Eastside autoworkers did a great job lifting our 2020 Sienna van, with a 2 traxda lift and rear airbag suspension. They also have lots of experience with journeys off road lift-kits. Eric is very knowledgeable with lifting vans and was able to answer all our questions. They broke my tmps sensor and charged me for it later refunding me after it was faulty. They also charged me $400 over the quote price. Other than that I m satisfied

These guys are the best. You can tell they know and love Eurovans so they are familiar with all the typical problems and have lots of experience in servicing them.Our last service was in early July 2023. They replaced the engine/transmission mounts (highly recommended) , lifted the sagging front suspension and installed a new set of tires. And, they got it all done before our deadline (thanks Eric!). We've done some long trips since then, including towing a boat half way up Vancouver Island and driving through the 103 degree heat in Bend, OR. The van has run flawlessly. It is much quieter with the new Kuhmo tires and that extra inch and half of lift to the front suspension has made a notable improvement to the view looking out the front windshield.I highly recommend Eastside Autoworks.

This is THE place to take your Eurovan for any kind of repairs or maintenance. They caught an issue with our tires that 2 tire shops had missed! Their service is prompt and Eric, the service manager, is a great communicator and easy to work with. Thanks for keeping us safe and for keeping these special rigs on the road!

Recently purchased a 2003 VW Eurovan Weekender for outdoor adventuring. We originally contacted Glenn and the team at Eastside Autoworks regarding a pre-purchase inspection, and while we ended up not going through with it due to timing Glenn still helped us look over the van's information to get a sense of whether it was worth the purchase.We've since taken the van in for an overhaul and couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone there is clearly a VW enthusiast, really knowledgeable about Eurovans and all repairs. Glenn gave us an overview of what needed to be done on the van alongside priorities, which helped us plan out repairs. Prices were good and the service fantastic, with the whole team coming out when we picked up our van to tell us about it. A great bunch of professionals. Our Eurovan has since been on road trips to California and coastal Oregon / Washington, without any issues whatsoever. Will happily take it back there for service!Update after ~ 9 months: our van is still running strong thanks to Eastside's help. Another CA road trip under its belt, surf excursions to the coast, and not a problem in sight. The team helped us address some lingering priority maintenance issues just before the holidays, which was really appreciated. Service is always with a smile (behind the masks), and the whole process is very safe thanks to all the covid precautions. Simply excellent, I don t know cars but the whole experience was so smooth and affordable that I m looking forward to bringing car back in. First time away from Toyota dealer and repair was thousands less than dealer s estimate. Eastside Autoworks provides excellent service. They go above and beyond; Glenn even provided troubleshooting when we were out of state. I trust them and recommend them whenever to Eurovan owners we meet in our travels. They have kept us on the road, traveling without worry. I always use Eastside Autoworks for my EuroVan camper. They know their way around these campers and have always provided expert advice. I have confidence when I hit the road after their service. I have left a phone message for Glenn on the serious issue that arose with my Eurovan after having a signficant repair done. I have received no reply. Story: as is standard procedure with Eastside upon my first visit they did a signficant review of "trouble" and recommended changes. What was not noted was an engine vibration that occurred off and on while accelerating. I did not think much of it. However prior to going on a trip I decided to have some of the "highly recommended" repairs done which included changing out a transmission mount. I immediately noted an increase in the engine vibration which was now continual during acceleration. I was concerned but was on the fence on whether to bring the vehicle back in to ask about it. I was leaving on my road trip shortly. On that road trip my power steering went out. I had the situation addressed in CA. and found that the two engine mounts had failed and the rocking of the engine during acceleration (I did not know it did that) was pressing against the power steering line on the bottom of the engine and that was the cause of the engine vibration. When that shop showed me on the lift the issue there is no way that issue should have been missed by Eastside and their intensive recommendations and especially as they, Eastside, had just replaced the transmission mount (the power steering line is quite close to the new transmission mount). The power steering line had been worn through by the rocking of the engine. The replacing of the transmission mount did not create the issue it just made it much worse apparently during the repair process as evidenced by the now continual acceleration vibration. The continual vibration after the repair at the very least should have been noticed if they had done any driving of the vehicle. My wife was driving the Eurovan when it failed. The repair completely did away with the acceleration vibration.

