Quality shop. Have been in there three times, each working with Sam. Very insightful and knowledgeable. Is not looking just for the sale. He helped me look for the right helmet that fit and was still willing to continue with other assistance even when I was able to find the same helmet, elsewhere, cheaper. I have to wear tall sizes, so I won t be able to buy a lot of gear here, however, we always go to them for anything else.

My husband and I went here to gather some gear for our new ride. We worked with Sam. He was great. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain things to us and helped us try on helmets until we found the perfect one. Highly recommend this place.

The person who helped choose a new helmet, Sam, was so on top of all the details and considerations. Then we walked around the store looking at other gear. He was full of useful information on any great we talked about. Great experience. Very happy with selection and customer service.

Les was extremely helpful. And candid. When asked about a product recommendation he share what he knew and what he didn t know. And where to find answers to what he didn t know. Establishing my trust. Never tried to upsell. And made my shopping experience feel like visiting a friend.

Sam and his team are always great, helpful, knowledgeable people that go the extra mile to help/find u anything for your motorcycle needs. My first go to for things u can t find at the dealerships or u don t wanna wait for. I have been shopping here for well over 10 years now. Great selection of helmets, riding gear for street and dirt, only con I have is the shoe selection is not really huge like other things they have there

Came we as a beginner cyclist, needed the entire package, a helmet, jacket, shoes, gloves, etc. I was in the store for more than an hour, learning about products and what is available. Miles was very helpful and patient in showing me all different types do products to choose from. Was able to point out what recommendations best suit my needs as an electric motorcycle rider. I ended up purchasing a good selection of both protective and casual attire, ready to hit the road with proper protection. The products they didn't have in store were sent in the next 2 days which is fantastic.Based on my research, it's not as expensive as purchasing from other stores or online, its borderline priced correct, plus you get the added benefit of expertise in the store, and looks like I got a decent deal anyway.The only feedback I have, although the membership is decent and provides an ongoing discount (10% I believe, and free next day shipping), is when a customer is purchasing a good number of products and paying a high price tag in one go, there should be either some level of discount or free item added, iv seen this in other stores when a customer is purchasing literally an entire set for cycling.Thanks Miles for the good customer service.

Had a great experience getting a new helmet. The staff (Sam i think? I'm bad with names) was very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all of my questions to help narrow down my choice (went with the Shoei rf1400). My questions included info on construction, material used, specific head shapes, noise levels, weight, and overall quality. My experience with the helmet matched the description provided by the staff member, they know their stuff! Will be returning next time i need a gear upgrade.

Helpful Staff and Reasonable Prices. It's really important as a rider to be comfortable and this means finding the right fit. The ability to have multiple brick and motor locations to stop into for the gear we need is crucial. They have even assisted with Personal Electric Vehicles and safety gear for these. As a community, we greatly appreciate them welcoming all sorts of bikes and FAST toys.

The salesman Les was very patient with me and really knows the stock on the shelves. I wanted a pare of bicycle gloves and he showed me several options in different sizes and we each liked the tan leather gloves for comfort and function. So I bought those.

This cycle gear has always be one of the most organized, clean and helpful locations I have been to. Last night was the same for the most part but two things stood out. First was the clothing seemed over stretched in the racks making a mess to go through the product. Second, the wife and I were greeted ant we came in. That was good but we were the only customers in at the time for 30 or so neither employee came came over to be personable and make a sale. They both just sat behind the counter with a zero energy and a look if boredom. Maybe an off day but maybe that s why it was empty. The vide was way down.I will go again but only if I need something fast and it s right there.

Came in knowing nothing about what helmet would work the best for me. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. He took his time helping me and did not pressure me at all into buying anything. Ended up grabbing some gloves and boots. Will come back when I need more gear.

Toby was very experienced staff. He got a lot of recommendation of tires choices for me and explained to me about the difference, and he is not just focusing on one area only. He answered all my questions with any other things. I am glad this store is opened in Bellevue which makes it the closet to my place. The Auburn one is kinda old and I sometimes got some weird look when I asked without purchase.

I called to find out if there were any armored sweaters available. Sam answered went over the product in detail even got up and went over to make sure they hade my size (3x) before I went in. I get to the store and Sam was professional and personable. I m a new rider and we discussed helmets, airbag vests and armored pants. He explained the CE armor level 1 and 2 ratings and how protective the Alpine airvest was. Sam signed me up for the cyclegear membership so I received a discount on my purchase and I get expedited delivery for my online purchases in the future. I bought the AGV K6 and Alpine tech air 5. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and how encouraged safety.

Amazing! Ben the manager went above and beyond with excellent customer service. He helped me find the best fit helmet and never tried to sell me anything that wasn t necessary or I was already interested in. Super chill guy, very knowledgeable and helpful.Also, the store is located right across from the Urgent Care, on the Starbucks side of the parking lot. The GPS coordinates will take you to the food court.

The staff is absolutely fantastic.I spent over $1,000 this location, it's mostly due to one employee who's just super helpful without being pushy.Just yesterday I came in looking for "engine ice" coolant. The shelves are empty, and I asked him if there's any good alternatives or what I should do.He immediately explained the pros and cons of the other options, and then said "hey, Let me take a look on the back" and lo and behold he found a bunch more.If they can maintain staff like this, they're going to do great as business.

I have purchased multiple items from them. Yesterday I had them mount a tire for me. Great customer service. Was done in a timely manor and was able to pick it up later that day. Great place to get great and very helpful

I freely admit, I'm a new Rider and thirsty for knowledge about my motorcycle and of course everything else that goes with it, and that turns out to be a hell of a lot. It's great having a store that I can go into and get questions answered by knowledgeable folks who are friendly and enjoy a good laugh as I Regale them with my Goofy experiences as a new Rider. They always steer me in the right direction and are full of other bits of information that I never even thought to ask. It's also cool to meet other Riders who shop there as we compare notes or tell stories. Of course the products are good, just like they would be online, but I get to enjoy the camaraderie and the human contact that's missing in so many businesses today.

Sam, at the Bellevue, WA location is terrific. He helped me order my Arai Signet X helmet (twice) after I didn t like the fit and finish of the LS2 helmet that I ordered prior. I have a long-oval head and have a hard time with sizing helmets. We talked about sizing the cheek pads and inner lining - and he installed my Cardo PackTalk Edge while I set up the App on my phone in the store when the final size came in (MD). 10-Star Rating, Sir!
