I received EXCELLENT service from Dent Solutions for my 1999 Porsche 911/996. Jason and Ryan did outstanding work taking out dents that have bugged me for a long time. They both explained everything they were doing and the price was more than reasonable. Thank you all at Dent Solutions for taking care of my car and you now have a Life Long Customer ! ! !I had a follow-up appointment and once again Jason and Ryan did a stunning job. These guys really take pride in their work and it shows. I now enjoy now taking my Porsche to car shows.

Noticed a small ding on my car, hurt my soul as this car is my pride and joy and rarely gets driven. Immediately searched up some PDR shops, noticed this shop had a near perfect 5 star rating, now I see why. I showed up, and immediately had someone greet me. Nice, and friendly. Came out to look at the vehicle with me, saw what I was seeing, and gave me an estimate within 2 minutes. The estimate was a price that sounded fair to me, so I went ahead and asked to book an appointment. They deserve 5 stars, because they immediately got me in! Saving me the hassle of having to come back another day. When I tell you the ding is gone like it was never there, I truly mean it. Definitely found the shop ill be recommending to anyone and coming back to when it comes to dents on a vehicle!

I had a dent in a front fender, concave (curves outward) and even better, with black paint (shows everything). They did an excellent job, can t even find it. Service was also excellent, waiting for me at the door at appointment time. Shop is very clean. Will certainly use these folks service again.

Amazed at how great my truck looks! I had a dent in a bad spot on the front bumper - curved area that I was unsure would be fixable. Dent Solutions did an amazing job - they were very quick to respond to my inquiry, was able to get me in quickly, super professional, affordable, and the truck turned out great! Highly recommend!

So I came in to fix 3 dents for my back side of my car. My son and their baseball games. The price was ok and they did a cool job. BUT .the only reason why I m giving it a star, is that I believed one of the guys there stole my interior cleaning spray. I had it this morning because I used it to clean my front dashboard and placed it back in the trunk. And it s missing AFTER they returned my car. I m the only one that drives/ takes care of my vehicle, so I ALWAYS have an interior spray in my car. I can buy another one, but you guys have a thief in your team. I know you have a detailing company in the same shop, but you guys have no right to steal customer s own cleaning supply. Seriously there are other places to fix your dents. Don t come here unless you want your stuff stolen. Waste of my time, money, and stolen property they took.

It was a real pleasure working with Dent Solutions. They were able to remove a large complex dent on the roof of my car, and when they were done it looks as good as new. Previously, I had taken it to another well known chain body shop who had told me that the roof of my car would need to be replaced. Not only was Dent Solutions able to schedule and complete this work quickly, but they were very friendly to work with, and perfect on communication with me. I highly recommend their services, they are a talented group of folks.

I had a few dimple dents on the hood of my 911 that frustrated me every time I went to detail the car. The last thing I had time for was a lengthy trip to an auto body shop. I called Doug at Dent Solutions and he fit me right in, the next day.Not only did his crew completely remove the dents that I had pointed out, they removed a few that I hadn t seen myself. They gave me tips on my paint, polished up the hood and got me back on the road in less than 90 minutes.They were all incredibly professional and helpful and I d highly recommend them for anything you ve got in mind for your car. Even an old Porsche like mine.

I dropped a container on the hood of my wife s car and dented the hood in two spots. I felt terrible about it. I went to Dent Solutions and they were able to restore the hood to its original shape. I don t know how they do it, but I would recommend Dent Solutions in Bellevue to anyone who needs a dent removed from their car. I could not be more pleased with their work.

Went to Dent Solutions based on reviews and was impressed with the quality of work Doug have done to my 2020 Lexus IS. Doug did an amazing work and gave me details of the minor dings the window installer did. The thing that blew me away was the dings disappeared without repainting or doing any body work (factory showroom looking)! Quick, honest, 100% high quality, and the best customer service! I highly recommend Dent Solution for all vehicles w/ dents or dings!

I had a small and large dent on my Tesla Model S. My expectations on the large dent was low. Jason did an impeccable job on my car and my hood looks brand new. Matt was very professional and hospitable. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. I highly recommend this company.

What can I say! These guys were friendly, welcoming had great communication from Beginning to end! I had a bad feeling about my dent looked ugly Doug, Matt and the crew made me the happiest guy around! Can t even tellMy car was hit! Amazing work by a fantastic group of people!Highly highly recommend!!!

You have to look hard to find the shop,a tree is blocking the sign.What can I say but WOWI called dent solutions and talked with Doug about my car. He said he'd have to see it,so I drove it over and they could squeeze me in.1 1/2 later magic was done.I'm sooo great full they're work. The car looks great.thank you sooo much for a great job.