I had a side window replaced on my '02 Eurovan, and they made an inspection of the vehicle with recommendations for critical issues and future maintenance, not a hard sell, just a heads up on what they saw. A month later the exhaust went as they predicted, and they worked to get me in quickly before my next road trip. Brought our new-to-us Eurovan in for an initial look over. They performed a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain clearly what repairs/services they recommended and why. Eric was very prompt in communicating back to me every step of the way. Very accurate engine misfire diagnosis and step by step procedures to fix the problem. Very happy with the small steps rather than just tearing into the engine to try to find the problem at major expense. The best communications with Eric that I've ever had at any repair shop. They are the best friend of any VW Eurovan owner. Could have saved a lot of headaches if I knew about them when I first purchased this vehicle. I'm very happy to have found Eastside Autoworks to repair our Eurovan camper. The staff is very knowledgeable about these vehicles, which I haven't found at other repair shops. Not only do they do the mechanical, they can also help with updates and repairs to the camper items. I am so happy to have found Eastside Autoworks. They really know their way around a Eurovan. I had issues with my shifter linkage. They understood the issue immediately and fixed it quickly. My van has never worked this well. They also did a very thorough inspection giving a complete picture of my vans mechanical condition. Glenn and his team at Eastside Autoworks did an incredible job.I brought my 2002 VW Eurovan here for what potentially would be a transmission rebuild, but they honestly looked at it and fixed the issue for much less than it would have been.They did a thorough review of the entire vehicle and made recommendations on things that needed to be fixed, and those that could be fixed but weren't critical.I went through the list with them and he explained each point and let me decide if it need to be done.Once the work for started, they finished up a day early and texted me to let me know it was ready to go.When I arrived, they followed COVID protocols perfectly and even disinfected the interior of the van before they let me get in. To top it all off, they left me with a full tank of gas!Services: Transmission, Exhaust

On October 20, My Yukon broke down on 405 North with horse / horse trailer in tow. I called AAA and they referred Eastside Autoworks to me. I called and said I'd be towed to their shop and would have horse / trailer in tow. Glenn, the owner, was so kind, calling me back to let me know he'd asked his business neighbors to move their vehicles to accommodate my trailer.It was determined that I needed a fuel pump and would take at least 3 hours and they'd repair while I wait. They allowed me to walk my horse around the complex while waiting for my car. They ended up working after hours a bit to complete the job and were so kind. They test drove my car and got me on the road as soon as they possibly could.Having never been to Eastside Autoworks before I left like part of the family and am so grateful they made time to repair my car on the spot.If I could rate them with ten stars I would.Thank you Glenn for making a VERY stressful experience so much easier to get through.Sincerely,Mary

I needed a new battery for my 2020 VW Eurovan camper as I was going on a camping trip the next day. AAA said they couldn't get one for my car which seemed a bit odd. Had a GREAT experience with Glenn and his team of professionals at Eastside Autoworks. My wife and I took in her high mileage Tucson for an alignment, brake work and oil change. Glenn's team delivered, completing all of the maintenance on time which is very important to my wife and I as we rely heavily on our cars. More importantly, the work was completed at the rate quoted, which was very reasonable. In addition to the work completed, Glenn collected the Tucson's maintenance records available from other services found on the Internet, and helped us put together a plan for future preventative maintenance. Although the car is high mileage, it has been well cared for and we expect to keep it a few more years. I would not hesitate to recommend Eastside to anyone and will be returning there myself in the months ahead!

My pop-up tent on my Eurovan camper was in rough shape with mildew and tears and needed replacing. Glenn and his crew replaced it, the rubber "gasket" and the silicon seal for a reasonable price. Looks great, can't wait to try it out!

Excellent service and support. I brought my 16 year old VW Eurovan here for help with the side slider door (not closing or latching) and rear hatch (not latching) along with regular interval service. Local dealers had 30 day waiting times. Ended up with more repairs (new brakes, change out of old hoses/belts, flushing, etc) than I anticipated but now I have more confidence in my van. There was an extra benefit too. For several years the van was slow to accelerate and not very responsive from a full stop for the first few minutes after a cold start. That s fixed now as a result of service.

Glenn, George and the rest of the team are wonderful! Glenn helped me out when I finally took on responsibility for my car from my father, these guys were straight shooters and I felt comfortable with their advice!I now live two hours away and these guys are still my go to! They even fixed my back windshield wiper after several attempts by other guys!

I took my VW Eurovan to Glenn and his team to have some extensive work done on my coolant system. These folks know Eurovan! Just obtaining the parts for my Eurovan was a huge amount of work since some of the parts are no longer available. But they got all the parts and did the work just as promised. This is a great shop with a knowledgeable team, highly recommended. If you are a Eurovan owner, then look no further your van is in good hands here.
