I had a great experience with Doug's especially Brian. I called several other shops in town and they would not even let me come in for an estimate. Brian at Doug's was friendly and told me when I could come in for an estimate. He explained everything in detail and provided when my car could be fixed. I did have to wait 2 months to get the car fixed but this is pretty normal these days. Doug's did a great job on my car and I would 100% recommend them. Their price seem reasonable and they were good at communicating with me.

I went to pick up my car and originally thought it looked great (original damage to driver side front fender door). After inspecting it some more, there were paint swirls on the door. I brought Steve over and asked him what we can do about this. He told me that they did not sand it properly and would take care of it. Did they plan on telling me if I had not noticed? He told me I could pay all the cost now and bring it in when I was ready. I told him I would pay all the cost minus the cost of re-doing the door and would pay for that rest when I came back to get the door redone. We agreed.Once I got home, I inspected the car more. They had to remove the side molding trim on the door. I looked and there were scratches EVERYWHERE where the side molding trim used to be. To top it off, the interior of my car was dirty, seats had dirt and grime on them. They also did not correct the scratches on the side mirror. For these reasons, decided to not go back to get my door fixed.They called me almost a year later saying I had a balance. I reminded him what had happened and told him I will not be coming back to get the door fixed, so he cancelled the balance. Seem like good people but unorganized and did not take care of my vehicle with proper care.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This collision repair shop is top notch! The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. They got me in as soon as they were able and completed my vehicle repairs 2 days earlier than expected. I drove all the way from West Seattle on a Wednesday afternoon for an estimate and interested in their services, only to be condescendingly told that they do not do estimates on that day and turned me away. This was not stated anywhere on their website."No appointment is necessary. Just drive or have your car towed to Doug s Auto Collision Center for prompt, courteous service. We ll perform a detailed inspection to determine the extent of the damage before starting any work." This is an outright lie. What a repulsive way to treat a prospective customer. Regardless to say, I will not be using their services and if this stated fact on their website is unreliable, I would not trust their services.

Doug's Auto Collision Center came highly recommended by Michael's car dealership in Bellevue. They have a long waiting list, and it's not always easy to get in touch with them because they may be short-staffed and their workload is enormous. Still, their performance is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. If I ever needed their services again, I would call no other shop.Service: Body & Trim

The shop was amazing from start to finish.I talked with a few other body shops before this place and they were very difficult to work with regarding an insurance claim. I kept getting the runaround regarding them saying I had to have my insurance list them as the one doing the claim.I do not have time to keep dealing with my insurance company to go back-and-forth to relay messages that these other shops were told me to do.Dougs was very easy from the get-go and they said they will handle everything with my insurance.So we scheduled a date to drop it off and they got it in faster than the other places and had it done within a week right on schedule.Not sure if it was Doug I dealt with but he was very friendly the whole process.Highly recommend this place and I will use them for any future needs of collision repair.They also did an amazing job on the repair.Service: Body & Trim

Just got my 2016 toyota camry repaired the other day and got it back looking better than ever! My bumper and hood was damaged and it looks great now. Thank you! It took a while to get in but only took about 10 days to fix, highly recommendService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When I had a recent accident, two of my neighbors and myself, all said "Doug's Auto Collision Center" is the place to go. For more than 25 years, Doug's has offered superb service at a fair price.

Doug's was recommended to me by my Honda dealership and I am so thrilled with how everything turned out! The other party's car insurance ended up covering a very small cost for the damage from the accident because I had prior damage on my bumper from a hit and run. After providing me with a courtesy loaner and communicating with the insurance company, Doug's was able to get more money from the insurance company to cover labor costs and fixing the biggest damage from my car with this cost. The end result looks fantastic and I am so pleased with their business. They're also all very nice! Great costumer service.

I don't know much about cars and because this was covered by the person who hit my front bumper I did not shop around for different prices. Dougs did a great job, from the estimate which I just dropped in for with out an appointment and was done in 20 minutes to the actual repair. The repair was scheduled within a week and done in a couple of days. The new bumper looked beautiful and the paint was perfect. Additionally they also vacuumed the inside of my car. Great experience service wise.

I ve used Doug s Auto a few times and it s always a positive experience. The work is high quality, cost is reasonable and they provide a loaner car. Hopefully I don t need to but I would definitely come back here.

I highly recommend Doug's Auto Collision. I pulled my front bumper loose when backing out from a curb. People were helpful and friendly. Fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if the need arises again! Thanks to Stephen and the lady in the office!

Nothing makes you more mad at yourself than when you, and you alone, hit a concrete pole in a parking garage. I had shopped around at two other places when I went in for an estimate at Doug's Auto Collision. The staff was incredibly helpful, Doug shopped around for the best prices on parts, and promised to do as much work before hand so my car was only out a few hours! Everywhere else it would have been three days, a car rental, and well over $100 dollars more expensive. I am incredibly impressed with the workmanship and the customer service was exceptional! Glad to know I have an auto body shop the next time a concrete pole jumps out in front of my car again!

Brian and the guys were great, less than half the quoted (and final) cost of a guy up the road. They booked me in for the following week, gave me a free loaner, and the (small) damage was fixed and ready the same day I dropped it off. Great car wash as well, thanks!

Wonderful shop.Everyone there was super friendly and went above and beyond when fixing the car and answering any questions. Repair was done really well, faster than I anticipated, and within estimated cost. Car was returned fully cleaned, with like-new presentation.Highly recommended

Took over 2 months to fix the car and nothing fit right. All aftermarket parts with bad fitment. Took it back several times to fix things. The hitch door still didn't close right. Later I found that they had loaded up the door hinge with spacers instead of fixing the door jam properly. Bad paint job. Running paint on parts of the painted area. Was tired of going back and forth so just gave up. Nice people but very rookie quality work. Damage was not extensive (right side of the back end, car ran into the back at traffic light, 5-10 miles/hr) but the bill kept kreeping up to higher than the car was worth. Feel sorry of the insurance of the car owner that ran into the back of my car. They were gouged. Will never recommend it to anyone or take my car there again.

Quick turnaround time and a very high quality of work. They make everything easy, from the estimate to dealing with the insurance companies, they also have clean loaner cars if you need them. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Brother hit my car and no one in this family tried to help nor make it right!!!Will be making sure this business never treat anyone like the wY i was treated ever again!!! Your family could of made this right but chose not to!

The team went above and beyond to help me fix my car after I was in an accident. They also worked with my schedule to make it as easy for me as possible. Now, my car is back to looking brand new! Will definitely go back if I ever need body work done again.

These guys did a fantastic job! Car was beautifully restored to its original condition. You can't even tell it had an encounter with a deer and they cleaned it inside and out.

Super customer focus. He took extra time and care to reach out to Insurance to fix some more issues I hadn't discovered . He also delivered car on time just before an upcoming camping trip (by working couple of hours late on a Friday).