Someone tried to break into my bmw and bent the corner of the drivers door pretty badly. I ve called around and every other dent repair shop turned me around after seeing this, because it was a door corner and it s impossible to fix it with PDR, the only solution was to fix it traditionally with repainting. In a last ditch effort I have seen someone on YouTube mentioning PDR certification site that lists the PDR specialists who received the certificate, that s how I found Dent Solutions.Well, guys took the job and did the impossible ! :) I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, even people with some serious dents like mine, you never know maybe it is possible to fix after all!Thank you again, guys!Pictures before/after:

Service was great , Matt was super nice and got me in within a couple days. Job was done in two hours and I couldn t even tell there use to be a dent on my bumper . Highly recommended!!

My 2015 Mercedes Sprinter campervan suffered significant damage while driving through a hail storm. Golf ball sized hail hit every panel on the van. Dent Solutions assessed the damage and provided a prompt estimate. They worked with my insurance company and, after a lot of back and forth, reached an agreement. My van was in the shop less than a week and it now looks brand new! Matt, Doug, and the rest of the guys were a pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them 100 percent!

They did a very good job on taking out multiple ding/dent on my Subaru WRX at a very fair price.They are very professional and have a shop, less than 90mins, I got my car back dent/ding free!I called early in the morning, they were able to accommodate me on the same day.I would like to recommend them to everyone who looking to have dent/ding removed.

Absolutely amazing dent removal job! I was actually getting my front Mercedes seat fix next door and Doug (the owner of Dent Solutions) was able to take care of a large dent in my Mercedes the same day as my seat repair. You can't event tell there was ever a dent in the side of my car. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and quickness of Dent Solutions.

I can't say enough good about this place. I brought my Monte Carlo in with some rather tricky dents and dings I wanted removed. Dave was able to take care of them and repair some not so good ding repairs from the past. They were also great about communicating and sent me progress pictures. When you consider the cost of quality paintless dent removal in the context of paint and body work it is a bargain.

Just bought a new car and found a nasty thumb size dent in the hood after leaving my car parked publicly.Was incredibly bummed and could not stop looking at it. So I went for estimates.Decided to go with Dent Solutions for a paintless dent repair and am glad I did!Jeff did an outstanding job and went over and beyond until he was personally happy with it.I couldn t ask for a better repair. Especially for such a fair price!They are truly artists and miracle workers over there.Highly recommended!!!

I dropped by for a few small dents (two door dings on the rear passenger door and one crease from a previous dent pull that never looked quite right) on my E39 M5. Dent Solutions had a look and they were able to get me in and out in a couple hours - turned out perfectly! Hoping I avoid more dents and dings since I have my own garage now, but would not hesitate to go back if the need pops up.

They are amazing, I would definitely come back and spread the word about them!I found them after a door ding from my neighbor's car (relatively small 1 inch but sharp edge). They completed the work in one hour and it does look like "it never happened"! I m very happy with the repair on my Model Y. Repair came in under estimate, work started immediately as I waited in cozy lounge and results are better than I expected. Can clearly see the expertise and professional work done in this shop. Should I happen to need dent repair service in the future, I will definitely come back to Doug and his team at Dent Solutions.

I put a dent in my passenger door about 9 months ago. I called numerous auto body repair shops to get estimates but was told by many (if I could actually get a response) that they were taking appointments for estimates about 8 weeks out and then actual repair would be 6 months out. I finally received some estimates but they were out of sight for a small repair. Then a friend told me about Dent Solutions. What a breath of fresh air! They were immediately responsive, communicated well and respectfully, the estimate (no painting required) was very reasonable, an appointment to schedule work was immediately available and the work performed was outstanding! My contact was Matt and he was simply wonderful. Greeted me by name, explained the work performed fully to my satisfaction and I drove away one happy customer! Check it out for your smaller dents and dings. You will not be disappointed!

I normally do not post reviews, but I had to for this. This may sound clich�, but these guys are the real deal. For what started as a rough start with my insurance, this shop ironed it out and did the work MUCH sooner than expected. They took me to and from the car rental place and I caught a conversation with the owner. You can tell he really does trust his employees to deliver with their experience and professionalism. You can't really ask for much more than that. Oh, and the work they did was PHENOMENAL! If I ever have any future PDR needs, this is the place.

Matt, Doug and the rest of the team do the highest quality of dent repairs in Seattle and I wouldn t trust my cars with anyone else. They will ensure your car is taken care of and talk you through the repair so you are fully aware of the work being done. You will not be disappointed as your car comes back looking brand new, highly recommend.
