unknown. Advised me of what to listen for should the hose detach again. No need to be paranoid, but rather aware. He was guessing the hose was detached and then reattached but not securely enough - asked if I had any work done on the car. I had my oil changed at valvoline. Al said shouldn t be the cause - but I personally think the technicians there may have accidentally caused the problem I encountered with my engine. Valvoline was insanely busy that day and they were sort of all over the place. It took forever to get my oil changed. So far driving fine, no additional breakdowns.Al was great. Europa was great. Customer service = great. Timing = great. Very helpful. Personal. The only thing I would have appreciated is communication around pricing before actually doing the work. I initiated the questions about price, rather than it being provided. Price was definitely fair and i d use Europa again.

This shop, Al and Mike, are amazing. My car had a weird electronic issue, the third row seat couldnot be power buttoned up and down. The dealer I usually go to charge $250 inspection fee, which I didn't think make sense without seeing it first.Mike, the technician of Europa, quickly made it work with cleaning and sensor running. When he backed the car, he and Al found the back lights for backup and braking were not working. Not until after about 15 minutes' research, that they finally confirmed it was due to a weird design. Al described what happened and how to avoid this issue going forward for safety purpose.They were so professional and compassionate for their job and the customer. Highly recommended to everyone.
